Are you a passionate and driven Band 6 Specialist Podiatrist seeking a rewarding opportunity? Then we want YOU to join our award-winning Podiatry Service at Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.

As a valued and passionate member of our team you will specialise in assessing, treating, and managing complex foot problems in high-risk patients. You will be at the forefront of health education and will contribute to our commitment to excellence.
You will be able to make a real impact within our service by collaborating with our advanced clinicians as well as district nursing teams, tissue viability nurses and local integrated teams. Utilising your excellent interpersonal and communication skills you will drive initiatives to improve and enhance outcomes for patients.
The role requires you to hold a Health Care Professions Council registration and to be able to work across a variety of locations in the North Staffordshire district including clinic and domiciliary settings.

Main duties of the job
Assess service users and formulate, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of treatment/care support for individuals, families and carers.
To use professional knowledge and judgement to take into account the range of care/support packages and treatment options available. To consider each service user's personal circumstances and preferences in order to implement and adjust programmes of care and intervention.
Working with service users to develop outcome focused treatment / support.
Work in a variety of clinical settings including both domiciliary and clinic.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships both within the organisation and external organisations.

What you will be doing
- Working on an identified adult mental health ward, with the flexibility of working across wards, dependent on skill and service need.
- Delivering high quality clinical service-to-service users and their families.
- Be responsible for the management and care delivery of patients referred to the Ward, by liaising with statutory and non-statutory agencies where appropriate and developing a network of support to patients and their carers to ensure a high standard of therapeutic care is delivered.
- To be responsible for managerial and clinical supervision of other team members where identified.
- Delivering therapeutic interventions, in accordance with an agreed care plan, to an identified group of people experiencing mental health related difficulties.
- To be responsible for the management of the clinical area in the absence of the ward manager and quality lead.
- To implement agreed monitoring of effectiveness of care implementing the essence of care guidance.

School Health Staff Nurse - Band 5.
A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic staff nurse to join our friendly, caring, well established School Nursing Targeted Intervention team. The post is for 30 hours per week whole year round. Our team cover the Stoke on Trent area and are responsible for supporting children/young people (CYP) with complex, physical or emotional health needs. Our aim is to provide support to CYP, their families and the Schools in order that they can attend School safely and achieve to the very best of their ability.
This position will entail predominantly supporting our Mainstream Schools and CYP with; care planning, teacher training, enuresis clinics, continence support and review health assessments for our children in care.

Main duties of the job
The School Nursing Targeted Intervention Service prides itself in providing health advice and support to children, young people and their families within Stoke on Trent.
The key responsibilities of the role include: working closely with our special and mainstream schools in the Stoke on Trent area, supporting teacher training and care planning for children with specific health needs, delivering nocturnal enuresis clinics, toileting/continence issues, advice and support to parents regarding physical and emotional health needs of their child and completing review health assessments with looked after children. The post holder will need to have excellent communication skills and be confident in the roles of safeguarding children.
The post is a permanent post for 30 hours per week, the service is delivered between Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00 pm. There will be flexibility for the hours to be delivered within these days and times.

Senior Immunisation Nurse based at Durrington Health Centre, supporting the Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust Immunisation Service across Sussex.
You will provide day-to-day leadership to a local team of immunisation nurses, assistants, administrators and bank staff, ensuring the smooth delivery of school and outreach vaccination sessions and nurse-led clinics. The role involves planning and delivering national routine immunisation programmes for children and young people aged 0-19, including HPV, Td/IPV, MenACWY, Flu, MMR and BCG. You will independently manage nurse-led clinics and promote high-quality, safe, accessible and holistic immunisation services for children, young people and families.
Applicants should have knowledge and experience of childhood immunisations and the ability to lead and support a busy, friendly team.
Core hours are 08:00-16:00, with occasional earlier starts for vaccine preparation, later finishes for clinics, and one Saturday morning clinic per school term.
Main duties of the job
a) Works under both Patient Group Directions and Patient Specific Directions to administer vaccinations using correct technique.
b) Provides individualised patient care based upon the principles of evidence based practice.
c) Planning transportation of equipment and resources in line with Health and Safety requirements, and set up sessions within the settings used for immunisations.
d) Assist with the development of, deliver and evaluate training to a range of professionals and organisations.
e) Planning staffing, resources and leading immunisation sessions within a geographical area, clinics and home visits, including, but not limited to, hard to reach groups such as travellers, home educated and looked after children.
f) Undertake appropriate health assessment prior to the administration of immunisations.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to apply for the post of part-time Mental Health Act Administrator within the Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and flexible individual prepared to acquire a working knowledge of the operation and application of the Mental Health Act 1983 (MHA) and related legislation to work as part of a small, close knit team in this extremely busy department, dealing with a complex specialised area of work.
You will report to the Head of MHA and MCA and be a member of the Mental Health Legislation Team. You will be based in The Redwoods Centre, Shrewsbury, however may on occasion be required to work and provide cover at St George's Hospital, Stafford.
On a day to day basis you will deliver, maintain and promote operational compliance with statutory legislation in respect of the administration of the MHA, safeguarding and promoting the rights of some of our most vulnerable patients.
You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a methodical and flexible approach, the ability to work under pressure and a keen eye for detail. You will also be confident in dealing with professionals at all levels both internal and external to the organisation, place a great deal of importance on accuracy and have the ability to work as part of a team.
Main duties of the job
Duties will include:
the checking, acceptance, processing and administration of Mental Health Act documentation;
organisation and co-ordination of patient appeal and renewal hearings;
maintenance of accurate computer and manual patient related systems;
shared management of the departmental generic email boxes;
deal with queries from ward staff and other professionals with regard to any aspect of paperwork in relation to the Mental Health Act, including Section 17, Consent to Treatment and Second Opinion documentation.
You will be expected to acquire a full working knowledge of the legislation relating to patients' detentions and become conversant with the duties of other posts within the Department. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our Service Delivery Team based at Lawton House, Trentham. We are seeking a highly experienced pharmacist with excellent leadership skills to join our senior pharmacy management team as Deputy Chief Pharmacist. You will lead on the provision of pharmacy and medicines optimisation services to mental health services, and work closely and collaboratively with the lead pharmacists within community health services.

Are you an experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist who is looking to work in a dedicated team? An opportunity has arisen to join the Adult Psychology Service within Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust. The job is based with Bournemouth East CMHT, Kings Park Hospital.
As a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist you will be solely accountable and responsible for the direct delivery of psychological services to adults with significant mental illness/disorder. You will be skilled in assessment, formulation, and in the delivery of appropriate highly specialised psychological therapies, where highly complex facts must be considered, and where expert opinion may differ. You will provide highly specialised advice to clients, their families, and carers where appropriate, and to the wider multidisciplinary team.

The Adult Psychology Service is committed to supporting its staffs development by providing high quality training and supervision opportunities as well as regular opportunities for staff to connect, support and learn from each other.

Main duties of the job
You will be skilled in assessment, formulation, and in the delivery of appropriate highly specialisedpsychological therapies, where highly complex facts must be considered, and where expert opinion may differ.
You will undertake clinically relevant research and audit evaluation, as well as supervise the research & development activities of Assistants and Trainee Clinical Psychologists.
You will be responsible for developing highly specialised programmes of care.Judgements need to be made involving highly complex facts or situations, which require the analysis, interpretation and comparison of a range of options.
You will need to be able to share sensitive information with clients, their carers and other professionals, whose opinion may differ.
You will receive regular highly specialised supervision in common with good practice guidelines.

The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin have an exciting opportunity for a Band 4 Business Support Officer (BSO) to join their Mental Health Support Team (MHST). The role is a permanent one and you will be working 37.5 hours a week, based at Severn Fields Health Village. The MHST provides early intervention within schools to support children and young peoples' mental and emotional wellbeing.

This is part of an exciting expansion of CAMHS specialist services within NCEL that align closely to national, regional and local health and care goals and objectives. The role is a 1-year fixed term opportunity (or possible secondment) with the aim of securing further extension into a permanent role. The post holders will work closely with the DBT Lead, leadership team, clinicians and managers across Tier 4 units, CAMHS and crisis teams, the NCEL Provider collaborative and other stakeholders.
Main duties of the job
The Service will offer a full DBT assessment, treatment and consultation for Adolescents known to community CAMHS services within Newham, Tower Hamlets, and City & Hackney. Full treatment comprises of a year-long treatment and includes weekly individual therapy sessions, weekly skills groups (for both the young person and parent/carers) and access to telephone skills coaching. The service is operational Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, working closely with community CAMHS and sister services within the Alternative to Admissions Pathway to support young people through their journey to recovery.
The East London CAMHS DBT Service comprises of an administrator; Assistant Psychologst; Specialist DBT Therapists; Senior DBT Therapists; and a DBT Clinical Tea Lead. The team operates as a hub, in reaching core community mental health services in Newham, City & Hackney and Tower Hamlets to provide specialist DBT assessment and treatment to Adolescents within the local area, holding a caseload of patients who have complex emotional needs associated with emerging and diagnosed personality disorders.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with lived experience of mental health difficulties and accessing a community, primary or secondary mental health service.
The role is 30 hrs weekly and will be a highly valued team member based in the Central Shropshire Community Mental Health Team. The role will require you to work alongside a team of people working in a psychology profession to use your lived experience to come alongside people using services on a one-to-one and group basis to explore people's own goals and personalised recovery primarily in co-facilitating groups.
You will be working closely with other members of the team to co-facilitate the groups offer and ensure the service and its group offer and materials are co-produced.

We are looking to recruit a band 2 activities co-ordinator who has a passion for enabling engagement through activities. The post involves working with service users within an adult mental health ward.
We are looking for an individual who has knowledge, experience, and motivation for engaging people who require mental health inpatient care. The role will be focussed on providing a broad range of activities on a group and 1:1 basis to enable service users to engage in opportunities which actively support their recovery and transfer into a less restrictive setting. Main duties of the job

We are seeking to recruit 4x education wellbeing practitioners to join the Tower Hamlets Education Wellbeing Service (THEWS).

The three core functions of a Mental Health Support Team (MHST) are:

Main duties of the job
The post-holder will deliver and assess outcome focused, evidence-based interventions to children and young people with mild-to-moderate mental health problems, and their families, parents, and carers. They will support the senior mental health lead to introduce or develop their whole school/college approach. They will also liaise with supervisors to agree appropriate signposting and referrals for children and young people.
In line with Trust policy, the service has adopted a hybrid clinical working model of direct face to face and remote working as appropriate.
The service embraces continual improvement and well-being of the staff and has a high degree of enthusiasm for quality improvement and working together with partner agencies to provide the highest quality service to the population we serve.

Successful applicants will be able to function autonomously in multidisciplinary teams, with supervision from an experienced practitioner.

This is a diverse role with new challenges each day: Direct clinical assessments, advice and support, supervise our fantastic mental health support workers, give clinical advice to other agencies and emergency services, co-ordinate urgent and emergency responses, and liaise with a range of internal and external services.
We are committed to professional development and support, offering internal and external training/education programmes and supervision.
Full and part time hours available. This is a 24/7 service with shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights. All reasonable flexible working requests will be considered.
Main duties of the job
This role includes a £3,000 Recruitment Premium lump sum on commencement of employment and thereafter a further £1,500 Retention Premium per annum (pro-rata), paid in equal monthly instalments provided you remain in post and subject to review by the Trust.
Telephone and face to face mental health assessments, brief clinical interventions and support, signposting and referrals.
Validating, de-escalating crisis and coaching people in distress tolerance and emotional regulation strategies. Using a range of brief interventions, you will empower patients, carers and families to manage distress and crisis effectively.
As well as telephone based work the role also include opportunity to complete urgent face to face assessments across Dorset when indicated.
Providing clinical information, advice and support to other professionals and emergency services. Supporting police and ambulance service in accessing most appropriate support for those presenting in mental health crisis.
The team is part of the Trust Access Mental Health services and works closely with a range of other teams and services, including Home Treatment teams, Liaison Psychiatry and the Retreats. Overnight, Connection covers the Home Treatment Team caseload and manages any referrals.
