Job summary
NEMS have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team!
The Healthcare Assistant performs the first assessment for walk in patients. They are responsible (with support) for assessing patients safety to wait. Healthcare Assistants must complete an extended competency requirement, which includes: red flag analysis and escalation requirements etc.
Main duties of the job
Healthcare Assistants work as part of the team, providing clinical support to the multidisciplinary team and to assist other members of the team to ensure a high standard of patient care. Working under the supervision of a clinician and in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols, be responsible for performing specific duties including basic vital observations. The Healthcare Assistant will also undertake basic housekeeping duties as directed by the clinician in charge and have a flexible approach to shift patterns and service needs which may involve working in different areas or cross site working.

Main duties of the job
This is an opportunity to be involved in the expanding MHST service, as a joint initiative between health and education. We are looking for a Locum Dental Nurse to cover an assignment with the Ministry of Defence (MoD), at Worthy Down Dental Centre, in Winchester, Hampshire.
This is a locum role (37.5 hours per week) and the successful candidate will deliver an exceptional standard of care to the MoD service personnel.

We are seeking a motivated and organised18-week RTT Team Leader to support the delivery of elective care standards across the Trust. Job summary
Building on your foundation knowledge, experience and skills, you will be working in a dynamic and rewarding setting to deliver compassionate excellence. As a specialist pharmacist you will grow in all four pillars of practice in order to prepare for an advanced practice role.In this post, you will have 12-month rotations across a range of clinical areas. The one year rotation allows you ample opportunity to be become integrated in each new clinical area and expand your expertise and skillset, to mentor others, be involved in service development orresearch and to put your management and leadership skills into action in a supportive setting. The post holders should ensure timely, effective, two-way exchange of information between the pharmacy team and the clinical area as well as maintaining high standards of medicinesmanagement. Each rotation has a specific set of objectives which will be shared prior to annual rotation selection and agreed at the start of the rotation.
Main duties of the job
Direct Patient Care

Deliver compassionate excellence via a patient focused clinical pharmacy service, in accordance with national medicines optimisation principles and local clinical pharmacy procedures.

Analyse prescriptions, alongside technical resources, patient records and information from patient consults to form an opinion on the most appropriate course of action.

Accurately and sensitively communicate medicines related information to a variety of healthcare professionals and patients including those with language difficulties, physical or mental disabilities, in a way that facilitates shared decision making.

Optimise transfer of patient care, though timely completion of medicines reconciliation and communication with GPs and community pharmacy teams.

Participate in and promote antimicrobial stewardship, medicines safety, and medicines effectiveness initiatives.

Where relevant to a rotation complete training in clinical trials and support the supply of investigational medicinal products.

Where a scope of practice has been identified within a rotation, train to become a NMP and when registered with the GPhC and the OUH to prescribe within the Trust's policy for Non-medical Prescribing.

Support OUH dispensaries, and liaise with external agencies (Such as aseptic production services or homecare providers) to ensure safe, timely and appropriate supply of medications to patients.

Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated nurse to join the Epilepsy Service at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as Band 7 Epilepsy Senior specialist Nurse. This is a rewarding role for a skilled practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and improving outcomes for people living with epilepsy.
As part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist assessment, support and clinical management for patients across the epilepsy pathway. You will work closely with neurologists, specialist nurses, allied health professionals, primary care colleagues and community partners to ensure patients receive seamless, evidence-based care. We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual with excellent clinical, communication and interpersonal skills. Applicants must have a strong clinical background in neurology, with substantial experience in epilepsy care highly desirable. You will possess a comprehensive understanding of epilepsy and related neurological conditions, including their assessment, treatment and long-term management, and be confident working autonomously within a specialist role.
Independent prescribing is highly desirable for this role but is not essential, and candidates without a prescribing qualification are equally encouraged to apply.

Run independent nurse-led clinics focused on proactive support and self-management.

Work toprevent hospital admissions through early intervention, education, and ongoing monitoring.
