The Medicines Management Directorate has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed registered Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team based at the Princess of Wales Hospital.
Our Band 5 Technicians are valued members of the multidisciplinary team at ward level and work as ACTs in the automated, Technician led dispensary. You will gain experience across a variety of clinical specialities, working closely with pharmacists and other health care professionals to deliver a high quality, patient focussed medicines management service.
We Are Committed To The Development Of The Technician Role And Can Offer Excellent In House Training, where you will be supported and encouraged to further develop yourself.
Applicants must have a BTEC and NVQ Level 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences Or Equivalent Qualifications to enable them to register with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
The successful candidate must also hold an Accredited Checking Technician qualification and be in a position to work towards the Accredited Medicines Management qualification.
Main duties of the job
The main duties will depend on previous experience but will encompass: Working as an Accredited Checking Technician undertaking the final check and release of prescriptions
- Dispensing and issuing prescriptions both in the department and at ward level
- Participation in the ward based medicines management service undertaking accurate drug histories, assessing patients medication for suitability to use, organising supplies for patients use when in hospital and at discharge and providing advice and counselling to patients ( if not accredited you will be expected to undertake the all Wales qualification to allow you to undertake this aspect of the role)
- Participation in the induction and supervision of new Pharmacy staff and acting as a mentor for junior staff
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

The Organisational Development Advisor Team Engagement will play a key role in supporting the delivery and growth of the Trusts Team Engagement and Development (TED) programme, working with both internal teams and external partner organisations.
The postholder will combine organisational development consultancy, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills to support teams and leaders to improve engagement, culture, and performance.
Consultancy, Facilitation and Delivery- Design, deliver and evaluate TED training sessions, including Team Leader training and development programmes
- Facilitate team feedback sessions, supporting teams to interpret TED diagnostic results and develop meaningful action plans
- Provide coaching and follow-up support to leaders to embed learning and sustain improvements in team culture and performance

Job summary
We are looking for a Specialist Radiographer to work in our fantastic Main X-Ray department at Royal Preston Hospital.
You will help provide a 24 hour service in all aspects of plain film imaging. Full flexibility is required as you will be required to work night shifts and weekend shifts as well as day shifts.
The Specialist radiographer is responsible for the planning and allocation of work in the specific area of the department assigned, to ensure the timely delivery of an effective service. The Specialist radiographer is also allocated responsibilities for a wide range of jobs to contribute to an efficient and effective service.
Team work and patient focused care are essential in our busy, friendly department.
Main duties of the job
We are a busy, fast paced department delivering a quality imaging service to inpatients, clinic patients, ED patients and outpatients of Preston and surrounding areas. The directorate is working towards Quality Standards in Imaging Accreditation (QSI2019).
You will monitor and maintain standards of professional practice, supervise more junior staff and deploy staff assuring standards are met. Provide leadership and direction to the team, acting as a role model and patient advocate. You will assess, plan and make informed decisions on the required imaging examinations providing advice and maintaining associated records.
The department boasts 3 Samsung DR rooms within the main department, with additional Samsung DR satellite rooms in areas such as ED, fracture clinic and chest clinic. We have 7 DR Samsung mobile machines and 2 DR Philips mobile machines.
As Royal Preston is the major trauma hospital for the north west, the role also involves regular rotation through night shifts as well as day shifts, with some flexibility expected. During these shifts, the Specialist radiographer coordinates and ensures the smooth running of the department using experience and evidence base to make informed decisions.

Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Physiotherapist to join our team to provide a community service to children in Bexley between the ages of 0-19 years. The caseload will be mixed, to include musculoskeletal (5 - 16 yrs old), rheumatology, orthopaedics, developmental coordination disorder, baby and gait clinics, complex neurological conditions and children who are neurodivergent.
The service provides community Physiotherapy for children within the Borough of Bexley in line with current health, education and social care policies, and with the national service framework for children. Services will be provided across health, education and community care settings in order to deliver great out of hospital care. This post will also specifically deliver care into a variety of educational settings at secondary and primary level.
We work as an integrated team, working closely with our multi-disciplinary team members and key partner agencies. Our aim is to provide a child centred, needs led service based on partnership working.
Main duties of the job

You will be working within a proactive, dynamic and supportive team to:
- Deliver a specialist children's physiotherapy service in the community of Bexley
- Independently manage a varied caseload across all areas of children's physiotherapy
- Assess the functional needs of children and young people (CYP) in order to develop and implement specialist children's physiotherapy treatment and intervention
- Assess and treat across all areas, demonstrating a high level of problem solving, reasoning skills and judgement
- Provide advice and education to others regarding the management and care of children across the service
- Liaise with all professionals in the multidisciplinary team, in the best interests if the child or young person
- Professional and personal development is encouraged through regular in-service training, appraisal systems and peer support. You will be expected to help and support band 5 staff and Therapy assistants

We have an exciting vacancy that has arisen for a clinical/ counselling psychologist with substantial experience post-qualification within our Integrated Community Care and Recovery (ICCR) Services working across two of our service areas with adults with mental health difficulties in the community. The post will be 0.4 with a vibrant community mental health team and 0.6 with the enhanced team for personality disorders, both located in the Solihull Hub . It is a stimulating time in the service as the post-holders will be part of multi-professional teams supporting the Transformation of our Community Services in BSMHFT as part of the NHS Long Term Plan.
We would welcome more experience of working with individuals who have received a diagnosis of personality disorder and are keen to develop specialisms and greater leadership roles to make a difference in the community.

Previous CT experience is essential and as part of the CT scanning team you will be expected to work a variety of shifts to provide a service, 24/7. York Hospital currently operates 2 Siemens CT scanners (Definition Edge and AS+),with the replacement of a third CT scanner, a Canon Aquilion One INSIGHT CTfor cardiac CT, in Autumn 2026. We also staff a mobile CT scanner (Siemens Go TOP) to perform lung cancer screening checks out in the community. The existing Siemens scanners will be replaced in Spring 2027 with 2 Siemens Xceed CT scanners.
We are a forward-thinking department committed to advanced practice currently undertaking extended roles, including vetting and reporting of CT head scans. We undertake a variety of CT examinations including Cardiac CT and colonography. The CT scanning team are supported to attend the Post Graduate Certificates in CT and Forensic Imaging, the National CT Colonography Academy and the Goodwood Cardiac CTA course.

1. Must have a degree in Diagnostic Radiography (or comparable higher education qualification in Diagnostic Radiography).2. Must be HCPC registered.3. This is a key role within the pharmacy team delivering services across the specialist medicine directorate. The post-holder will be an active member of both the Pharmacy and Sterile Services and specialist medicine directorates, to ensure continuous two-way exchange of information and maintain high standards of medicines use within the Trust.

Main duties of the job
Provide a holistic, specialist pharmaceutical care service to patients attending HIV/ID and Sexual Health Outpatient Clinics.
Maintain records of patients on antiretrovirals and provide anonymised epidemiological reports to internal and external agencies (e.g. HIV commissioners) as needed.
Act as a key member for HIV infectious diseases and sexual health multidisciplinary team meetings including contributing, co-ordinating, taking and distributing meeting minutes.
Promote, monitor, and improve the safe and cost-effective use of medicines within infectious diseases/HIV through regular communication, budgetary reports and feedback to the directorate.
Routinely review, update, or develop infectious diseases medicines related guidelines.

Main duties of the job
The Royal Liverpool Hospital plays a key role in delivering high-quality healthcare across the city. The post holder will support the development of Occupational Therapy services in line with the trusts vision and values. The role involves providing expert assessment, treatment planning, clinical reasoning, risk management and problem-solving to maximise functional independence, reduce length of stay and support safe and timely discharge. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, compassion, sound clinical judgement, flexibility and effective leadership skills. They will provide line management, supervision, appraisal and training for Band 6 and Band 5 Occupational Therapists, Therapy Assistants and students, with support from Therapy Managers. Job summary
Ward 8b is a mixed ward with three specialities palliative care general medicine & haematology the ward is a 28-30 bed ward with acutely unwell patients.
staff are expected to assist the registered nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and provide support to the patient's & families. Assist patients with activities of daily living, nutrition and skin integrity.
shifts will be over a 7 day period including a range of days & nights including weekends.
Main duties of the job

Home First Hub is an integrated discharge team working with our Acute hospitals across Norfolk to support patients through their discharge home, community inpatient unit or to residential placement.
It is a multidisciplinary team of clinical and social professionals dedicated to patient recovery and wellbeing. EEC is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing reablement assessment to a specific cohort of patients across a 5 day service Monday to Friday.
This role will focus on patients who are not able to immediately return home or enter a community in patient unit but require a period of recovery, reablement, and assessment to understand their long term needs and goals. It will involve linking with our team at Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital and visiting patients in their short term placements in residential homes across Norfolk. The specific cohort of patients will be those predominantly with cognitive impairment

Main duties of the job
To contribute to the delivery of high standards of health care to patients within care homes by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating packages of care.

Job summary
We are looking for dynamic and proactive members of staff to maintain the delivery of safe, high quality, patient-focused care within our Theatre department.
Therefore an exciting opportunity has arisen for Theatre Healthcare Assistants to take on roles at Liverpool Women's Hospital.
We are looking for forward thinking and highly motivated staff, who are able to demonstrate good time management skills, you will also need to possess good communication skills (verbal, written & electronic) and have the ability to work as part of a team.
The successful applicants will give direct care to patients attending the operating department, in a safe and welcoming environment under the supervision of professionally qualified staff.
This role does require you to work days, nights, evenings, weekends & on-call.
This role will start at a Band 2 and will then progress to a Band 3 once all mandatory training and competencies have been completed.

Main duties of the job
Occupationally focused assessments and interventions will be delivered as part of a dynamic service delivery model that has a strong commitment to collaborative working at its core whilst recognising the unique skills of all professional groups represented in the team.
