Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Elective Admissions Officer within the Cardiothoracic Clinical Board. This position is fixed term until 24th June 2027.
If you are enthusiastic, organised and well-motivated we want you to join our waiting list team.This is an ideal opportunity to showcase your skills in supporting Cardiothoracic to achieve full theatre utilisation and excellent waiting list maintenance to provide a quality patient experience.
This position requires excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure our 18 Week Waiting times are met.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of working in a fast-paced environment to ensure robust and timely management of Waiting Lists. You will work alongside a range of Consultants and Admin teams, therefore it is essential that you have the ability to build relationships and maintain a professional approach.
If you have a pro-active approach, are a problem solver and your passion is to support and put the patient's needs at the forefront, then this is the ideal role for you.

Main duties of the job
If successful, you will be responsible for co-ordinate waiting lists in an efficient manner by liaising with consultants and other Admin teams to ensure waiting lists are accurate, well utilised and maintained to standard in line with the Trust's waiting times and the Trust's Patient Access Policy.

The post holder will be required to have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise workload effectively with excellent attention to detail.
The role is fast paced and you must be able to deal with sensitive and contentious information.

The role will be delivering all general practice treatment room duties to our patient population with opportunities for career development.
We are looking for a motivated, innovative, and ambitious nurse with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally you will have some previous primary care experience, however it would also suit a nurse who wants to pursue a career within general practice.

Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care to the practice population using autonomous clinical skills and a broad in depth theoretical knowledge base.
The post holder will manage a diverse clinical case load and provide clinical nursing services within treatment room clinics, including wound management, adult and children's vaccinations, and national screening programs within the professional competence of the post holder.
The post holder will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures and all duties will be carried out in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

Job responsibilities
Meeting patient's nursing care needs as identified, or where care has been transferred to the nurse by a GP or other senior clinician. This will usually be in the surgery, but occasional home visits may also be required.
Managing the nursing care of patients, employing personal recall systems suitable to the practice needs. This includes using the practice computer systems for input of information for recall and screening purposes. Accurate and efficient input of data for contract (QOF, LCS) purposes is also required.
Deliver nurse led care including:
- Cervical cytology sampling
- Childhood immunisations
- Travel vaccinations
- Seasonal vaccinations
- Leg Ulcer management including Doppler assessments and compression therapy
- Wound care and assessing and documenting wound care plans.
- Prioritise health problems and recognising a deteriorating patient and appropriately refer to the Duty GP.
- Provide training and supervision for healthcare assistants within Treatment Room clinics.
- Participate in the education and training of students of all disciplines and in the induction of all members of practice staff.
- Adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Professional Standards of Conduct and Behaviour (The Code).
- Responsible for the management of treatment room provision, ensuring stock levels have been ordered and maintained by junior staff.

Job responsibilities
Meeting patient's nursing care needs as identified, or where care has been transferred to the nurse by a GP or other senior clinician. This will usually be in the surgery, but occasional home visits may also be required.
Managing the nursing care of patients, employing personal recall systems suitable to the practice needs. This includes using the practice computer systems for input of information for recall and screening purposes. Accurate and efficient input of data for contract (QOF, LCS) purposes is also required.

Job summary
To support with the Patient Pathway Manager and Directorate Senior Management Team (Clinical Director, Directorate Manager) in the efficient and effective operational management of the Paediatric GP Liaison MDT Service.
The MDT coordinator will provide non-clinical administrative and organisational support and expert knowledge to facilitate the MDT service. The MDT coordinator will work closely with the lead consultant, GP PCN's and CAHMs to implement a roll-out of this service across Berkshire West.

The MDT coordinator will oversee administrative and clerical processes to enable a high quality, effective, patient focused service to be delivered. This role will support the development and rollout of the Paediatic MDT Service across 17 Berkshire West PCN's. The post holder will develop and oversee the MDT's, working closley with the Lead Consultant. They will complete all administrative activities relating to the MDT's and will provide reassurance to the Directorate team utilising all available data.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Specialty Doctor to join our Breast Surgery Team at Macclesfield District General Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic and supportive department, working alongside experienced Consultants, Core Trainees and Breast Care Nurses. We deliver a high-quality, patient-focused service in a modern, well-equipped District General Hospital.
The Department offers extensive opportunities to support consultants both in a clinic environment and in theatres.
Hours per week: 10 PAs
Main duties of the job
This is a whole-time post in Breast Surgery, East Cheshire NHS Trust based at Macclesfield District General Hospital.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Breast Surgery and be expected to work in Breast Outpatients and theatres under the supervision of the 2 consultant breast surgeons and 2 locums , and attend multidisciplinary meetings.
