We are seeking two Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) for our Specialist Eating Disorders Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and passionate team at Haldon Unit, a 10 bedded unit in Exeter, Devon.
- 1 x Permanent post (Full Time, 37.5 hours per week)
- 1 x 12 month fixed term / secondment post (Full Time, 37.5 hours per week)

Working as part of Devon Partnership NHS Trust, you will make a difference to peoples lives from the moment you start.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, commitment to working flexibly, participating in the internal 24 hours, 7 day a week rota to meet the needs of people who use our services, be able to demonstrate effective working in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
This role is on a ward that operates on a 24/7 shift basis and therefore enables staff to qualify for unsocial enhancements in addition to their basic pay.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate sound clinical decision making and clinical leadership skills for running the ward as the Nurse in Charge. We are looking for a person centred Nurse who is compassionate and caring towards the patients in our care.
Supporting patients at mealtimes and the opportunity to learn additional clinical skills such as NG feeding are integral to the role.
There will be an excellent level of professionalism demonstrated in the successful candidate who leads by example and supports junior staff through supervision and when leading the shift.
The successful candidate will be able to attend our newly designed eating disorder induction where they will be able to expand upon their knowledge and skills to assist them in care delivery.

Main duties of the job

Job Summary
o To provide a qualified specialist CAMHS clinical psychology service to clients of the service, providing specialist psychological assessment and therapy including DBT, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapies and psycho-dynamically informed psychotherapies.
o To provide supervision and reflective practice to the Hope unit staff team.
Main duties of the job
o To provide specialist psychological assessments and formulation of young people who have been admitted to the unit
o To formulate and implements plans for the formal psychological treatment and/or management of a client's mental health problems.
o To be responsible for implementing a range of psychological interventions for individuals, carers, families and groups within and across teams.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Surgical division. We require a Ward Manager with substantial years experience post registration and at least 2 years at Band 6.
The post holder will carry professional, clinical and educational responsibilities for the provision of patient services within the Surgical/Colorectal Ward and an integrated Surgical assessment unit.

Opportunities have arisen for Community Mental Health Nurses (Care Co-ordinator) looking to join a great team, providing specialist mental health care to the population of Oldham. The Specialist Mental Health Team provides support to residents with severe and enduring mental health conditions. We aim to provide outstanding care to the people of Oldham and listen to improve, in response to the needs of the population we serve.
This an exciting time for Oldham SMHT. A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Digital Services Systems Development department for a Senior Systems Integration Specialist. The post holder will design, develop and maintain interfaces using Intersystems Health Connect integration engine. You will have strong technical skills with experience of relational database management, HL7, Webservices/XML. Having skills in AWS and GitLab would also be advantageous. You will not necessarily have worked within the NHS and may have gained experience elsewhere.
An adept facilitator and articulate communicator, you will liaise with suppliers to deliver data integration across the Trust. Working closely with colleagues in Operations, IT and other Trust counterparts, you will be required to investigate underlying data integrity issues limiting Trust operational objectives and have proven problem solving skills that deliver solutions. Alongside these requirements you will advise on strategic technical developments to help support operational and clinical areas and work closely with system administrators to deliver the Trusts IM&T strategy.

Main duties of the job

The post holder is responsible for ensuring that the TIE, an IT system that is critical to the delivery of patient care in all areas of the Trust, is managed in a way that is fully compliant with Trust IM & T Policies and National Information Governance Toolkit Standards. All system integration, managed through the TIE, must follow industry standard processes to ensure the quality of the data and the system availability is not compromised.
In supporting the TIE, the post holder will ensure that:
Policies and procedures are documented, followed and a schedule of regular review is planned and undertaken
Actual and potential security incidents are appropriately reported
Data quality incidents are appropriately investigated
Associated action plans are completed in a timely manner, meeting required specifications
The system maintains high availability and all system interruption is recorded.
The post holder will be responsible for providing Subject Matter Expertise as the technical lead for the Data Migration and Interfacing elements of Trust projects. This will include ensuring the completion and sign off of data mapping, data transformation and testing of the migration.
The post holder may be required to develop IT system software, web services and websites and must maintain a good knowledge of industry standards and technology.

Main duties of the job
Role will include:
1) To manage the North locality team focusing on delivery of access and recovery targets for the service. This requires creative thinking for new opportunities to deliver services to people who do not normally access mental health care.
2) To manage and support the running of the North team operationally to ensure quality care and service at all levels of service users engagement. This will include development and training for staff to ensure this quality of care.
3) To look at manage rotas, sickness, performance, conduct issues with staff.
4) Regular attendance at weekly senior management meetings and to deliver a monthly team meeting for North team.
5) Co-ordinating staff recruitment, training and schedules.
6) To analyse clinical data, research the latest guidance and trends and evaluate demand and capacity.
6) To be supervised and supported by the Service Manager.

The aims of this service are to meet the emotional wellbeing needs of children and their families through advice and guidance, guided self-help, brief solution focused support in the community. We have the opportunity to extend the team to include 10 further trainee CWP places predominantly covering Milton Keynes with travel to Luton, Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire localities, with some virtual support.
These are training posts to provide support to children and young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties. The ideal candidates will have an undergraduate degree (psychology or similar) or be able to demonstrate academic ability to meet the requirements of the course, as well as some experience of working with children and young people up to the age of 18 with a range of mild to moderate mental health difficulties, either individually or in groups.
Post holders will be required to travel independently as needed within the community.
Applicants will need to be ready to start work in early/mid-January 2027and posts cannot be offered to candidates unless they can guarantee this start date.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be taught to deliver evidence based guided self-help interventions with children and young people or their parents/carers when the CYP is experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. They will also be taught how to deliver interventions in the community, for example participation activities, training and group delivery. Trainees will receive supervision to support their professional development.

Pre-Operative Assessment is a nurse-led service at the heart of the elective surgical pathway, ensuring patients are appropriately assessed and prepared for surgery. Within this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and pathway coordination support, working closely with nursing, medical, operational and administrative colleagues to ensure patients progress safely and efficiently through their pre-operative journey. You will also provide reception cover where required.
You will be responsible for monitoring patient pathways, coordinating appointments, investigations and outstanding clinical requirements, and ensuring service targets are met. The role involves regular communication with patients, waiting list teams, diagnostic departments and clinical staff, acting as a key point of contact throughout the pathway.
