We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to join our integrated Mental Healthcare team at HMP Moorland and HMP Hatfield.
HMP Moorland, isa men's category C Prison and young offender institution located in South Yorkshire.There will be requirement to cover their other two sites when required at HMP The Lakes and HMP Hatfield. All within close proximity.
This role would suit an experienced Psychologist familiar with adult mental health presentations, neurodiversity and complex trauma. The applicant must be familiar with trauma informed approaches and working with patients who have a broad range of complex presentations. The applicant will be part of the Integrated Mental Health Team and will be an integral part of the clinical leadership team supporting the development of the psychological therapies service.
Hours
This role is part time working 30 hours/ 4 days per week Monday - Friday,we are flexible regarding which days are worked.
Salary
Youll receive an annual salary of up to £66,792per annum- depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a qualified, HCPC registered Psychologist, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Support the Cluster Lead Psychologist in training initiatives, developing clinical materials, group intervention packages, and in service evaluation and general service development.
- Offer clinical support and oversight to the Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT) in the form of training, supervision and reflective practice.
- Undertake psychological assessments and support complex multi-disciplinary formulations.
- Deliver and oversee the delivery of 1:1psychological interventions and group intervention as part of the Trauma Informed 'Making Sense' Programme.
- Deliver teaching and training to healthcare and prison staff where required.
- Contribute to the development of audit, service evaluation and research profile as appropriate.
- Oversee and clinically supervise an Assistant Psychologist in their delivery of low-medium intensity work (both group and individual approaches).

The Senior Psychologist will work within a prison, where the need for specialised psychological support is paramount. This role focuses on embedding a trauma-informed and multidisciplinary approach to care, aimed at minimizing further re-traumatization for people in prison while also addressing the impact and secondary trauma of staff to reduce burnout. MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

The post holder will be providing Administration Support to our clinicians and doctors within the team and also provide support to management.
Good office based skills would be required, however, full training will be provided.

Main duties of the job
Previous administration experience is essential. Additional training will be given for this role.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, including word, excel and outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust clinical system Lorenzo would be an advantage as well as minute taking and audio transcription. You will be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative as well as in a team environment and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a positive and hardworking individual to join our Portering Team.
We provide a wide range of duties created by the demands of The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust. These duties include the movement of patients throughout the Trust, collection and delivery of mail, transport of blood products, movement of office furniture, the movement of waste and a host of duties that provide a high standard of care to our patients.
The successful candidate should have a basic knowledge of using a mobile device as iPods are an integral part of the Facilities Assistant role.

Main duties of the job
- To carry out duties relating to specialist departments, including outside agencies such as Shropdoc.
- To assist the Chargehand Porters with the training and induction of new staff for an initial period until they feel confident to carry out the duties on their own.
- To collect and deliver hostess trolleys and crockery trolleys between the wards and the Catering Department.
- To collect dirty linen and general refuse from all wards and departments disposal cupboards and the accommodation block and dispose of in the compactor located in the loading bay area. Dirtylinen to be loaded into linen cages and placed on the loading bay awaiting collection.
- To circulate mail and clerical data to all wards and departments within the hospital and collect and deliver mail off site.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit 1 fixed-term, part-time Medical Laboratory Assistants to join our Pathology Specimen Reception team, based at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
**Please note that this is not a trainee Biomedical Scientist post and is unlikely to lead to one.**
We are seeking a self-motivated and conscientious individual who has an organised approach with good attention to detail and who can remain calm in stressful situations. You will need excellent communication and observation skills and should enjoy working as part of a team.
Previous experience in a NHS clinical laboratory or in analytical techniques would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided. A good level of secondary education is required with English, Maths and Science to GCSE grade 9 - 4 (or equivalent).
IMPORTANT: Please can applicants state their GCSE grades fully on their application form and comply with the person specification or their application may not be considered.
Main duties of the job
The role of a Medical Laboratory Assistant is varied and involves supporting the scientific staff in the receipt, data entry and pre-analytic preparation of patient samples, preparing chemical solutions, maintaining stocks of consumable items, disposal of chemical and/ or biological waste, and maintaining and decontamination of complex laboratory equipment and as such is a key role in supporting a diagnostic service.
You will be required to work 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday). You will be required to work between the hours of 07:00 and 21:00. Shifts will vary according to service needs so flexibility is essential. You will also be expected to support a 7 day working rota which will include out of hours work such as evenings (Late and Partial Late shifts), nights, weekends and Bank/ Public holidays.

An opportunity has arisen to job share in our Renal Social care Coordinator position in our very friendly renal unit at Shrewsbury Hospital, where our patients come in 3 x a week for dialysis treatment.
You will act as a lead worker in welfare rights and to raise awareness of this area of work within renal services.
To provide high quality welfare rights advice, casework and as appropriate, advocacy and representation at reviews for patients living with or receiving treatment for chronic kidney disease.
To participate in locally based initiatives to maximise benefits take up.
To provide an advice and social care support service to renal patients in Shropshire and Mid Wales. To support safe discharge of renal inpatients requiring a support package.
To support patients in end of life care alonfgside the renal supportive care nurse.
The post holder will be computer literate and will be expected to organise own workload. Training will be provided by the current post holder who is reducing their hours.
Main duties of the job
To undertake direct welfare advice and casework through referral from Renal Consultants, nursing teams and directly from patients within Renal Services. To undertake home visits where necessary.
To provide regular advice and guidance to medical and nursing staff in Welfare rights work. To provide education to new staff.
Refer patients to Shropshire council for disability grants and home adaptations. To complete initial assessment, refer to occupational Therapy for further assessment. Compile report and send to council for application for disability grant and follow process through to endpoint.
Liaise with social work department as required.
To maintain appropriate records of all assessments and work undertaken on the renal database (Clinical Vision)
Ensure Patients consultant and nursing team are kept up to date with any patient reviews.
Refer patients for energy grants via Marches Energy Company & other outside agencies regarding insulation of property, installation of updated heating systems at no cost to patient.

Main duties of the job
As a Advanced Nurse Practitioner, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Need expert clinical skills and demonstrate judgement in assessing and managing wide ranging and complex patient problems.
- This multi-disciplinary team is made up of a variety of registered and non-registered professionals including; mental health, and substance misuse practitioners.
- You will act as a role model ensuring professional appearance and maintaining professional standards at all times. Supporting senior clinicians on site you will be part of the daily leadership team, providing clinical input for all patients.
- As a clinical expert in your field, you will work with the team to ensure; patient safety, the management of complex cases and ensure the most up to date treatment methodology is applied to patient care.

Job summary
The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust are seeking a Mechanical Fitter/ Plumber/ Maintenance Engineer to join our busy Estates Department to perform multi-skilled tasks which can be complex and/ or non-routine.
This involves working on hot and cold-water systems, heating systems, control of water hygiene and fault finding on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment.
The successful candidate will be required to join the On-call Rota after sufficient training and must be able to respond to emergency calls within 45 minutes of leaving home and arriving at the hospital base.
Working 37.5 hours per week and based at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford; you may however be required to work at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital or any other buildings the Trust has responsibility to maintain.
The Trust will also consider applicants that may want to utilise this as a development opportunity under Annex 21, of Agenda for Change (with the appropriate adjustment of duties).
Main duties of the job
- The role is for a skilled maintenance technician who mainly works on mechanical engineering tasks but also helps with other building and electrical jobs.
- You will look after heating, plumbing, and other systems across hospital sites, making sure equipment is safe and working well.
- The job involves finding and fixing faults, carrying out repairs, and sometimes designing or installing new work.
- You will work both on your own and with the wider team and may step in to support managers when needed.
- The role includes being part of an on-call rota, responding to emergencies within 45 minutes.
- Flexibility is important, as you may work at different sites, cover shifts, or assist other trades when required

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board operates three Hospital sites with a total of 33 Critical Care beds, delivering care for all unscheduled care and a broad range of surgical specialities. We are seeking nurses who ideally have a minimum of 12 months experience in an acute area.

As a Salaried GP at Readesmoor, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of our practice. Main duties of the job
As a Senior Primary Care Nurse your responsibilities will vary. You will
- You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions
- You will undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening.

To deliver this we are recruiting for a Deputy Lead Manager.
The post holder will be responsible for the leadership, operational management and strategic planning of the Radiotherapy Service working alongside the Operational Lead and under the direction of the Radiotherapy Lead Manager. This includes the responsibility for delivering a safe and effective service in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Manager and enabling service innovation.
As an exceptional leader you will provide strong clinical leadership which inspires, motivates and empowers the Radiotherapy staff across the Trust.
The post holder will also foster and develop strong collaborative working relations internally and with Trust colleagues, stakeholder groups, and externally with The SoR, and system wide Radiotherapy network.
Main duties of the job
Your role will see you take clinical responsibility and provide ongoing support and development to a highly skilled team consisting of Technical Leads, Team Leaders, Senior Radiographers and Radiographers. As a Deputy Lead Manager, you will support your team with clinical oversight and provide guidance and clarity around best practice for patients.
Success in this role will see you working across professional and organisational boundaries with a wide range of stakeholder groups throughout the Trust and provide technical expertise to the department to ensure the delivery of a consistently excellent standard of care and treatment.
You will deputise for the Radiotherapy Lead Manager at Trust, System Wide and departmental meetings when requested and working in partnership with the Operational Lead you will provide strategic and operational input into the development of the Radiotherapy service and its clinical capacity including all workforce related responsibilities.
Applicants must hold a Masters degree or equivalent in a clinical subject alongside a BSc (Hons) in Therapeutic Radiography or equivalent. You must hold a current professional registration with the HCPC and possess significant experience as a Senior Manager, Technical Lead (8a), or Team Leader (7) and be able to demonstrate how your leadership skills have allowed you to successfully manage a large team within the NHS.

The Role and Person
You will be responsible for delivering outcome based psychological therapy that is uniquely tailored to meet the needs of service users living in the region.You will supervise a number of assistant psychologist supporting them in a manualised treatment approach, whilst working with the wider team on more complex cases. You will be offered supervision from a consultant Psychologist working within our service, they will encourage you to develop your strengths and skills with opportunities for professional development.
The service is community based and appointments are offered where possible in the service users locality as well as remotely via telephone and video. As some travel will be required, a full drivers licence is essential or access to good public transport links. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, creative and specialist Occupational Therapist to join our team.
ACTIVATE is a multi-disciplinary community team consisting of Clinical Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, GP's with extended role and an administrator. We provide highly specialist assessment and intervention for adults with CFS and / or persistent pain.
ACTIVATE adopts a primarily hands off approach to treatment which is aimed at motivating and educating service users to manage their condition more effectively and utilises both individual and group based interventions. Close multi-disciplinary working within the team, is a key part of the service delivery and the successful candidate will be expected to take an active role in the delivery of the Chronic Fatigue Management Programmes as well as offering individual and joint treatment sessions with other team members.
ACTIVATE team form part of the integrated community MSK Services working alongside the MSK Physiotherapy team and the MSK Clinical , Assessment and Treatment Service (MSKCATS). The post will also involve close liaison with relevant medical consultants, GP's and other health care professionals.

It is expected that applicants will have excellent communication skills and experience in delivering interventions to both individuals and groups. CONSULTANT IN DERMATOLOGY
We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, innovative and progressive Consultant Dermatologists to join our Dermatology Team in our large teaching Trust.
The new post holders will join a department of 5 Consultant Dermatologists, 2 Consultant Surgical colleagues, and a dedicated nursing and administration team based at the Birmingham Skin Centre, City Hospital. The successful candidates will join a well-established self-contained department with an outpatient area, skin theatre and minor procedures area, phototherapy suite, Cutaneous Allergy Unit and a regional Laser unit. Specialist services available in the department include dermatological surgery, tertiary cutaneous allergy, laser therapy, paediatric dermatology, skin cancer, and a biologics service.
The new appointees are expected to have a broad-based dermatology background. The jobs provides general dermatology, paediatric dermatology, skin cancerand other clinics according to sub-specialty areas of interest.
The successful applicants would also be expected to participate in the in-hours on-call rota for dermatology.
