Job summary
The Bereavement and Mortuary Service at Betsi Cadwaladr Health board is looking for an enthusiastic, committed individual to join them as a qualified Anatomical Pathology Technician.
You will assist in maintaining the Mortuary and body storage services, across the Health board, while working to your vocational and academic qualifications.
This is a mentally and physically challenging role, managing the deceased and bereaved, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
This role is for those that already hold the RSPH Level 3 or 4 in Anatomical Pathology or equivalent qualifications. Banding salary will be dependent on the qualification and experience.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, self motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Essential quality is being able to demonstrate empathy towards the bereaved. Within the role there will be regular contact with external agencies such as Coroner services, Police and Funeral Directors. Current working knowledge of Home Office & Coronial post mortem requirements and the Human Tissue Authority Standards is also required.
You should be able to assist pathologist to a high-quality standard with Coronial and hospital post-mortems. You will be required to provide mortuary and bereavement cover on other sites within BCUHB.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Job summary
The post-holder is a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) with a special interest in frailty and dementia, working as an integral member of the Stour Community Outreach Team (SCOT). The HCA will provide high-quality, person-centered care to patients within the community, with a particular focus on supporting older, frail and housebound patients, including those living with dementia and complex health and social care needs. The post holder will work collaboratively with the wider practice multidisciplinary team and other health and social care professionals to promote independence, prevent deterioration and support patients to remain safely in their own homes wherever possible. The post holder will contribute to proactive and holistic care, working with families and carers, helping to coordinate care where appropriate. Working within their scope of practice and under appropriate clinical supervision, the HCA will undertake a range of clinical and preventative care activities including annual reviews, frailty assessments, care planning, clinical observations, phlebotomy, health checks and housebound vaccinations. The post holder will also identify and appropriately escalate concerns relating to changes in health, wellbeing, capacity and safeguarding. This role involves working as part of the practice multi-disciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population.
Main duties of the job
Working as part of SCOT, you will provide a mixture of planned and proactive care to our housebound and frail patients. This role will include:
- Undertaking annual reviews and health assessments for patients with frail and long-term conditions
- Completing frailty assessments and supporting personalised care planning
- Taking and recording clinical observations
- Undertaking blood tests for housebound patients
- Supporting dementia and frailty care, including working with patients, families and carers
- Identifying and escalating safeguarding concerns
- Identifying changes in patients health, wellbeing or social circumstances and escalating concerns appropriately
- Supporting care coordination and liaising with GPs, Nurses, community teams and other professionals
- Providing health promotion and preventative care
- Working collaboratively with the wider practice team to improve outcomes for our most vulnerable patients.

The post-holder is a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) with a special interest in frailty and dementia, working as an integral member of the Stour Community Outreach Team (SCOT). The HCA will provide high-quality, person-centered care to patients within the community, with a particular focus on supporting older, frail and housebound patients, including those living with dementia and complex health and social care needs. The post holder will work collaboratively with the wider practice multidisciplinary team and other health and social care professionals to promote independence, prevent deterioration and support patients to remain safely in their own homes wherever possible. Main duties of the job
The post holder will work flexibly within the Southampton and South West Urgent Community Response and Hospital at Home (UCR/H@H) Service, part of the Southampton and South West Community Response Division, providing assessments, urgent case management and crisis interventions to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions, support patient choice, and facilitate timely hospital discharge across the City of Southampton and South West Hampshire.
Working as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team, the post holder will collaborate closely with community nursing, therapy services and other intermediate care teams, as well as key partners including primary care, ambulance services, acute hospitals, local authorities and VCSE organisations. Together, they will deliver coordinated, person-centred care pathways that support crisis intervention, admission avoidance, proactive case management and self-management, using a co-produced approach with patients and service users.

The post-holder is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP). They have been assessed as competent in practice using their expert clinical knowledge and skills. To work with patients included in the Southern Gambling Service scope, providing psychological assessments and therapy. This will include working with functional and mental health and organic presentations including neuropsychological assessment. Main duties of the job
To work as an autonomous, independent practitioner responsible for own work and intervention and for the interpretation of agreed guidelines and policies in providing a highly specialist Psychological Therapies Service. To undertake complex assessments and consultancy, providing expert advice to Psychological Therapies Services colleagues and the wider clinical multi-professional team. To provide specialist treatment for complex cases and plan and prioritise own clinical workload. To comment and propose change to policy or service development within the area psychological service and team. We are seeking a motivated, adaptable and compassionate individual to join our Radiology Department Assistant team supporting services across Lymington, Romsey and Hythe Hospitals. This is a varied, hands on role supporting patients and clinical staff within CT, MRI, Ultrasound and Xray services.

Previous healthcare experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. This post requires regular travel between Lymington, Romsey and Hythe Hospitals. Main duties of the job
The post will be based in the Cellular Pathology Department at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Stoke-On-Trent
To be an efficient and flexible member of the laboratory team providing a high-quality diagnostic service through specialist scientific and technical activities; handle specimen receipt, booking in, tissue transfer, perform tissue embedding, microtomy (cutting sections), frozen sections, operate and monitor automated immunohistochemistry (IHC) and special diagnostic procedures
Responsible as a Senior Biomedical Scientist for the main laboratory area, to manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day technical activities of the laboratory
Specialist duties in training require the individual to work with the training team to identify, plan, and facilitate training and development needs for all laboratory staff
To deliver tutorials, slide sessions, and in-house lectures
To work within and maintain Standard Operational Policies (SOPs), training records and documentation systems

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clinical psychologist in the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) team in Southampton. We are seeking candidates with a commitment to working with people with psychosis and their families and carers.
The EIP team provides timely support to service users in Southampton in line with national and local guidelines for people experiencing first episode psychosis. We are looking for an engaging, enthusiastic, and focused individual who is committed to working with a diverse, multi-cultural community. You will join a CBT Therapist in bringing psychologically-informed care to people experiencing first episode psychosis. You will offer direct input to service users and their families as well as providing supervision, consultation, and training to the team. You will also contribute to service development and research.
You will work closely with colleagues in local services and across the Trust. You will also be part of Southampton Psychological Services (SPS), a large well-established psychological therapies team. We are a friendly and supportive team with a wealth of expertise including CBT, family interventions, DBT, CAT, ACT, and EMDR. We have good supervision structures and an excellent track record of CPD, as well as strong academic links.
Main duties of the job
The postholder is a member of the multi-professional team and will be linked with the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Team. They will be required to work as an autonomous, independent practitioner responsible for their own work and interventions and for the interpretation of agreed guidelines and policies in providing a highly specialist psychological service to individuals referred to the EIP Team. This may include working with families / carers or other identified persons where appropriate. Individuals will primarily present with complex psychological problems that would benefit from the services of the EIP Team.
The postholder will undertake complex assessments, offer consultancy, and provide expert advice to colleagues, and the wider clinical multi-professional team, other agencies and non-professional carers.
The postholder will provide specialist treatment for complex cases and plan and prioritise their own clinical workload.
The postholder will be expected to comment on and propose changes to policy or service development within the divisional psychological service and team as necessary.
The postholder will provide specialist supervision for trainee psychologists and provide psychological guidance and supervision for multi-professional clinical colleagues. They will engage in research and development, and cultivate and encourage a research ethos within the wider clinical team. The postholder will use research skills for audit, policy and service development and research.

Job summary
Our Community CAMHS (CCAMHS) Team has an exciting opportunity for a Systemic Family Practice (SFP) Recruit-To-Train Practitioner, as part of the NHS England (NHSE) funded Children and Young People (CYP) Psychological Training Programmes (formerly CYP-IAPT).
Recruit to Train is a government-funded initiative aiming to grow the child mental health workforce to meet much needed demand. To help reach this goal, NHSE covers salary and training costs for a 1-year post, allowing services to employ trainees to aid in implementing new or expanding existing specialist pathways to bridge the gaps in CYP mental health support.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your learning from weekly teaching into practical clinical interventions working with clients in the service making a direct impact in the lives of children, young people and their families.
Please note: The position will be based at 48 Glenthorne Road, London, W6 0LS, but successful candidates will be expected to travel to Denmark Hill Campus of King's College London for teaching during the training year.

Main duties of the job
We are recruiting an SFP Practitioner to work within our Hammersmith and Fulham Community CAMHS (CCAMHS) Team. This is a training role within the Child and Young Persons Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (CYP-IAPT) Programme. We offer high quality supervision, with excellent CPD and career development opportunities.
This is a one-year fixed-term post (1.0 WTE), with this training year funded by NHSE. After successful completion of the course the fixed term training contract will end however applicants would be encouraged to apply for any vacant posts within the service and will be provided support and advice in job applications.
This role will be best suited for applicants that are able to balance a very busy work and study schedule. You will be an employee at the service but also enrolled on a Postgraduate Diploma course. As this is a Postgraduate level training, you will be required to study and perform at academic level. Applicants must be prepared to work towards their studies outside of protected study time (such as on weekends and after work). Protected study time or teaching days are typically two days a week during term (with possibility of extra university days near start) and will be a mixture of in person and online sessions. Applicants must be willing to travel into London to attend their lectures.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 7 (1.0 WTE) Clinical / Counselling Psychologist to work in the Tri-borough CAMHS Eating Disorders team, based at Ealing CAMHS 1 Armstrong Way, Southall UB2 4SA.
The post holder will provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions within to young people and their families / carers. The post holder will also be responsible for line management and supervision of any pre-qualified psychologists or psychological professionals within the team and support further development and service user participation within the service. The Eating Disorders Team is an experienced and friendly multi-disciplinary team, including Family Therapy, CBT Practitioners, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Dietitians, and Psychiatry. The post holder will be part of a thriving psychology department across West London CAMHS. The post holder will be offered high quality and consistent supervision from within the service. We are looking for a skilled, hard-working and enthusiastic psychologist who is passionate about delivering high quality and effective services to children and young people.
Main duties of the job
The role combines clinical work with children, young people and their families, alongside opportunities to support team development and provide supervision and support to trainees and pre-qualified staff. Our teams are innovative, creative, and value multi-disciplinary working. Our teams are supported to undertake service development and quality improvement projects, as well as providing excellent development opportunities and support structures. Disciplines working within CAMHS include Psychology (including a vast CBT workforce of CWPs, EMHPs and supervisors), Nursing, Systemic Family Therapy, Child Psychotherapy, Social Work, Allied Health Professionals and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Psychology is very well-established profession within our CAMHS teams and has a large group of staff who deliver innovative and highly-regarded clinical services in many different contexts. There is a strong and supportive network across the three trust boroughs of Hounslow, Ealing and Hammersmith and Fulham of Senior Psychologists. Each borough holds regular psychology meetings and there are excellent CPD opportunities with regular whole-service trainings in therapeutic approaches, as well as support for specialist supervision.

Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a child and adolescent psychoanalytic psychotherapists to join West London CAMHS Eating Disorders Team, based at Ealing CAMHS 1 Armstrong Way, Southall UB2 4SA. The role is based within our Eating Disorder Team.
The post would be suited to someone who is passionate about delivering high quality and effective psychoanalytic psychotherapy with young people and families with the main aim of providing an efficient, effective, comprehensive and highly specialist child and adolescent psychoanalytical psychotherapy service for children/adolescent with severe, complex and persistent mental health problems, their carers/parents and families. We are also looking for someone with an interest in in supervision and working with multidisciplinary and multi-agency colleagues on some of the challenges facing mental health services for children and young people.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Child and Adolescent Psychotherapists (Band 7, full time) with a broad range of experience of working with children, young people and their families to work West London CAMHS Eating Disorders Team.
This role involves offering specialist psychoanalytic psychotherapy assessment and short, medium and long term specialist psychoanalytic psychotherapy treatment, alongside more generic and other specialist assessments and clinical work, supervision and consultation.Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy is well established within West London CAMHS and across the three boroughs of West London, and the successful candidate would be joining a welcoming and supportive team which is committed to staff well-being, promoting diversity, continuing professional development and service improvement. We have good links with training schools and offer placements to trainees within our service. There are excellent CPD opportunities with regular whole-service trainings in therapeutic approaches, as well as support for specialist supervision.

Main duties of the job
Psychology is very well established within our CAMHS service and has a large group of staff who deliver innovative and highly-regarded clinical services in many different contexts. There is a strong and supportive network across the three trust boroughs of Hounslow, Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham, and the CAMHS cross borough services which include CORA, the Alliance Team (which provides crisis cover and intensive community support), the DBT service, the Forensic CAMHS service and the under 5's service. We hold regular psychology meetings and there are excellent CPD opportunities with regular whole-service trainings in therapeutic approaches, as well as support for specialist supervision. We have strong links with the North London Clinical Psychology training courses and offer placements to trainees.
Our CAMHS service is innovative, creative, and values multi-disciplinary working, and our colleagues tell us that one of the things they value most is working as part of their team. Our teams are supported to undertake service development and quality improvement projects, as well as providing excellent development opportunities and support structures. Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
The Research Information Lead will lead the management, quality and use of research data, ensuring accurate and timely information is captured across the local portfolio management systems and other digital platforms. This will include oversight of research data systems, developing reports and provision of analytical insight to support operational performance, strategic planning and regulatory requirements.
They will support the senior management by delivering clear, reliable reporting on research activity and performance. The role will also provide training and guidance to JRMO and research staff across Barts Health and Queen Mary on the effective use of digital research systems.
The post holder will ensure that all research information is managed in line with Information Governance and Data Protection standards, maintaining high levels of data quality, integrity and compliance.

The post holder will operate within the collaborative working model which encompasses both Cardiff and Vale UHB and Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB with a requirement to work across all OH sites where required as well as providing a service to external organisastions as directed.
The post holder will manage their own workload and act as day to day manager for the Occupational Health administration staff as part of the collaborative model. The post holder will undertake all duties with regard to staff management.
The post holder will ensure that the Occupational Health waiting lists are managed efficiently by establishing safe and effective systems of work.
The post holder will identify any shortfalls in capacity and demand and escalate as required, to ensure that the UHB achieve and maintain their waiting list targets in relation to Occupational Health Key Performance Indicators and all other standards.
The post holder will work closely with the Occupational Health Business Support manager in planning/maintaining activity for the Service.
