Lead and manage a needs-led, recovery-focused psychosocial substance misuse service within a custodial setting, providing low and high intensity drug and alcohol interventions. Oversee the delivery of DART services, psychosocial programmes, and the Inclusion Recovery Programme (IRP), ensuring high-quality support for service users throughout their recovery journey. Manage and supervise a multidisciplinary team, maintaining service standards in line with Inclusion and MPFT objectives. Develop effective partnerships with prison departments, healthcare teams, community agencies, and contract providers to ensure integrated care and continuity of support. Responsible for the assessment, recovery planning, case coordination, and delivery of psychosocial interventions to offenders with substance misuse needs. Facilitate pathways from prison entry through to release, promoting recovery, reducing reoffending, and improving health, wellbeing, and social outcomes. Contribute to prison and wider substance misuse strategies while ensuring compliance with organisational policies, protocols, SOPs, and local operating procedures. Work collaboratively with prescribing and mental health teams to deliver a coordinated, recovery-orientated service that motivates individuals to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
Main duties of the job
To supervise and manage the delivery of a strengths-based, recovery-oriented and outcome-focused DART service, including the IRP programme, within the host prison. Oversee an integrated team delivering low and high intensity psychosocial interventions for individuals with drug and alcohol misuse issues. Provide effective supervision to Recovery Workers, including responsibility for appraisals, attendance, sickness absence, and disciplinary or grievance matters. Act as the main point of contact for staff, providing leadership, guidance and support. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of DART services and deliver training relevant to programme delivery and management. Represent Inclusion professionally at meetings, conferences, training events and with prison and commissioning partners. Produce, analyse and present performance data, statistical reports and service outcomes using DART reporting systems. Monitor staff attendance and performance in line with MPFT policies. Support and develop service user involvement, peer mentors, recovery champions and volunteers. Ensure compliance with Trust policies, equality and diversity standards, and current legislation. Keep staff informed of developments in treatment, practice and service delivery. Design and facilitate group interventions and recovery programmes, undertake service development projects, and carry out additional duties that support the effective delivery of the DART service.

Job summary

- Provide statutory and mandatory guidance and advice across the SBUHB in all matters relating to fire safety to ensure compliance.
- Manage the SBUHB Fire Advisors.
- Responsible for advising SBUHB regarding maintenance of fire systems, protection measures and construction requirements for existing and proposed developments.
- Provide, and ensure the provision of specialist training to all levels of SBUHB staff to meet statutory compliance relating to fire safety.
- Manage and monitor the process of investigating fire safety incidents (including fires and unwanted fire signals), ensure that learning is shared across the SBUHB.
Main duties of the job
Planning and Design:
- Will plan and organise work schedule with autonomy and be responsible for carrying out and ensuring in-depth fire safety inspections, Fire Risk Assessments of SBUHB properties i.e., wards, theatres, laboratories, catering, day hospitals, engineering service areas including ducts and plant rooms and areas of special risk are completed.
- Analyse, compile and assist in the compilation of alarm and detection cause and effects of fire protection systems for existing buildings, proposed projects including major capital projects.
- Provide guidance on recommendations and findings in relation to fire safety legislation, building regulations and Welsh Heath Technical Memoranda compliance. This work will require substantial periods of concentration and interpretation of conflicting and contentious information and making judgements that does not compromise SBUHB interests or legislation.
Improvement, Monitoring, Policy/Service Development:
- Devise, develop and review fire safety strategies/policies to enable Swansea Bay University Health Board (SBUHB) to ensure compliance with statutory legislative and fire related NHS Health Technical Memorandums.
- Provide active support to Operational Managers and project teams to ensure that service performance and improvements in connection with fire safety is included in all developments.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and experienced practitioner psychologist within our Department of Haematology. The successful candidate will aid in the provision of specialist inpatient and outpatient psychological support to adults with sickle cell disease or thalassaemia.
King's College Hospital Foundation NHS Trust is a designated specialist centre for the care of patients with haemoglobinopathies. On register, we have approximately 850 adults with sickle cell disease and 40 with thalassaemia.
The service works closely with the paediatric team, including paediatric psychologists, and approximately 15 patients per year will transfer from the paediatric haemoglobinopathy service. There is regular collaboration with other medical specialities and a number of joint specialist sickle clinics are held regularly.
Haematopoietic stem cell transplants and exagamglogene autotemcel (gene therapy) for adult patients with sickle cell disease have been commissioned at King's for eligible patients. The post holder will have the opportunity to provide psychological input to those undergoing these treatments.
Specialist clinical health psychology input has a long tradition at King's and you will be joining a group of psychology and psychotherapy professionals across various medical specialities who are dedicated and supportive.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide specialist psychological therapy to adult haemoglobinopathy patients and their families and carers, in a timely manner and tailored to patients' needs. This includes specialist assessment, treatment, planning, implementation and monitoring of outcomes.
The post holder will also contribute psychological expertise to a multidisciplinary team consisting of three consultant haematologists, specialist nurses, a social worker and a team of junior doctors.
The psychology service is led by a Band 8a Highly Specialist Counselling Psychologist who will support the successful candidate through the provision of professional supervision and operational line management.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for clinicians with substantial knowledge in child and adolescent development and early intervention and prevention strategies to improve emotional wellbeing. The successful candidate will have well developed assessment and formulation skills, the ability to provide both broad and specific advice in relation to emotional health and wellbeing in children and mental health and developmental disorders.
The successful applicant will be required to offer training and consultation to primary care practitioners, and will provide direct advice, signposting and brief intervention to children and young people presenting with concerns about emotional wellbeing. The practitioner will work as part of the wider CAMHS Early Help service to ensure timely service delivery.
Post holders will be aligned with the CAMHS Early Help team and local CAMHS team developing and maintaining a close relationship with our CAMHS SPoA, assessment team, and broader CAMHS MDT.
