Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Health Care Assistant with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification to join the team at the Bolton Kidney Care Centre.
Unfortunately, this role does not meet the criteria required to qualify for sponsorship.
Main duties of the job
As part of the Renal Managed Clinical Network for the West of Greater Manchester, we have Haemodialysis services based at Bolton Kidney Care Centre.
You will need to demonstrate an understanding of caring for patients with complex long term conditions and a clear commitment to providing high quality care.
A team player and willing to learn in this area of nursing, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In return, we can provide you with excellent renal specific education and Haemodialysis competency training in a supportive environment with excellent opportunities for professional development in this highly specialist area.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Urgent Care Practitioner to join our small friendly team at Malton Urgent Treatment Centre. We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible, reliable and friendly individual who is passionate about patient care. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with clinicians, patients and support staff. You will be a highly valued member of an excellent team of existing practitioners and nursing staff.You will be a independent practitioner acting within your professional boundaries, you will work autonomously, You will deliver safe, effective clinical decision-making and expert quality care, including assessment, diagnosis, clinical management and evaluation to the local population. You will have the attitude, skills and knowledge base to deliver quality holistic care and treatment.You will be qualified in Minor illness and Minor injuries and be a non medical prescriber or be willing to do non medical prescribing course within your first year. It is an exciting time to join the time as we embark on service improvements focusing on clinical pathways to ensure that urgent care is delivered to the local community when they need it.
Main duties of the job
The post holder is required to take a complete history and perform clinical examination to diagnose and implement treatment for patients presenting with varied conditions.
The post holder is also required to be able to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment and discharge patients or refer to a specialist as necessary. As an autonomous practitioner, the post holder will work within their scope of practice and according to broad local policies and procedures.
The post holder must be proactive in promoting health and well-being to patients and give health advice and education, and act as a mentor and to other staff members and nursing students.
You will be expected to further your own education with the support of the trust, keep up to date with skills and competencies, monitor and update local policies and procedures and to develop and participate in clinical research.

You will have the opportunity to work in one of our Special Schools.
You will work in conjunction with colleagues in the health community, Education Authority, Social Care and other partnership agencies to deliver seamless co-ordinated care to patients and their families, and disseminate knowledge and facilitate a better understanding of disorders of movement impairment. You will contribute to differential diagnoses for children on your caseload. We can offer additional hours if needed.
Main duties of the job
You will assess for and deliver evidence based, holistic care for infants, children and young adults with movement disorders of neuro-muscular aetiologies, including those with complex physical disabilities and challenging behaviour.
You will assess for, and instruct children, their families and carers in the use of special equipment and orthoses, and jointly agree outcome measures to establish their efficacy. You will set therapeutic goals in collaboration with the child, parents and carers.
Under the guidance of senior colleagues, and through regular performance reviews, you will demonstrate competency to practise as an autonomous practitioner within the Children's Community Therapy Service protocols and guidelines.
You will be able to demonstrate effective caseload management by participating in regular caseload reviews.
You will prepare Education and Health Care Plan submissions, and as required, statements for medico-legal and Safeguarding purposes etc. You will be able to work with multi-agencies to contribute to holistic care.

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our housekeeping team. Francis Willis Unit - The Francis Willis Unit is a 24-hour, 15-bed, all-male, low-secure inpatient unit. This Unit treats men with a mental illness who present with challenging and high risk behaviour. Placement in this secure environment is for their own and others' protection.
You will be part of a team who work closely with your colleagues to ensure that service users are cared for in a clean and comfortable environment. The role will include various cleaning duties.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team are essential. NVQ in support services and basic food hygiene certificates are desirable, but training can be provided. Previous experience working within a hospital/caring environment would be preferable.

You will be part of a team who work closely with your colleagues to ensure that service users are cared for in a clean and comfortable environment. The role will include a variety of cleaning duties.
Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team are essential. NVQ in support services and basic food hygiene certificates are desirable, but training can be provided. Previous experience working within a hospital/caring environment would be preferable.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for friendly, reliable and hard-working candidates who will be flexible and organised with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Bone Health Nurse to join Nottingham CityCare Partnerships Bone Health Service on a 12-month fixed term contract or 12-month secondment.
We have a full time position and a part time position available (working 22.5 hours per week)
This is a community-based role within a proactive, forward-thinking service delivering evidence-based assessment, treatment, and follow-up for individuals with osteoporosis and those at risk of fragility fractures. The successful applicants will join a supportive multidisciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
The role involves venepuncture, cannulation, and the administration of injection and IV medication in patients own homes.
Working pattern:
Service hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.
The team is based at Bulwell Riverside, with the service covering Nottingham City and South Nottinghamshire County. The team offers a supportive environment with opportunities to learn, develop, and grow within community nursing.

Job summary
The children and young people's ADHD and ASD team offer detailed and comprehensive diagnostic assessments for neurodevelopmental conditions in children and young people; Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
The post holder will help to support and enhance the professional psychological care and assessment of clients within the service, across all sectors of care; providing observational, psychological assessment and psychological interventions under the supervision of a qualified professional psychologist, working independently according to a plan agreed with a qualified psychologist and within the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures. To assist in clinically related administration, conduct of audits, collection of statistics, development of audit and/or research projects, teaching and project work.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will contribute to the assessment ( neurodevelopmental assessments and observations) and research activities of the CYPAAS working under supervision of a Clinical Psychologist, but will also be encouraged to develop their clinical skills ( group and individual work) will be part of a highly experienced team and we are looking for people with good verbal and written communication skills as well as good organisational skills. Applicants should possess a good Honours degree in Psychology ( 1st or high 2 :1), preferably have experience of working with children and/or adults with developmental conditions, and previous experience as an Assistant Psychologist would also be an advantage. The post require substantial amount of travelling across the county of Northamptonshire and possession of a driving licence and own transport is therefore essential.

We are recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Registered Nurses to join our newly established Community Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT) and IV Service, delivered in partnership between Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. This innovative service will enable patients requiring intravenous antimicrobial therapy to receive treatment safely in their own homes and community settings, reducing hospital stays and improving patient experience.
As a Community OPAT and IV Nurse, you will work closely with specialist OPAT and Community response teams, consultants, pharmacists, microbiologists, and community healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. You will have the opportunity to develop specialist skills in intravenous therapy, vascular access management, antimicrobial stewardship, and community-based care.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed team to develop and deliver a Physical Intervention Training programme both within the Acute and Community setting, as well as supporting staff build packages of care for our service users who display challenging behaviour.
The successful applicant would ideally hold a GSA Accreditation as a Grade A Tutor with experience of working in clinical settings to ensure the highest possible standards that are service user focused. If this accreditation is not currently held the successful applicant would be required to attend and pass a residential Tutor Training course within the 6 month probationary period. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed team to develop and deliver a Physical Intervention Training programme both within the Acute and Community setting, as well as supporting staff build packages of care for our service users who display challenging behaviour.
The successful applicant would ideally hold a GSA Accreditation as a Grade A Tutor with experience of working in clinical settings to ensure the highest possible standards that are service user focused. If this accreditation is not currently held the successful applicant would be required to attend and pass a residential Tutor Training course within the 6 month probationary period. We are seeking an experienced full-time Consultant Neuropsychiatrist who will work at Cygnet Afon Las and provide senior medical cover within our neurocognitive service for men
Cygnet Afon Las is a brand-new service scheduled to open in early 2027. Located in Corwen, Denbighshire, the hospital will provide a 15-bed neurocognitive service for men, delivering specialist care and support for individuals with complex needs. The service will accept referrals from the community, as well as from neurosurgical and neurorehabilitation services, offering a clear pathway for assessment, treatment and recovery.
The post holder will be the Responsible Clinician and will oversee and maintain the care of all ward inpatients as required and will also have responsibility for auditing the medical services rendered at the ward and ensuring their good quality in accordance to GMC standards of good medical practice and other relevant professional guidelines.
In this role, your expertise will be the driving force for life-changing treatment fully supported by a Specialty Doctor and first-class multidisciplinary team including qualified nurses, psychologist and occupational therapist.

Main duties and Responsibilities
- Lead on the provision of high quality care to the service users admitted to Cygnet Afon Las
- Act as a positive role model, maintaining and demonstrating a positive attitude towards patients, their families, visitors and other staff.
