Job summary
An exciting opportunity to provide nursing leadership for the ENT nursing team at Hillingdon Hospital.
Working as an autonomous practitioner, the postholder will set up up nurse led clinics within ENT and deliver high quality nursing care.
The role will be responsible for developing and establishing triage for suspected Head and Neck cancers.
This is a development post from band 7 to band 8a once competencies are achieved.
Main duties of the job
The Lead CNS for ENT services will provide clinical Leadership, service management and line management to the ENT CNS team.
The Lead ENT CNS will deliver expert clinical care at an enhanced level and use their experience to support the band 7 CNS within their practice and role.
The Lead CNS for ENT will be responsible for developing and delivering the nurse led triage service for ENT and Head and Neck patients
The Lead ENT CNS will work with multidisciplinary colleagues to enhance triage for suspected cancers
The Lead Nurse ENT will lead and development the service strategy and implement it to make sure it is fit for the current population of Hillingdon
The Lead Nurse ENT will develop a workforce that fits current practices of nurse led services such as Naso endoscopy and the care of tracheostomies for ward-based patients
The Lead nurse for ENT will develop and deliver nurse led clinics

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. An exciting opportunity has arisen within SLAM for a Mechanical Technician to join the Estates team. The Trust has four main sites and community properties, therefore applicants should be able to arrange their work, parts and materials and carry out tasks in a safe and tidy manner.
To maintain continuity of service there will be times when extra hours, altered work patterns/duties is required. The post-holder must have a good general knowledge of domestic and commercial buildings.
Main duties of the job
Install, maintain, service, and repair a wide range of plant and equipmentDiagnose and repair mechanical faults, give technical advice to ensure safety and compliance with HTMs and regulatory standards.tilise Building Management System (BMS) to monitor,and adhere to required standards.3. Modify and document mechanical systems, install temporary setups, and manufacture or modify equipment.4. Conduct condition surveys, prepare systems for inspection5. Ensure all work meets statutory and mandatory safety requirements.6. Supervise installations and maintenance by staff and contractors,.7. Liaise with compliance teams, contractors, ward staff, and other disciplines.8. Attend meetings, provide specialist advice, and manage minor projects with contractors.9. Supervise and motivate staff, manage daily work allocation, plan and organize tasks to ensure efficient workflow, provide training, and cover for the supervisor during sickness andleave.10. South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) provide the widest range of NHS mental health services in the UK as well as substance misuse services for people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol. Job summary
Southwark CAMHS Referrals Team isseekingan enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced CAMHS practitioner to join our specialist multidisciplinary team. Main duties of the job

Process referralsreceived by Southwark CAMHS, undertaking initial screening and triage on behalf of the assessment and treatment teams to ensuretimelyandappropriate allocationof cases.

Undertake meaningful clinical contactswith children, young people, and their families. This may include brief psychosocial and risk assessments, gathering relevant information to support clinical decision-making, providing brief psychoeducation and advice, listing referrals for specialist assessment and treatment, and signposting or redirecting referrals to alternative services whereappropriate.

Liaise effectively with referrers, including GPs, schools, social workers, paediatric services, Accident & Emergency departments, and other professionals, to obtain relevant information and support comprehensive assessment of need.

Work collaboratively within the Referrals Team multidisciplinary team (MDT)toidentifythe mostappropriate carepathways for children and young people referred to the service, ensuring decisions are evidence-based, child-centred, and aligned with service criteria.

Main duties of the job
We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, customer focused and caring Portering / Courier service.
Working alongside clinical teams and infection control, Portering / Courier teams provide local and regional logistics to support the day to day running of hospital services across two counties. Duties will require you to work to schedules and procedures to ensure a smooth operation across multiple departments.
You will form part of a team providing comprehensive Portering / Courier services. Tasks will include transport and collection / delivery of mail, specimens, pharmacy etc., both on site and to other sites as required. We are looking for a compassionate psychologist to join us in the mental health teams in HMP Frankland in Durham.
The post would suit an enthusiastic Psychologist, valuing the opportunity to work collaboratively with members of well-established multi-disciplinary teams. A key part of this role will be using clinical leadership skills to influence teams to embed formulations, psychological understanding and psychosocial interventions in everyday practice.
As a service, we are keen to support and invest in the ongoing development of our Psychologists through CPD opportunities, so an interest in developing clinical skills across a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches is essential. The Psychologist would have the opportunity to gain experience working with a diverse population that includes mental health, learning disability, autism and older adults, including those who may have experienced trauma and/ or neurological difficulties.
Main duties of the job
This post is advertised as 8a post, however we are willing to consider applications from Psychologists who do not yet meet the essential criteria for a Band 8a, but who would be interested in undertaking the post at a Band 7 initially, with a supportive plan for development and progression in due course.

We have an exciting opportunity to join an established Older Adult Mental Health Team providing services across Evesham, Pershore and Malvern localities. The team's core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility available around these hours. Main duties of the job
In this role, you will work across the Dementia Pathway, undertaking initial assessments for people referred to the service for a potential dementia diagnosis, as well as supporting individuals with an existing diagnosis whose needs have become more complex and require specialist assessment, advice or intervention. You will also be responsible for completing detailed functional assessments to support the diagnostic process.
You will manage your own caseload and diary, so strong organisational and time management skills are essential. You will participate in weekly multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, where new referrals, case allocations and complex cases are discussed to support collaborative decision-making and patient care.
The role requires the ability to undertake comprehensive, holistic assessments, identifying both strengths and areas of need. You will work in partnership with patients and their carers to develop personalised care plans and complete risk assessments, ensuring that care is safe, effective and responsive to individual needs.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
The Outpatient Clinic Admin Clerk/Receptionist will be responsible for providing clinic administration and reception support to patients attending Outpatient Clinics. The Outpatient Clinic Admin Clerk/Receptionist will also be responsible for providing an appointment booking service to enable patients to book future appointments when leaving the department, this role may develop into the booking of future appointments into other clinical disciplines (i.e. diagnostic). This may also involve some telephone booking of appointments and the scheduling of forthcoming appointments, from other sources of patient enquires, whilst providing a confidential, efficient patient-friendly service.

The role is for up to full time hours of 37.5 per week, with a minimum of 30 hours. Our successful candidate will work cross site, between Harrogate, Catterick and Northallerton with Harrogate as a base.
You will also be expected to travel to and work in our services. Therefore, the ability to transport yourself across the locality during the normal working day is a requirement of this role.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Interventional Radiology Team at Frimley Park Hospital, part of Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. Interventional Radiology is a rapidly developing specialty that delivers a wide range of minimally invasive, image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, providing effective alternatives to conventional surgical interventions.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality, safe and compassionate care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, they will contribute to the assessment, preparation, monitoring and recovery of patients, ensuring an excellent patient experience throughout their care pathway.
The successful candidate will work closely with Consultant Interventional Radiologists, nurses, operating department practitioners and other healthcare professionals to facilitate the smooth running of the service. Many procedures are performed under local anaesthetic and conscious sedation, requiring a high standard of clinical knowledge, patient monitoring and communication skills.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop specialist skills within a technologically advanced and expanding service, whilst contributing to the delivery of evidence-based care and the continuous development of Interventional Radiology services across the Trust.
Main duties of the job
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care throughout the patient pathway, from pre-assessment to discharge.
- Support the delivery of a wide range of elective and emergency interventional radiology procedures within dedicated IR suites.
- Undertake patient assessment, preparation and ongoing monitoring before, during and after procedures.
- Deliver perioperative care, undertaking both scrub and circulating roles as required.
- Provide post-procedure recovery care, ensuring patient safety, comfort and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with Interventional Radiologists, nurses, ODPs and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure effective service delivery.
- Assist in the care of patients undergoing a variety of image-guided procedures, including endovascular interventions, CT-guided procedures, ultrasound-guided procedures and biopsies.
