Main duties of the job
As a Healthcare Assistant Dermatology Technician at HealthHarmonie, you will play a vital role in supporting our dermatology services and ensuring a high-quality patient experience across our clinics.
You will be responsible for accurately capturing high-quality images of skin lesions and securely uploading them to our Tele Dermatology platform to support clinical assessment and diagnosis. You will work closely with clinicians and administrative teams, ensuring all patient records and data are handled accurately and efficiently.
In addition, you will enhance the patient journey by delivering a welcoming and professional experience, carrying out GDPR and relevant health and safety checks, and supporting the smooth running of clinic operations. You will assist with appointment coordination and ensure all clinical areas meet strict infection control standards to provide a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Your contribution will be essential in delivering an efficient, compassionate, and patient-focused dermatology service.
Working Pattern
Please note our service operates seven days a week and you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days. Shift patterns are generally between 07:00/07:30 17:30/18:00.
You will be expected to travel across the listed Grampian clinic sites.

With the increasing dependence on IM&T within the organisation and the introduction of new systems, we are seeking to recruit the above post, adding to the existing Infrastructure and Desktop Support teams.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide comprehensive IT procurement, asset management and technical support services across the Trust. Responsibilities include assessing departmental IT equipment requirements, obtaining quotations, raising and progressing orders through the Trust's IT requisition process, and ensuring the timely resolution of supply and invoice-related queries. The role requires effective liaison with requisitioning departments, procurement, supplies and finance teams to maintain clear communication and support efficient service delivery.
The successful candidate will identify cost-effective purchasing options and potential savings opportunities while supporting the management of IT stock, asset databases and associated documentation. In addition, the post holder will assist with the configuration, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of PC hardware, software, peripheral devices and mobile technologies across the Trust, ensuring equipment is deployed and maintained to agreed standards and supporting the delivery of a reliable IT service to staff.

Our progressive and busy service delivers a range of high-quality foot health services across South East London. Main duties of the job
We deliver patient care to a variety of clinical settings including community health centres, domiciliary and residential homes. Our client base is primarily high risk, and you will be responsible for the treatment planning for foot complications associated with diabetes, rheumatoid and vascular / ischaemic long-term conditions. You will be working within a multi-disciplinary service, in close collaboration with our district nursing colleagues, the acute MDfT and the Surgical Appliances department.
In this role you will have the opportunity to take part in a variety of specialist clinical rotations into nail surgery; and the acute MDfT wound clinic (outpatient clinics and wards). You will work alongside very experienced podiatrists and will be encouraged and supported in all aspects of your professional development. You will have regular supervision, 1:1's with your line manager and access to Podiatry related CPD events. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Consultant Psychiatrist on a substantive basis as part of our comprehensive CAMHS Service in North Derbyshire, based across our two sites at Chesterfield and Buxton or solely in Buxton (depending on successful candidate's preference).

Main duties of the job
The post involves the receipt and preparation of tissue and fluid samples for microscopic analysis, including microtomy, embedding, staining, equipment maintenance and preparation for genetic analysis. Job responsibilities
- A Healthcare Science Associate Practitioner is part of a clinical support team whose purpose is to provide timely and accurate high quality scientific information that will assist service users from the hospital and community, in the establishment of a clinical diagnosis and monitoring of patient treatment.
- The Healthcare Science Associate will use practical skills to carry out a tasks associated with the pre-analytical preparation of specimens within the Histopathology Department. The tasks undertaken are more advanced than those of an HSA.
- Specimen reception: To deal with the reception, sorting and labelling of patient specimens, identifying inadequate and mis-labelled specimens and ensuring urgent samples are prioritised.
- Recording specimen dissection descriptions, data entry including macroscopic descriptions onto APEX, preparing specimens for analysis, including booking in patient and specimen details, storing, retrieving and disposing of specimens. Assessing x-rays to determine end part of decalcification.
- Carefully prepare samples for diagnostic testing or storage. This may involve delicate procedures to manually handle category A samples, describe samples and place into a labelled cassette matching necessary paperwork and documentation
- As directed, undertake basic testing under supervision of BMS staff, record and enter results onto laboratory computer systems e.g. macroscopic descriptions of category A specimens

As a senior registered nurse you will provide high quality primary care services and a range of specialist interventions for offenders. At HMP Elmley, we deliver a nurse-led integrated primary care service and operate a specialist practice-based clinical model of care.
You will be delivering high quality clinical care within the Integrated Healthcare Service for the prison, demonstrating robust expert clinical skills and providing evidence-based nursing practice to those in prison.

Your day in the life of a Healthcare Assistant
As a Healthcare Assistant at HealthHarmonie, you will be supporting our 2 Week Wait, Dermatology contract across Kent & Medway. You will be responsible for collecting stock and equipment for the clinic, setting up examination rooms for clinicians, and acting as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures. Main duties of the job
Help Me Quit is looking to appoint a motivated individual that is dedicated to delivering an excellent client-centred service in which you can play a key role in helping smokers and vapers across Wales make one of the most important changes for their health.
The Hub is responsible for booking smokers and vapers into various Help Me Quit Stop Smoking Services across Wales, and is the central point of contact for all incoming queries.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills; a professional and calm telephone manner; be non-judgmental, and will have the ability to work well both within a team and on their own initiative.
The Hub operates over a 6 day working week (Monday - Saturday), with working hours being 9am-8pm Monday and Wednesday, 9am-6pm Tuesday and Thursday and 9am-5pm Friday to Saturday, so you would work on a rota basis with other members of team. Shifts you will be required to work are one 12pm-8pm shift on either Monday or Wednesday which will be home working, one 10am-6pm shift on either Tuesday or Thursday from CQ2 and 9am-5pm shifts on other days from CQ2. You will receive an OFF day during the week when you are scheduled to work a Saturday shift.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse to join the Colorectal Clinical Nurse Specialist team. The post holder will support the delivery of a robust, efficient and timely pathway for patients referred via the Two Week Wait (2WW) colorectal and anal cancer pathway.
The role will involve coordinating and facilitating straight-to-test diagnostic investigations, supporting the delivery of the 28-day Faster Diagnosis Standard for patients with suspected colorectal and anal cancer. The successful candidate will demonstrate a good understanding of colorectal and anal cancer pathways and recognise the importance of personalised care and support throughout the patient journey.
This role requires a high level of autonomous practice, clinical decision-making and professional judgement. Job summary
East Midlands Cancer Alliance has provided 12 months' funding for Band 7 Trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) posts within Breast Services at University Hospitals of Northamptonshire (UHN). These roles will support the development of a sustainable Breast ANP workforce, enhance the Northamptonshire Breast Pain Pathway, increase clinic capacity across both breast units, improve patient flow through the Two-Week Wait (2WW) pathway, and contribute to achieving Faster Diagnosis Standards.
The post holder will be an NMC-registered nurse who holds, or is willing to work towards, a Master's-level qualification. Working under the supervision of experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Breast Care Nurses, they will develop advanced clinical knowledge, assessment skills, and clinical decision-making capabilities.
The role will involve supporting patients across 2WW, follow-up, post-operative and mastalgia clinics at Kettering General Hospital, Northampton General Hospital, Nene Park Outpatients Department, and community settings. The post holder will work closely with the multidisciplinary team, consultant colleagues, and the Lead ANP to develop clinical competencies and contribute to the ongoing development of breast services.
Through supervised practice, reflective learning, and portfolio development, the Trainee ANP will progress towards autonomous practice and advanced clinical expertise, supporting high-quality, patient-centred care across Northamptonshire Breast Services.

- Undertake a structured clinical and academic programme towards Advanced Clinical Practitioner status within Breast Surgery.
- Provide patient care under the supervision of the Breast multidisciplinary team.
- Perform holistic assessments and support the planning, delivery and evaluation of care across the breast pathway.
- Develop advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic and decision-making skills through supervised practice.

Main duties of the job
As a Senior Pharmacy Technician your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Assist with the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high quality prison pharmaceutical service within the HMP site based on National (Divisional) policies supported with local standard operating protocols, taking into consideration, at all times, the need to maintain a high level of security..
- Be an integral member of the Pharmacy Team, who forms part of the wider Cluster of Healthcare Services. PPG policies and procedures and statutory frameworks governing patient care in a prison setting will be used in order to deliver the highest standard of care to clients in line with National Guidelines.
- Be required to accept certain activities in relation to the day to day operational management of their unit and as such must ensure that they are trained and competent to take on these additional responsibilities.

The ME/CFS Service is a therapy-based service dedicated to working with people who have a diagnosis of ME/CFS, or persistent fatigue based at the Newsam Centre, Seacroft Hospital. We are looking to recruit an Occupational Therapist who will join the team on a permanent basis.
As an OT in the service, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a well-established MDT offering patients initial assessments, robust clinical formulations, individual treatment/therapy, and group-based interventions either face to face or via remote platforms.
The successful candidate will be offered strong support structures including a robust induction, MDT working, professional development, reflective practice, and clinical & management supervision.
This is a clinical area with exciting and emerging research developments, and you will expand your skills and knowledge base working with this client group. Main duties of the job
This role requires the candidate to undertake comprehensive assessments of both physical and mental health issues and offer evidenced based interventions for this client group, including using activity and fatigue management approaches. Blacketts Medical Practice is a well-established and successful surgery serving approximately 11,500 patients. Our clinical team consists of five GP Partners and three salaried GPs, supported by an excellent nursing team and a stable, experienced and friendly administrative staff. We consistently achieve high QOF scores and were rated Good in our most recent CQC inspection. The practice uses SystmOne clinical software.
The practice operates from spacious, purpose-built premises located centrally in Darlington. The building also accommodates private physiotherapy and chiropody services. Our facilities allow us to host a range of allied professionals, including social prescribers, pharmacy technicians and mental health practitioners. This co-located, multidisciplinary approach enables close collaboration and enhances the care we provide to our patients.

When you receive a call, you are responsible for recording accurate information, sometimes under difficult circumstances and offering advice or reassurance to the caller/patient. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the RTT Validation Team. This role is pivotal in tracking patients through the 18-week Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathway, ensuring timely access to diagnostics and care.
As part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth progression of patients along their treatment journey. Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring patient pathways to ensure timely diagnosis and intervention

Using multiple IT platforms to track and validate RTT data

Performing accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date records

Liaising with various departments to expedite appointments and resolve pathway issues

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track patients' progress through the 18-week Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathway, ensuring they follow the correct clinical journey

Identify and correct RTT clock issues, reporting updates and concerns to service leads

Collect and provide data in accordance with local reporting requirements

Take a proactive role in gathering national audit data at the local level

Oversee patient tracking processes to support timely diagnostics and treatment
