Job summary
We are looking for an experienced dietitian to work within a Primary Care Network in West Trafford. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of primary care, delivering specialist dietetic services directly within GP practices.
As a PCN Dietitian, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with nutrition-related conditions, helping to reduce pressure on GPs while improving access to high-quality dietetic care in the community.
Main duties of the job
You will manage your own clinical caseload, working autonomously within GP practices as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. Your focus will be supporting patients with conditions such as pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, weight management, frailty and paediatrics - helping them make lasting changes through person-centred care and behaviour change approaches.
You will also have opportunities to contribute to service improvement, clinical audit, and pathway development. Group education sessions may form part of the role depending on service needs.

You will work autonomously within GP practices, managing your own clinical caseload of patients with a wide range of nutrition-related conditions. This includes:

Main duties of the job
The Designated Clinical Officer (DCO) for SEND will provide strategic leadership and system-wide influence for health across the SEND landscape of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough within Central East ICB.
The DCO will provide strategic leadership and system wide influence to support NHS Central East ICB in complying with their statutory responsibilities.
The post holder will champion the needs, experiences and outcomes of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities through a health lens, ensuring health is a visible, influential and accountable partner across the system.
The DCO will lead and coordinate health contributions to SEND transformation, implementation of National SEND Reforms, preparation for Schools and Wellbeing reforms, and development of inclusive, needs-led support pathways that reduce reliance on statutory processes and promote early intervention, prevention and integrated support.
The role will maintain a strong presence across SEND partnership boards, strategic groups, working groups and sub-groups and ensure effective communication and escalation between operational delivery and senior leadership of strategic partnership.
The Designated Clinical Officer (DCO) will be an integral part of Central East ICB , with joint reporting arrangements to East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust.

Job summary
The main chemotherapy unit plus our teenage/young adult area are based within the Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre. We also offer a community based service at two satellite centres in Bristol - one in South Bristol Community Hospital in Hengrove, and the other in Concord Medical Centre in Bradley Stoke. Staff will be expected to work between the main unit at BHOC and at least one of the satellite units.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and experienced candidate to join our team as a Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse. We open 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday across all of our sites. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals receiving systemic anti-cancer treatments in a busy outpatient setting.
Main duties of the job
As a senior member of the nursing team you will be responsible for coordinating the day to day running of the unit, ensuring the safe delivery of SACT in line with national and local policies. You will act as a clinical role model, providing leadership, support and supervision to junior staff while promoting a culture of continuous learning, quality improvement and compassionate care. You will deliver complex patient care, manage unwell patients and treatment-related toxicities, provide patient education and support, and contribute to service expansion and development.
The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with post-registration experience in oncology/haematology or chemotherapy services, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding care. UK SACT competency and experience in mentoring or supervising staff are essential for this role.

Whats on the menu for you:- £13.30 per hour

- This role is two 8 hour shifts per week working from 7.00am - 3.00pm on a two week rolling rota as follows:
- Week 1: Saturday and Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
Whether its crafting delicious meals that meet individual dietary needs, creating themed dining experiences that bring the home to life, or simply serving a favourite dish that reminds someone of home, youll be making a real difference every day.
Using your culinary skills and food knowledge, youll help create daily menus, support the organisation and smooth running of the kitchen, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation are maintained at all times.
