The Elizabeth Courtauld Surgery is delighted to invite you to consider joining our friendly and collaborative team in the growing community of Halstead. We welcome applications from both newly qualified and experienced GPs looking for 6 sessions a week, as we seek to expand our team further with additional salaried GPs.
Our experienced multi-disciplinary clinical team includes 5 GP partners, 2 salaried GPs, 2 nurse practitioners, 2 paramedics, 5 practice nurses, 4 healthcare assistants, phlebotomist, a clinical pharmacist, and a large highly committed administrative staff fostering a truly collaborative approach to patient care. We also have a wide range of additional services and support, available through our wider NHS community and primary care network, including social prescribers, MSK practitioner, young persons' mental health practitioner, and cancer care coordinators, as well as 2 additional paramedics and pharmacists.

Main duties of the job
- Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems.
- Screening patients for disease-risk factors and early signs of illness.
- Developing care plans for health in line with current practice protocols.
- Providing health education.
- Recording clear consultation notes to agreed standards.
- Collecting data for audit purposes and complying with QOF requirements.
- Delivering enhanced services.
- Compiling and issuing computer-generated acute and repeat prescriptions.
- Providing all general duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable person to join us in the X-ray department . The Radiology Department Assistant (RDA) form part of a team comprising of radiologists, radiographers, nurses and clerical staff.

The Leeds Diabetes Neighbourhood Health Programme is a new integrated model of care, bringing together primary care, community services and specialist teams to improve outcomes for people living with diabetes and multiple long-term conditions. As part of this innovative programme, we are looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Highly Specialist Clinical Pharmacist for Diabetes on a 0.4 WTE basis (15 hours per week). The role is based within Leeds Community Healthcare and will primarily support the programme across the Beeston, Middleton and Hunslet areas of south Leeds, working closely with GP practices, community teams and specialist diabetes services. The role offers an opportunity to work across organisational boundaries and care settings, from primary care and neighbourhood multidisciplinary teams to citywide specialist diabetes services. You will work alongside the Consultant Pharmacist for Diabetes, senior clinical leaders and partner organisations to shape and deliver innovative approaches to diabetes care. Main duties of the job
You will work as part of the Tier 3 Specialist Multi-Disciplinary Team, providing expert clinical input and leadership for diabetes medicines optimisation across neighbourhood and community services. We have an exciting opportunity for a General Adult Consultant Psychiatrist to join our West Sussex Division. The post is based at Cantelupe House in East Grinstead, West Sussex which forms part of our newly formed Mid Sussex Neighbourhood Mental Health team (NMHT).
West Sussex Community services are divided into two main areas: North West Sussex and Coastal Sussex. North West Sussex has three NMHTs located in Crawley, Horsham and Mid Sussex. Each NMHT covers a geographical area aligned with GP surgeries to facilitate liaison with Primary Care colleagues.
Psychiatrists are integral for driving change and influencing service development. As a Trust we welcome positive transformation and using each other's experiences to shape this. The Trust has ambitious aims to continuously improve for the good of our patients and we welcome clinical and non-clinical views in order to achieve this together.
Main duties of the job
We are a large multi-disciplinary community mental health team, which provides specialist assessments and treatment to patients presenting with a range of complex and unstable mental health and social needs.
As a consultant psychiatrist in our team, your main duties will be to:
- Provide specialist medical /psychiatric assessment and evidence-based treatment to patients referred to the service
- Provide clinical supervision to trainees and informal advice and supervision to non-medical members of the team
- Fulfil the duties of Responsible Clinician for patient's subject to Community Treatment Orders including attendance at Managers Hearings and Tribunals.
- Mental Health Act assessments for patients on the team caseload
- Liaison with inpatient Responsible Clinicians
- Liaison with the forensic team/drug and alcohol services and risk panel as required

An opportunity has arisen for a Catering Assistant to join us to assist in the loading of patient's meals, washing of all returning pots and trolleys general cleaning duties with the economical use of materials and equipment. You will also record all information requested by management.

The Medical Device Governance Team is looking to recruit a Band 3 Administration Assistant with a positive attitude and is a motivated team player to join our small friendly department.

Ward 1 is a 34-bedded Acute and Short Stay Medical Ward providing care to patients with a wide range of acute medical conditions. It is a dynamic, fast-paced, and rewarding environment where no two days are the same. If this sounds like you, this is an exciting opportunity to join the Ward 1 senior nursing team on a part-time basis (28 hours per week) to cover maternity leave.
As a Band 6 Junior Sister/Charge Nurse, you will support the Ward Manager and wider senior team in maintaining high standards of clinical care, patient safety, and ward leadership. You will be expected to provide visible leadership, coordinate the clinical area, support staff development, and deputise for the Ward Manager when required. The role includes day, night, weekend, and bank holiday working.

Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to provide high-quality administrative support to our Orthotics service. In this busy and patient-focused role, you will liaise with patients face-to-face, by phone, and in writing, acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries.
You will manage clinicians' diary templates, book appointments across multiple sites, and ensure all new patients are accurately registered and their information kept up to date. The role involves booking new and follow-up appointments in line with the Trust Access Policy, supporting patient choice and making best use of clinic capacity.
Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless patient care, maintain exceptional standards of customer service and confidentiality, arrange patient transport when required, and assist with ordering orthotic appliances, checking deliveries, and arranging patient appointments.
Main duties of the job
- Provide administrative service to the Orthotics services at Frimley Health Foundation Trust.
- To liaise with patients both face-to-face, by written communication and by telephone
- To provide a cross site service for the booking of Orthotics appointments
- To be responsible for managing clinicians' diary templates
- To make sure that all new patients are registered
- To update patient information on systems, as and when required to ensure timely accurate data. To book new and follow up appointments in line with the Trust Access policy, ensuring patient choice and optimal use of staff diaries /clinics
- To act as first point of contact for all patients and staff
- To liaise with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- To maintain an exemplary standard of customer care and patient confidentiality.
- To arrange patient transport when necessary
- Assist in the ordering of appliances for patients using the appropriate ordering system. Check in goods from Suppliers against Delivery Note and appoint the patient.
