Job summary
Are you an experienced and motivated Speech and Language Therapist ready for a Band 7 clinical leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity to join our Integrated Community Stroke and Neurorehabilitation Service in Blackpool, supporting adults with stroke, acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions in community settings.
As Clinical Lead Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide specialist assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for people with complex communication and swallowing difficulties, alongside professional leadership and support for the SLT workforce. Working with colleagues across acute and community pathways, you will help shape rehabilitation, promote evidence-based practice and support people to maximise independence, participation and quality of life. You will be part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team including case managers, clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, a dietitian, an Advanced Clinical Practitioner and another Clinical Lead SLT.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician with strong stroke and neurorehabilitation experience who is passionate about service improvement, collaborative working and outstanding community care. Applications for full-time and part-time hours will be considered.
Main duties of the job
As Clinical Lead Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide visible clinical leadership for Speech and Language Therapy within our Integrated Community Stroke and Neurorehabilitation Service, supporting the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care for adults following an acquired brain injury, neurological diagnosis or stroke. You will bring specialist expertise in the assessment and management of complex communication and swallowing difficulties, while working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues across community and acute pathways. The role also includes supervision and support of junior staff and rehabilitation assistants, contributing to service development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice across the team.

Job summary
The Technical Services department within Pharmacy is looking for an enthusiastic individual to become an integral part of our Aseptic Service team. You will provide support to the Pharmacy Aseptic Unit by undertaking the manufacture and dispensing of ready to use, patient specific, aseptically prepared injections including cancer chemotherapy. You will be required to complete documentation, perform complex calculations and undertake intricate manipulations while working within isolators based in our clean room facilities

Main duties of the job
Support workers in the Pharmacy Aseptic Unit work in clean rooms in isolators preparing chemotherapy injections for patients with cancer.

You should be an enthusiastic team member but be able to work on your own initiative. Previous Pharmacy or manufacturing experience would be an advantage but is not essential as comprehensive training and support will be given.

The post holder will work as part of the East Sexual Health Services Team in Burnley and its surrounding areas and will assess, plan, and provide sexual health advice, screening, and treatment (including contraception) to patients in a supportive confidential environment, recognising when to refer a problem onto a doctor or Specialist Nurse within the service.

Main duties of the job
To provide sexual health advice to patients following a positive sexually transmitted infection (STI) diagnosis, initiate treatments as per Patient Group Directions (PGDs) and implement partner notification measures as per local guidelines.
To have sound knowledge and experience to provide appropriate health advice and results management in line with BASHH guidelines.
To administer vaccinations and immunisations (e.g., Hepatitis A/B and HPV vaccines) in conjunction with clinical protocol and PGDs.
Perform testing and interpret specimens using bench microscopy as an aid to support diagnosis (or being willing to undertake training as required).

Job summary
The Patient Pathway Coordinator will lead on the tracking of outpatient RTT pathways. By working closely with a wide range of clinical and managerial staff, and providing high standard of administrative support, the post holder will ensure patients receive treatment as soon as possible and ensure national targets are met. An exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant, this post supports the Finance Business Partner to provide sound Financial Management services to meet the requirements of financial reporting and control at Health Board and service level.
The post holder will be required to:

To provide a high-quality, responsive HR advisory service to managers and staff across the organisation. Job summary
The post of Consultant Radiographer in Breast Imaging will deliver autonomous clinical practice of breast services in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital NHS Trust in accordance with the NHS Cancer Plan. There is a requirement to work as part of a clinical team lead by the Director of Breast Screening to provide and develop consultant level radiographic leadership and practice in the field of diagnostic breast imaging.
The post will play a key role as an expert professional, providing advice to Medical Consultants and other health professionals and multi-disciplinary team (MDT) groups, contributing to improved outcomes for patients, seeking to develop further the patient focused approach to care. The post holder will provide cover for Radiology Breast Consultant duties working flexibly where required.
The post requires provision of diagnostic imaging to the same level of competency as a Consultant Radiologist, to include screening and symptomatic mammographic interpretation, diagnostic breast ultrasound and percutaneous interventional breast procedures under ultrasound, stereotactic or clinical guidance. Responsibilities are also required related to the provision of education, training, supervision, mentorship and ongoing support for under and post graduate radiographers, and specialist radiology trainees in the study and development of knowledge and skills in the field of breast imaging.

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Dietitian to join our team of 16 specialist Oncology Dietitians at Addenbrooke's Hospital as our Band 7 Head and Neck Team Lead.

Main duties of the job
You will lead the Head and Neck Oncology Dietetic Team, working closely with our multidisciplinary colleagues to provide high-quality, evidence-based nutritional care throughout the patient pathway. Our Head and Neck Oncology Team comprises of a Band 7 Lead, a Band 6, a rotational B6 and a Dietetic Assistant.
You will support patients undergoing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery, managing the complex nutritional challenges associated with Head and Neck Cancer. This will include supporting patients with dysphagia, treatment-related toxicities, enteral feeding and the transition between different stages of treatment and recovery.
As the Band 7 Lead, you will provide professional leadership to the Head and Neck Oncology Dietetic Team and contribute to the ongoing development of specialist pathways, standards and models of care. You will work closely with colleagues across Dietetics, Oncology, Surgery, Radiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Nursing and the wider multidisciplinary team.
