Job summary
We are currently seeking an IT Service Asset & Configuration Lead to join the Tech IT Service Management team.
The IT Service Asset & Configuration Lead ensures that accurate configuration data is available to support key IT Service Management (ITSM) processes including Change, Incident, Problem and Release Management. Acting as the organisational subject matter expert, they will drive adoption of Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) standards across internal teams and suppliers, improving service reliability, risk management and decision-making capability.
Main duties of the job
- Design, implement and manage the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using automated discovery and manual service mapping techniques.
- Develop and maintain SACM policies, standards and processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practice.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy and integrity of configuration and asset data within the CMDB.
- Conduct regular audits, verification and reporting of Configuration Items (CIs) to maintain data quality.
- Support ITSM processes by enabling impact analysis, incident resolution, problem management and release planning through accurate CMDB data.
- Identify gaps in configuration data and implement corrective actions.
- Engage and influence stakeholders to drive adoption of SACM practices and standards.
- Ensure appropriate governance, controls and compliance with SACM policies.
The Service Asset & Configuration Lead operates with a high degree of autonomy as the organisation's expert in SACM. The role is pivotal in establishing a robust CMDB capability that underpins effective IT Service Management.

If you are successful at interview, and are moving from another government department, NHS, or Local Authority, the relevant starting salary principles for level transfers or promotions will apply. Pay increases are through the relevant annual pay award for the role and terms.

This role is being offered as hybrid working based at any of our core HQs in Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, London Canary Wharf.
We offer great flexible working opportunities at UKHSA and operate using a hybrid working model where business needs allow. This provides us with greater flexibility about how and where we work, to get the best from our workforce. As a hybrid worker, you will be expected to spend a minimum of 60% of your contractual working hours (approximately 3 days a week pro rata, (averaged over a month) working at one of UKHSA's core HQs (Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, and London).
Our core HQ offices are modern and newly refurbished with excellent city centre transport links and benefit from co-location with other government departments such as the Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC).

Our Ultrasound department consists of 16 rooms: 6 General, 6 Obstetrics, 1 EPAU, 1 ACU 1 ACU and 1 satellite clinic. All our rooms are all equipped with the latest GE machines. We are a busy and dynamic department doing a wide variety of examinations such as Obstetric, Gynae, General Abdominal, Small Parts, Vascular, Paediatric and MSK ultrasound.

This includes scanning, independent reporting and onward recommendation of all modalities in line with national and local guidelines and protocols.. We are seeking an enthusiastic fully committed person to join our professional team of full and part time receptionists and administrators. The Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) for older people work with adults aged 65 and over who are experiencing moderate or severe mental illness. The CMHT's assess, treat, monitor, and support patients and their families predominately in their own homes and, where necessary, can refer to other teams such as the Intensive Dementia Service (IDS) or Home Treatment Team. This role is for a band 7 Sonographer rotating between the City campus, Treatment Centre ,QMC campus and the Community Diagnostic Centre due to open in 2027. The Ultrasound Department is open primarily between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. However, we are transitioning to a 7 day service to cover services within Early Pregnancy, Inpatients, CDC and SDEC.
You will be accountable to the Ultrasound Modality Manager and the Diagnostic Pathway Assistant General Managerfor Ultrasound, and as part of this role, you will work with a team of Sonographers', Radiologists and other specialties within NUH to ensure a high quality Ultrasound service to our customers.

The FCP Roadmap and becoming a prescribing paramedic is an essential part of the role, but you will be helped and supported along the way. Main duties of the job
No two days will be quite the same. Youll work alongside our GPs, nurses and wider clinical team, managing your own mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations, with clinicians around you for advice, support and discussion whenever you need it.
Your day might include assessing an acutely unwell patient in surgery, undertaking a home visit, arranging investigations or a referral, reviewing results, or following up a patient after a hospital admission. Youll also be part of our MDTs, clinical meetings and regular education sessions, sharing cases and learning alongside the rest of the team.
Most importantly, you wont be working in isolation. We place a strong emphasis on clinical supervision, mentoring and ongoing education, giving you the support to develop your confidence, broaden your general practice skills and progress through the FCP Roadmap and working towards becoming a prescribing paramedic. You'll be an integral part of the Mendlesham clinical team.

Main duties of the job
The postholder will provide autonomous clinical assessment and management for older people, including frail, housebound and care home patients across the PCN.

The Advanced Clinical Practitioner will work as part of the Ageing Well Team providing highly specialist person centred care for older people including frail housebound and care home patients across Jurassic Coast Primary Care Network
On a day to day basis the postholder will undertake acute housebound visits and care home ward rounds supporting patients who may be acutely unwell deteriorating clinically complex or at risk of hospital admission

Job summary
We are hoping to appoint a subspecialist fellow in Gynaecological Oncology to work within the University Hospital of Wales Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department in an RCOG accredited training role.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Obstetrics and Gynaecology trainee to undertake advanced subspecialty training in Gynaecological Oncology within Cardiff and Vale University Health Board's ESGO-accredited training centre. Based primarily at the University Hospital of Wales, the post offers comprehensive exposure to the full spectrum of gynaecological cancer care within a high-volume tertiary referral service managing over 400 new cancers annually. The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced team of gynaecological oncologists within a highly regarded multidisciplinary programme, gaining extensive experience in complex cancer surgery, oncology clinics, colposcopy, multidisciplinary decision-making and perioperative care. Dedicated educational time, structured mentorship, research and quality improvement opportunities, and access to nationally recognised training programmes will support the development of both clinical and surgical expertise. In addition, participation in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology on-call rota will ensure maintenance of broader specialist skills, making this an ideal post for trainees seeking a future consultant career in Gynaecological Oncology.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will participate in a 3-tier on-call rota, typically allocated to the third-tier (3rd on-call) level. Adjustment of the allocated rota tier may be considered depending on the candidate's prior experience and service needs.
Please note that both the on-call frequency and specific tier assignments remain flexible and subject to ongoing departmental and service needs. The post will therefore have flexible banding payment depending on the on-call frequency being worked. Changes to the on-call frequency will be communicated in writing 6 weeks prior to the change.
The successful candidates will attend and contribute to the weekly postgraduate teaching programme, audit and research activities within the department in addition to providing clinical care. They will also be involved in delivering undergraduate medical education.

This is an existing post within a well-established supportive team working both on the in-patient wards and in the community, having retained the Continuity of Care model.
Patients have access to local beds and strong links with community services and the CRHT team ensure that patients remain close to home.

The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
Main duties of the job
Clinical and Health Care
1. To answer health professional phone line and add cases to SystmOne e.g. blood results,referrals from other health professionals or AVS calls.
2. To support clinical, non clinical staff and Service Users by contributing to the smooth running ofthe service.
3. Receive specimens from patients and record these on the audit trail to be taken to the lab.
4. Chaperone as and when required.
Communication
5. To act professionally as the first point of contact with service users and staff members using theservice, whilst promoting good public relations.
6. To liaise with other OOH providers to pass over patients outside of the Western Cheshireboundary area, in line with the cross border agreement or transfer of call details andcommunicate with staff in satellite bases to ensure the smooth running of the service.
7. To attend staff meetings.
8. To follow special notes procedures to add alerts to patient records; ensuring flow ofcommunication between the service and other healthcare providers.
9. To be responsible for handling telephone and face to face enquires, concerns or comments,answering telephone calls, taking messages and taking appropriate messages as necessarywhilst mindful of confidentiality.
10. To follow the Business Continuity Plan in the event of a service failure to ensure the continuous running of the service.

Job summary
As an Applications Support Analyst you will work in a support team,responsible for supporting all RBFT digital applications. Main duties of the job
