The position is based at Warwick Hospital working Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week) 5 day week, and will involve a mixture of home and office-based work.

Main duties of the job
To work as part of a team providing secretarial support for the consultants, junior medical staff and nursing staff within the team with particular responsibility for audio typing/voice recognition as delegated by the Secretarial Team Leader.
To support the management of the elective and/or emergency pathways to include Cancer, Referral to Treatment Targets (RTT) and E-referrals.
To support the delivery of a specialty specific single point of access for patients. To work collaboratively with other members of the administrative team within the Medical Secretariat.

To type all correspondence relating to outpatients and inpatients, as well as typing departmental correspondence.
To request patients new and follow up appointments as required using Lorenzo system and liaising with appropriate consultants and departments.

We are a small rural practice which prides itself on its friendly and caring ethos. The successful candidate's will work as part of the reception/administration team and will have suitable customer service experience. The ability to deal with patient queries in a professional, friendly and caring manner is essential.
Flexibility is required in order to cover annual leave, absences and any additional hours required to meet the needs of the practice.

Main duties of the job
Provide general administrative assistance to the practice team to ensure that patients receive the high quality service that the practice aims for and that the practice runs in an efficient and effective way. Project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
Previous experience working in the NHS is desirable but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
Excellent interpersonal skills, good IT skills, excellent telephone manner and good communication skills are essential to the role. The candidate will need to have a flexible working approach and have the ability to work with a wide range of professionals, people and patients.

Main duties of the job
Provide general administrative assistance to the practice team to ensure that patients receive the high quality service that the practice aims for and that the practice runs in an efficient and effective way. Job summary
We hope to appoint a chaplain of any faith or belief to join our team. This post will have particular responsibility for supporting families of children who are palliative or who have been bereaved. The post will be based in the SWFT chaplaincy team but will work closely with the community children's nursing team and will be part of their MDT. They will also work closely with the acute paediatric nursing team, based in the hospital.
They will provide holistic, emotional, pastoral, spiritual and sometimes religious care to families who are dealing with intense challenge and distress. They will help families to find meaning in what is happening for them and their children and ensure parents have a voice in decision-making about their child's care. They will support staff who care for very sick and dying children, and provide training for bereavement support, compassionate conversations, and staff wellbeing. They will help staff in the identification of spiritual and religious need.
They will build links with local charities and with faith communities and will signpost families to relevant support. They will help families to make meaningful rituals before or after their child's death. They will support with funeral planning, and with memorials.
For children who die in the care of the CCNT, they will act as keyworker for the child death review process, whereby every child's death is reviewed.
As part of the chaplaincy team, they will take part in the out of hours on call rota

The team chaplain and keyworker is to work with the whole Chaplaincy Team and with other healthcare professionals in the delivery of holistic, pastoral, spiritual, emotional and religious care to families whose children are palliative or who have died, in the community and in the hospital.

For children who die in the care of the Community Childrens Nursing Team, the postholder will act as keyworker for the child death review process, whereby every childs death is reviewed. This aspect of the role requires the post holder to:
o be a reliable and readily accessible point of contact for the family after their childs death,

Job summary
The post holder is a Clinical Pharmacist within Worcester City PCN, working across general practice teams to support the safe, effective and cost-efficient use of medicines. The role focuses on improving patient outcomes through medicines optimisation, delivering local prescribing priorities, including the Quality Prescribing and Medicines Service (QPMS), and supporting national targets such as the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF).
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the pharmacist provides expert advice on prescribing and medication queries, undertakes medicines reconciliation following transfers of care, and promotes safer prescribing practices. Responsibilities include conducting structured medication reviews, particularly for high-risk patients and those with complex medication regimes, and supporting chronic disease management through patient clinics.

Join Our Dedicated CAMHS Eating Disorder Team
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rewarding service where no two days are the same. As a key member of the Eating Disorder Service, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of the clinical pathway and helping to monitor the physical and emotional health and wellbeing of children and young people experiencing eating disorders. You will work alongside registered professionals to support the assessment and monitoring of young people with complex mental health needs, promoting early intervention, healthy lifestyles, and positive wellbeing outcomes.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop specialist skills within a well-established service while making a meaningful difference to the lives of children, young people, and their families. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to build effective relationships, offering person-centred care that meets the individual needs of each young person.

Main duties of the job
The ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels.
Working flexibly to provide the service delivery need across the county (the service operates from 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). The service operates across Hereford & Worcestershire and there may be occasions where cover is required across both counties.
