Job summary
St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice is seeking an experienced Data Protection Officer. This is a key senior role providing independent expert advice and assurance on all aspects of data protection, privacy, and information governance across the organisation including patient, retail, fundraising and third-party contractor information. This role will include travel to all our bases and retail units.
As the Trust's nominated DPO, you will play an important role in ensuring compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, acting as the named contact with regulators and supporting an excellent culture of safe and lawful data use.
Working closely with the Board, SIRO, and Caldicott Guardian, you will lead on strategic information governance, provide expert guidance and support on complex issues including advice to clinicians and non-clinical staff.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care and support across Lincolnshire.
Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, this role will lead on data protection policy development, manage information governance risks, coordinate data in relation to subject access requests and GDPR breaches, oversee the annual NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit submission, and deliver face to face training to colleagues at all levels.
We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive professional with significant information governance and data protection experience.
The post holder will require excellent people skills, and the ability to maintain a culture of compliance and accountability with data protection throughout the different areas of the organisation.

The Head of Finance provides strategic financial management support to their assigned Care Groups. This includes leading on the financial aspects of all elements of care group business including planning, reporting and business development.
The Head of Finance is responsible for the efficient functioning, integrity, business focus and performance of the Care Group Financial Management Team (Finance Managers, Deputy Finance Managers and Assistant Finance Managers). The post holder is responsible for ensuring that the Care Group Financial Management Team is appropriately configured, and individuals within it possess the qualifications, skills, and training to enable them to meet customer expectations and required outcomes.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide strategic financial leadership and expert advice on complex and sensitive financial matters, supporting senior managers, Directors and external stakeholders. They will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for an allocated Care Group, ensuring robust financial controls and effective resource management.
The role is responsible for developing and monitoring annual income and expenditure plans, identifying financial risks and supporting delivery of the Trust's objectives. The post holder will provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making, service development and financial recovery where required.
They will lead the financial and economic appraisal of business cases, applying the NHSE Five Case Model and appropriate investment appraisal techniques. The post holder will also have responsibility for budget authorisation, management of the Care Group Financial Management Team, and continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.
The role will support quality improvement initiatives, embed Service Line Reporting to identify efficiency opportunities, oversee service level agreement monitoring, and lead or contribute to ad hoc projects, service reviews and corporate initiatives. The post holder will provide financial training and guidance to budget holders and managers to support informed decision-making and sound financial governance.

Relief Housekeepers are responsible to provide and maintain cleaning and catering services as part of the Hotel Services team to office, patient and communal areas within the Trust. Ensuring a clean, safe and supportive environment for staff and patients working towards their recovery.

We are looking for a band 6 physiotherapist to join our musculoskeletal outpatients team at our Lincoln and Louth sites. You will get the opportunity to assess and treat a wide variety of MSK conditions including consultant and GP referrals. Main duties of the job
To provide a high standard of Physiotherapy in the Musculoskeletal Outpatient service. To deliver classes and 1:1 care as clinically indicated.

To hold own caseload and be responsible for a defined area of the service, working without direct supervision.
Be responsible for supervision of junior staff contributing to in service training and induction programmes.

Job summary
We are looking to recruit a part-time, experienced administrator to join our friendly front of-house team based at Eastfield Clinic, Scarborough. Eastfield Clinic is an Adult Learning Disabilities base providing care, support, and information to people in the local community, there is free car parking available to staff. As an essential part of the reception team, you will be the first point of contact for Service Users, Carers, Staff and External Partners
Whilst having previous experience in a customer service role is essential, NHS or other health care experience is desirable. We are first and foremost looking for a colleague with a passion for helping people who believes in delivering excellent customer service, who has a keen interest in learning and working in a health care setting with a 'can do' attitude.
The post is 18 hours per week and will support the Adult Learning Disabilities at Eastfield Clinic.

Main duties of the job
The main duties will require you to greet service users, carers, and external partners face to face including answering queries via telephone. The role will involve dealing with incoming and outgoing post, room bookings, order stationery, logging calls with estates, dealing with prescriptions, petty cash, booking taxis or patient transport, arranging collection of pathology samples, and general office duties. The ability to remain calm, communicate clearly, adhere to confidentiality, and promote a positive culture for those living with mental health issues and/or learning disabilities.

Change Grow Live are looking to recruit a Specialty Doctor for their substance misuse treatment service.
The post holders will work under the Consultant Psychiatrist for the service and have responsibility to work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care for client of both services.

The Audiology service in Lincolnshire is offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified Audiologist to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust. If you're looking for experience in adult and paediatric diagnostic and rehabilitative services, complex services for patients in balance and tinnitus and secondary care ENT this could be the role for you.
Full time hours are available but part time is available.
We are a secondary care based service which means we provide specialist care to patients at our 2 main hospital sites at Lincoln County Hospital and Pilgrim Hospital, Boston and 3 further satellite clinic sites. Therefore, you will be expected to cover any one of our clinic sites at any time (traveling expenses are reimbursed).
Good communication skills are essential, together with the skills to provide excellent patient care and make clinical decisions as you will be required to work both solo and as part of a team.
Applicants should possess a BSc Audiology degree or equivalent qualification.
Applicants should be registered or eligible for registration with RCCP/HCPC.
This post is suitable for experienced and newly qualified graduate Audiologists.
Main duties of the job
Undertake full Audiological assessments of patients referred from Direct Access from primary care and ENT. To assist in complex and non-routine cases such as those with multiple disabilities and severe communication difficulties. Performing hearing and auditory function tests to include pure tone audiometry, tympanometry, acoustic reflex testing and speech audiometry.
Take medical histories of patients directly referred from primary care to exclude pathologies requiring a medical opinion.
Carry out examination of the ear by Otoscopy and Video otoscopy in patients including complex cases, to identify the anatomy of an individual's ear, any abnormalities or pathology.Analyse results to determine the next stage of diagnostics required, and to problem solve inconsistent or erroneous findings.
Develop and implement Individual management plans for patients, including complex and routine cases.
Participating in clinical supervision and maintaining their own professional development including knowledge and skills needed to accommodate changes in technology and clinical procedures. They will also assist with specialist clinical tasks and consult with the Audiology Manager on changes to this Job Description.

Following a review of our clinical demand, we are looking to increase the hours in nursing teams and invite applications from motivated, friendly, Practice Nurses to join our fantastic Clinical team in providing the best course of action for our patients care.
Main duties of the job
If you are a newly qualified Practice Nurse looking for a nurturing environment or an experienced Practice Nurses who would like to develop further through prescribing or other professional development areas, we want to hear from you.
Although all our staff are given a base at one of our six sites, we do ask that should we require cover at other sites due to high levels of annual leave or sickness that staff have a degree of flexibility.

Main duties of the job
As the Group Head of Rostering and Resourcing, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for rostering and resourcing and services across Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will lead the development and optimisation of rostering and resourcing systems, ensuring the effective deployment of staff to support safe, high-quality patient care and an excellent staff experience.
You will drive transformation, productivity and service improvement initiatives, using workforce data and intelligence to identify opportunities. The role will provide expert advice on rostering, resourcing and workforce planning matters, helping managers and leaders make informed decisions that enhance our operational effectiveness.
The postholder will oversee governance, reporting and assurance processes, ensuring compliance with national standards, legislation and best practice. Delivering efficiencies and ensuring value for money.

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust has been granted teaching hospital status, after demonstrating evidence to significant teaching commitment. From now on it will be known as United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
Pilgrim Hospital is situated in beautiful countryside and serves the communities in the South Lincolnshire area. It provides all major specialties and a 24-hour major accident and emergency service.
Grantham and District Hospital serves the communities of Grantham and the local area. It provides ambulatory paediatric and accident and emergency services.
Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
