Job summary
Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust has a vacancy for a Senior Clinical Fellow in Breast Surgery for a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. This vacancy is available from 15th November 2026 and is based in the Breast Unit, Wycombe Hospital.The appointees will assist in the provision of elective Breast Surgery, outpatient clinics, inpatient cover and preparation of the weekly multidisciplinary meeting as well as the oncoplastic MDM. The appointee will have the opportunity to operate independently within their competencies for specific procedures and will be supported by the consultant body to develop further competencies within the field of breast surgery with ample opportunity to be involved in major cases in oncoplastic breast surgery and breast reconstruction. The number of clinical commitments will depend on service requirements and will span theatre sessions, outpatient clinics (including one-stop, routine follow-up and telephone clinics).

Main duties of the job
Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust (BHT) has a vacancy to join the dynamic and friendly Bucks Breast Unit as a Senior Clinical Fellow in Breast Surgery starting from 15th November (exact starting dates may be negotiable and to be confirmed at interview with suitable candidates)

We are looking to appoint a specialty doctor or equivalent level practitioner to join our community paediatric team at Chesterfield Royal Hospital. Job summary
The Medical Secretary holds a pivotal role in any practice and ours is no exception. This role forms the central point of our patient referrals and medical reports working closely with GPs, our Practice Manager and our patients to ensure timely and accurate letters and information.
This is a great job which enables the holder to have both the full support of the surgery team whilst also working in an independent capacity prioritising their own work load to ensure we provide the best service as possible to our patients.
Main duties of the job
The role requires:
Typing referrals and reports using the practice's clinical system
Processing referrals utilising local referral pathways i.e. electronic referral system (ERS)
Dealing with queries from Patients, Service providers and the practice team
Compiling patients notes and any other relevant medical information as a result of Subject Access Requests (SARs)
Producing medical reports (private and NHS)
Using the SystmOne GP medical records system to retrieve and input patient information
Ensuring all reports, letters and shared medical information comply with GDPR and Data Protection regulations. Using iGDPR software where required.
Manage referrals for other services provided by the Practice, overseeing patient waiting lists and liaising with other practices where required

We are looking for a Locum Consultant to provide a full Orthopaedic Hand service. This role is fixed term for 6 months and based at Frimley Park Hospital and Heatherwood Hospital.
Outpatient clinics are also held at a number of our satellite sites - Fleet Hospital, Farnham Hospital and Aldershot Centre for Health.
Main duties of the job
This post is a locum post for 6 months fixed term. At present funding is not in place for this to become a substantive post. The post will have a focus on hand and wrist elective clinics and operating.

We have a new opportunity to join our Anaesthesia Team at Frimley Park Hospital as a Clinical Fellow in Regional Anaesthesia.
The post is for 12 months commencing either August 2027, February 2028 or August 2028.
The Fellowship is aimed at senior trainees who are in possession of the FRCA (or equivalent) or CCT holders seeking specialised training in regional anaesthesia. The Fellowship can be adapted to support the Fellow in developing specific interests.

The post holder will support PHD's long-established Enhanced Health in Care Homes team with the work they do with medicines optimisation and support to Care Homes with medicines management. Main duties of the job
We are looking for a Physiotherapist that has experience in assessing and providing therapy for an adult neurological caseload alongside experience of managing discharge planning processes. Knowledge of a variety of neurological conditions such as stroke, ABI, TBI and Spinal injuries is essential.

About us
The Marbrook Centre is a specialist Neurological Rehabilitation provider in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. Since opening 10 years ago, we have developed a track record of consistently high quality therapy outcomes and positive feedback from individuals and families and our ICB partners on the rehabilitation and care experience.
We hold three services within the one building;
- Eden - Inpatient Rehab Unit - Providing intensive rehabilitation for people post-stroke, acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury and other acute neurological conditions
- Bray - Long-term Nursing Unit Providing nursing care for those with long-term neurological conditions
- Mayfield - Dementia Unit Providing residential care for those living with dementia.
At The Marbrook Centre, we put the individual at the centre of their rehabilitation and care with a focus on high person led goal setting. Main duties of the job
Providing comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages attending the Primary Care Centre for urgent care outside normal surgery hours. Utilising the Adastra clinical system to accurately record consultations and clinical notes. Dispensing medications from stock when required, in line with local protocols and safe medicines management. Working autonomously while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team - including doctors, nurses and administrative staff - to ensure seamless, patient-centred care. Making appropriate referrals to secondary care, liaising effectively with other services, and ensuring patient safety through sound clinical decision-making. Haslemere Health Centre is a large, friendly, and enthusiastic GP practice set in the beautiful Surrey Hills. Our multidisciplinary team includes GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technicians, Physiotherapist, social prescriber, and visiting paramedic.
We are a training practice, regularly hosting GP registrars and FY2 doctors. Two of our GPs also run the local GP registrar training scheme.
Our main site is a modern single storey NHS Health Centre on the grounds of Haslemere Hospital, with 20 consulting rooms, a branch surgery in Fernhurst, and dedicated admin space within the hospital.

Main duties of the job
You will provide a medical secretarial service to several Gynaecology Consultants as well as working closely alongside other staff within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Team. Under the supervision of the Deputy Service Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the line management and day to day management of support medical secretaries and administration staff. Typing and downloading of clinical correspondence letters using T-pro, results validation and supporting MDT meetings are core aspects of this role.
You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, must be flexible in approach, able to exercise initiative and demonstrate a consistently high standard of professionalism, being aware of the need for confidentiality and integrity.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Paramedic to join our friendly and supportive team, working three or four days per week.
We can offer flexibility around working days; however, Wednesdays and Fridays are essential working days for this role, with the remaining day(s) to be agreed with the successful candidate.

Main duties of the job
This is a varied and autonomous ANP/Paramedic role combining care home, community and practice-based clinical work.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Care Homes Lead to support residents at Hurstway Care Home, providing proactive and responsive clinical care, as well as undertaking home visits for other practice patients where required.
The ANP/Paramedic will run a face-to-face acute and minor illness clinic at the practice, independently assessing, diagnosing and managing patients with a range of presentations.
As an independent prescriber, you will use your clinical judgement to assess and manage patients, prescribe where appropriate, arrange investigations and referrals, and provide appropriate safety-netting and follow-up.
You will work autonomously while being supported by and working collaboratively with our GPs, nursing team and wider multidisciplinary team.

Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Highly Specialist Dietitian to provide a comprehensive nutrition and dietetics service in the acute hospital setting to a caseload of in-patient paediatrics, associated clinics.
Main duties of the job
The highly Specialist Paediatric Dietitian is responsible for delivering day-to-day care for children, young people, their families and carers living with dietetic needs and will manage a designated clinical caseload of children and young people with dietetic requirements. The post holder will use clinical judgement and autonomous decision-making about the specialist nursing / AHP care and management of patients, undertaking a range of specialist clinical actions across a variety of settings following assessment of patients' needs and preferences.
They will provide expert and specialist paediatric dietetic advice, education, training and support to key partners within both the community and acute settings and work collaboratively and effectively with all other health care professionals, those allied to health and those in the third sector services.
The post holder will work at an enhanced level of practice utilising highly developed post graduate experience, knowledge and skills in dietetic specialty.
