This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an established and expanding independent healthcare provider delivering high-quality elective surgical services for NHS patients. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert spinal care, supporting service development, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding patient outcomes within a dedicated elective surgery environment.

Salary will be in line with the NHS Consultant pay scale, depending on experience.
Applicants should be experienced substantive NHS Consultants, be included on the GMC Specialist Register, and hold unrestricted GMC registration and licence to practise.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve providing comprehensive spinal surgical services for NHS patients referred to One Health.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering outpatient assessment, diagnosis and management of spinal conditions.
Undertaking elective spinal surgical procedures in line with national standards, best practice and agreed clinical pathways.
Providing pre and post-operative follow-up care.
Working collaboratively with anaesthetic, nursing and wider multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of patient care.
Supporting the development and expansion of spinal surgery services within One Health.
Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation.
Producing high-quality clinic letters, operative notes and patient reports.
Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical case discussions.
Ensuring compliance with GMC standards, clinical governance requirements and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Contributing to audit, quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation activities.
Supervising and supporting clinical colleagues where appropriate.
Participating in the appraisal and revalidation process.
Promoting a culture of patient safety, clinical excellence and continuous improvement.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 4 Children's Continuing Care Associate Practitioner to work within the Greenwich and Bexley Special Children's Continuing care nursing team.
The post holder will be an individual that has experience working with children with complex healthcare and additional needs. You will also demonstrate commitment to continued development and innovation within the team.
We work as an integrated child & young people's nursing service and you will be required to work closely with our local and tertiary hospitals, our children's community nursing team and continuing care team.
The post holder will be actively involved in participating with the development and implementation of practice within the nursing team ensuring that evidenced based practice is being delivered. You will work closely with the children's community nurses to carry out the care plans for the children that are within the continuing care team.

Main duties of the job
Clinical
- To carry out care plans provided by the Children's Community Nursing Team.
- To undertake skilled clinic tasks, for example enteral feeding (naso-gastric/ gastrostomy/jejunostomy), effective suctioning, changing oxygen probes, male and female catheterisation and basic life support following competency assessment.
- To maintain timely and accurate written electronic records in line with Trust and service policy and procedure.
- To be familiar with all equipment required to support the child and to report any deficiency immediately.
- To carry out and record defined safety checks of technical equipment during each shift reporting any issues to the family and community nursing team.
- To independently interpret observations, to recognise abnormal indicators and report to a registered nurse as required.
- To identify concerns and report to the family and continuing care nurse.
- To check and maintain a clean and safe environment and equipment when working.
- To identify emergency situations and take appropriate actions.
- To follow Trust policy and in line with training may administer routine medications.

NELFT is the largest provider of Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) in England. The MHST deliver evidence-based individual and group interventions in educational settings for children experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties aged 4 to 18 years old. The teams also have a strong focus on whole school approaches to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people. The MHSTs build on the support already in place from school counsellors, school nurses, educational psychologists and the voluntary sector to support those with mild to moderate mental health issues in school and will help children and young people with more severe needs to access the right support and provide a link to the CAMHS services. The post-holder will be a graduate Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP)/Children Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) qualification and will be fully registered with the appropriate professional or regulatory body (BPS, BABCP).

Main duties of the job
The post holder will report to the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) and will be working towards a generic job description. They will be responsible for leading clinical informaticians within the Transformation Directorate and maintains a strategic overview of all areas of responsibility, providing the framework and direction for clinicians working across services and programmes and involved in large scale change.

Main duties of the job
This role includes a £3,000 Recruitment Premium lump sum on commencement of employment and thereafter a further £1,500 Retention Premium per annum (pro-rata), paid in equal monthly instalments provided you remain in post and subject to review by the Trust.
Telephone and face to face mental health assessments, brief clinical interventions and support, signposting and referrals.

Job summary
The Trust is seeking a consultant psychiatrist to join the Women's secure service and the SCFT. The vacancy has arisen as the result of service development, and the Trust regards this as an opportune moment to develop the functioning of the team.
This post will comprise of 5 sessions on Damson ward, in the women's Service and 5 sessions with the SCFT.
The post holder is expected to join the consultant on call rota.
While primarily responsible for delivering a quality clinical service, the consultant psychiatrist is also expected to be actively involved in the strategic development of the team and broader services, being involved with the team manager and locality manager in helping to steer the development of the service in line with the strategic direction of the organisation.
Main duties of the job
a) The post holder will provide clinical leadership to the SCFT and have responsibility to provide / input into the care, treatment and risk management for patients under the care coordination of the SCFT. This will include co-working alongside inpatient teams.
b) The post holder will fulfil the Responsible Clinician role for those who are discharged from secure care for follow up by their hub, including all aspects of management (outpatient reviews, MHT and Manager's Hearings (written and oral evidence), CPAs, ASRs and liaison with other organisations.
c) Direct patient contact will be distributed between the clinical base at St Bernards, the service user's placement, a local clinical site within the hub area, remote consultations and hospital wards, as clinically appropriate. Travel time will be planned within working hours.
d) The caseload for each consultant will vary from 20-30 outpatients where they will be providing taking full Responsible Clinician (RC) responsibility and 20-30 inpatients where they will be supporting inpatient teams but having no RC responsibility. Exact caseload sizes and the balance between outpatients and inpatients will vary across time and can be reviewed and agreed by the job planning process.
e) The post holder will be actively involved in the assessment and transition of patients leaving secure care either from WLFS or from out of area private low and medium secure beds.

UHNM have a requirement for a Network & Telephony Engineer to join our newly established Network Services Team. The role will support the Senior Network Engineers in the successful delivery of the internal Network services. One Health is looking for a qualified Consultant Anaesthetist to join our growing Anaesthetic Team with focus on Lincolnshire & West Yorkshire.

The Safeguarding Practitioner will have a key role in promoting good professional practice across all elements of the safeguarding agenda under the guidance of the Head of Safeguarding. Help to inspire the development of a culture of safeguarding within North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust. Job summary
The Cardiff & Vale University Health Board Rheumatology Service are looking to employ a Consultant Rheumatologist for 10 sessions a week. There are additional specialist clinics within the rheumatology service which include an ankylosing spondylitis service, a combined clinic with dermatology, a paediatric service and biologics nurse led service. Close links are enjoyed with other specialities including renal and respiratory medicine providing complex dual service care. The service provides direct clinic care to patients on the rheumatology day unit in addition to the outpatient setting. Main duties of the job
The Rheumatology service covers Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. Outpatient clinical activity is across two sites. Outpatient clinics will be held in University of Llandough Hospital and Cardiff & Vale University Health Board, Cardiff. Duties will also include on-call cover, supervision of therapeutic substance infusions in the nurse led day unit and supervision of a registrar team and nurse led biologics clinic. The role is varied and exciting and you will be interested in continued service improvement.

Job summary
This is a post (10PA) for an old age specialist psychiatrist to provide medical input into the community Treatment team/memory service located in North Cumbria. The post holder is expected to have total DCC of 8 pa and a 2 pa for SPA.
Post holder will work along with multidisciplinary team covering the older people's population in North-Cumbria.
The post holder will provide senior clinical expertise in the assessment and treatment of individuals with complex mental health problems and what are termed as at-risk mental states.
The Older Adults Community Treatment team provide assessment and treatment service, experiencing difficulty with their mental health based on episodic model of care. It is an ageless service, seeing patients with cognitive problems of any age. Those with functional psychiatric disorders are accepted into the service if they have age related needs of older people, or significant frailty.
Post holder will be expected to work closely with each other as well as local agencies such as the Crisis Team, and Inpatient services to ensure safe and timely transitions when required.

Main duties of the job
It is envisaged that the post holder will work ten programmed activities. Following appointment there will be a meeting at no later than three months with the clinical manager to review and revise the job plan and objectives of the post holder. The overall split of the programmed activities is 8 activities to be devoted to direct clinical care and 2 pa to supporting professional activities (as per the Royal College of Psychiatrists recommendation). The timetable is indicative only. A formal job plan will be agreed between the post holder and assistant medical director or clinical manager three months after commencing the post and at least annually thereafter.

We are currently seeking experienced Medicine Consultants specialising in Diabetes & Endocrinology to support weekend insourcing services in Derbyshire, helping to reduce NHS waiting lists and improve timely access to specialist care.
This is an excellent opportunity for consultants looking to complement their existing practice with flexible weekend work in a well-organised, clinically supported and patient-focused environment.
Main duties of the job
The Opportunity
Consultants will deliver scheduled outpatient activity, including:
- New patient outpatient appointments
- Assessment and management of patients from NHS waiting lists
- Review and interpretation of diagnostic investigations and clinical findings
- Development of appropriate treatment and follow-up plans in line with Trust pathways
You will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, with dedicated support from specialty nurses and HCAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose and manage patients safely and effectively
- Interpret clinical findings and diagnostic investigations
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary setting
- Provide clinical leadership and, where appropriate, supervision to junior colleagues
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure clear treatment and follow-up plans are documented in accordance with Trust pathways and clinical standards
