Cygnet Kenney House is our hospital for women, located in Oldham. The services provide a safe and secure care pathway for women with mental health need and are now open.
We have collaborated with the NHS to develop services to support women from the North West to be treated closer to home. There are three wards at Cygnet Kenney House; Billington Ward, a 12 bed specialist Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Baldock Ward, a 16 bed Acute service and Harben Ward, a 16 bed mental health rehabilitation and recovery service.
Your Day-to-Day...
- Provide a professional, welcoming reception experience
- Greet visitors & notify the appropriate member of staff of their arrival
- Ensure visitors sign in & out, and that patients leaving & returning are recorded appropriately
- Answer & transfer all incoming calls and take messages where appropriate
- Sort & distribute post, and assist with general office duties as required
- Keep the reception area clean & tidy
- Promote the safety & security of all site users and ensure all staff comply with security protocols.
- An experienced receptionist/administrator used to liaising with customers/clients
- Organised, naturally helpful and a good multi-tasker
- Computer literate including Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalent
- Knowledgeable of telephone systems
- Polite, friendly & approachable with excellent communication skills
- GCSE Maths and English qualified, with a good level of numeracy and literacy
- Diligent & accurate, with an eye for detail and an understanding of confidentiality.

As our First Contact Practitioner Physiotherapist, youll work alongside GPs and practice teams in our forward-thinking practices, assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients directly.
Main duties of the job
As our FCP Physio, you will act as the first point of contact for patients presenting with undifferentiated MSK conditions, working autonomously alongside GP colleagues. Your core duties include:
Autonomous Assessment & Diagnosis: Take sole responsibility for face-to-face and remote consultations, taking a comprehensive history and conducting physical examinations to form a working diagnosis.
Clinical Decision-Making: Independently agree and initiate management plans, including prescribing analgesia, referring for imaging (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound), ordering blood tests, and making onward referrals to secondary care (e.g., orthopaedics, rheumatology) or community services like physiotherapy and podiatry.
Risk Stratification & Safety Netting: Identify red flags, serious pathology (e.g., cauda equina, malignancy, fracture), and psychosocial barriers to recovery. Provide clear safety-netting advice and arrange appropriate urgent follow-up or escalation.
Patient Self-Management: Deliver evidence-based advice, exercise prescription, and health promotion to empower patients to manage their condition and reduce unnecessary GP or A&E attendances.
Liaison & MDT Working: Work closely with GPs, practice nurses, pharmacists, and social prescribers. Monthly FCP IST training.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, contemporaneous records in the practice clinical system (e.g., EMIS, SystmOne) using agreed templates and coding.

Scope of the Clinical Role
1. First point of contact for expert clinical assessment and diagnosis of patients presenting with MSK conditions in primary care. This will include patients who present with a range of complex musculoskeletal conditions and/or multiple pathologies and/or mental health and/or pain management needs and underlying pathologies/other primary conditions.
2. Use advanced clinical practice skills and clinical reasoning to provide comprehensive treatment and management support to patients who present with complex musculoskeletal conditions.
3. Work independently, without in-person day to day supervision, to assess, diagnose, triage, and manage patients, taking responsibility for prioritising and managing a caseload of the PCNs Registered Patients whilst liaising with the Professional Lead where appropriate.
4. Develop integrated and tailored care programmes in partnership with patients through:a. effective shared decision-making with a range of first line management options (appropriate for a patients level of activation).
b. assessing levels of Patient Activation to support a patients own level of knowledge, skills and confidence to self-manage their conditions, ensuring they are able to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of self-management interventions, particularly for those at low levels of activation.
c. agreeing with patients appropriate support for self-management through referral to rehabilitation focussed services and wider social prescribing as appropriate.
d. designing and implementing plans that facilitate behavioural change, optimise patients physical activity and mobility, support fulfilment of personal goals and independence, and reduce the need for pharmacological interventions.
e. utilisation of an exercise program platform for patients treatment programs with supportive SMS/emails.
5. Independently recognise where diagnostic tests including routine and specialist x-rays, MRI imaging, ultrasound scans and blood and other pathology tests are required. Interpret the results alongside traditional physiotherapeutic assessment techniques and non-clinical information to aid clinical diagnosis and decisions on potential treatment options/clinical interventions.
6. Be able to clinically justify referral into appropriate MSK pathways or community care spinal treatment service, rehabilitation services or secondary care services such as rheumatology, orthopaedics and neurology.
7. Use professional judgement and advanced clinical reasoning skills to make decisions about safe and effective patient care in unpredictable situations, including when there is incomplete/contradictory information.

Job summary
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact to the lives of young people with autism and their families? Were looking for a Band 5 Nurse to join our CAMHS Autism Intensive Support Team in Kirklees.
This role will provide intensive support to complex young people and families at risk of placement breakdown or hospital admission. Working with an MDT to assess needs, develop personalized care plans, and implement effective interventions. The team aim to reduce the risks of a hospital admission or placement breakdown, alongside improving the overall wellbeing of the young person.

Job summary
Brunel Primary Care Network is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our developing Integrated Neighbourhood Care (INT) team, providing proactive, high-quality care to frail, housebound and clinically vulnerable patients across our three practices.
This is an exciting opportunity for a GP who enjoys working collaboratively across primary care and community services and who is keen to develop innovative approaches to supporting patients with complex and changing healthcare needs.
Brunel PCN also provides outreach support to homeless patients living across three local hostels.
The GP will provide clinical support and oversight to this service, working collaboratively with our Health Inclusion Team and other professionals to address the often complex health and social needs of this patient group.
Experience of working with frailty, housebound patients, homeless populations, complex care or multidisciplinary services would be advantageous, although we would welcome applications from GPs with the appropriate skills and enthusiasm to develop within the role.
The successful GP will have a varied role, combining proactive care, same-day acute visiting and outreach work.

Job summary
We are seeking to appoint a Consultant to support and further develop our expanding Gastroenterology service with an interest in Hepatology.
The post holder will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive gastroenterology service, including elective and emergency endoscopy, gastroenterology outpatient services, and inpatient gastroenterology care. Inpatient responsibilities include the management of patients across one gastroenterology ward (C41) and associated outlier wards, responding to gastroenterology referrals from other specialties, and providing an in-reach service to the Acute Medical Unit.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop a hepatology specialty interest that aligns with the current and future needs of the department and to contribute to the ongoing development and management of this service.
The post holder will take responsibility for leading the gastroenterology ward on a 1-in-7 rota, delivering daily consultant-led ward rounds over a seven-day period. During the remaining six weeks of the ten-week cycle, the post holder will deliver five direct clinical, face-to-face sessions per week (for example, three outpatient clinics and two endoscopy sessions), alongside attendance at multidisciplinary team meetings and the provision of inpatient and ward referral support.
Throughout the ten-week cycle, the post holder will also participate in a 1:15 on-call rota for out-of-hours emergency endoscopy.
Main duties of the job
This post does not include an on-call commitment to acute general medicine. The successful candidate will contribute to elective and emergency endoscopy, outpatient gastroenterology clinics including liver, general and fast track, and inpatient gastroenterology services.
The post holder will participate in the acute gastroenterology Consultant of the Week rota on a 1-in-11 basis, with responsibility for patients on the gastroenterology ward (28 beds, WardC41) and gastroenterology patients on the medical outlier ward (A9). In addition, the post holder will contribute to the Gastroenterologist of the Day rota on a 1-in-13 basis, providing specialty in-reach to the acute medical take, expert advice for cross-specialty referrals, a daily inpatient endoscopy list, and out-of-hours emergency endoscopy for gastrointestinal bleeding.
Outside acute commitments, the post holder will deliver five direct clinical care sessions per week, for example three outpatient clinics and two endoscopy sessions, and attend relevant multidisciplinary team meetings. Endoscopy list allocation and clinic activity are in line with BSG, JAG, and Royal College guidance.
Time off in lieu may be considered for planned weekend working. The post includes 2.5 SPA sessions, with 1.5 SPA allocated for revalidation and the remainder supporting education, audit, research, or service development. One WTE secretarial support and full IT facilities will be provided.

GP maternity cover role at New Addington Group Practice, joining a friendly, well-supported team. You'll work alongside experienced pharmacists, with on-site Medical Directors and a Clinical Lead available for support, plus regular team meetings. Low visiting requests and very low paperwork mean more time for patient care.
You'll also have the option to work sessions at our new New Addington Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC). A great chance to join a supportive team within Bourne Health, at a site investing in new ways of delivering care.
The postholder will have an opportunity to take part in leading on key disease areas (monitoring trends in the Quality and Outcomes Framework, treatment, staff training and prescribing) and assist in developing appropriate healthcare services for a diverse, patient list (practice-based commissioning, patient participation and health promotion).
Closely supported by the practice clinical and management teams, the postholder will act as one of the GPs within the practice working alongside the practice team but will also be part of a larger multisite clinical team.

This is an exciting time to join CFHD as we continue to transform how we support children, young people and families across Devon and Torbay. Over the last eighteen months we have worked alongside Better Communication CIC and implemented the Balanced System approach, strengthening our graduated response and improving outcomes for children and young people. We introduced Easy Access Drop-In Clinics for pre-school children and established a Link Therapist model supporting every school across Devon and Torbay. As we continue our programme of service development, we are at the beginning of the recruitment, onboarding and implementation of Experts at Hand.
This is a senior leadership position within CFHD. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Operation Manager to lead the Speech, Language and Communication pathway, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe and effective services for children, young people and families across Devon and Torbay.

Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will play a key role in shaping the future direction of Speech and Language Therapy services, working collaboratively with colleagues across health, education, social care and the voluntary sector to deliver integrated care and improve outcomes for children and young people.
The successful candidate will be supported by the Head of Service for Nursing and Therapies as well as the Clinical Director for CFHD, the Associate Clinical Directors for Allied Health Professionals and the Experts at Hand Service Lead. Peer support will be available from the Principal Clinical and Professional Leads for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy.
Alongside pathway leadership responsibilities, the post holder will provide professional and clinical leadership for Speech and Language Therapists working across other CFHD pathways.

Job summary
We are seeking a friendly enthusiastic salaried GP to join our friendly practice. This position is available due to the reduction in sessions of our long standing senior partner in July 2027 and we wish to give ourselves plenty of time to find the right candidate.
We have a patient list size of 8100 in rural Oxfordshire, Main site at Bloxham with branch surgery at Hook Norton.
We have a full compliment of clinical staff who work closely together to support the practice needs.
Main duties of the job
We do not operate total triage at the practice. Our focus is to accommodate our patients on a daily basis with the options of either a face to face appointment or a telephone consultation depending on which option a patient has chosen.
We have open sessions in the morning with pre-booked appointments in the afternoon.
We have 15 slots in the morning and 12 slots in the afternoon.
You will be supported by a full compliment of nursing to support GP's over both sites. The team consists of 3 nurses, 2 health care assistants and 1 phlebotomist who is trained to do paediatric bloods.
You will be required to work at our branch surgery which is approximately 5 miles away from our main surgery site.
We have 1 private nursing home situated at the end of our driveway for which we cover 1 clinic session per week for their registered clients.
Your contract will be based on the BMA standard contract.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre (BHOC) as a Locum Consultant Medical Oncologist specialising in breast and urological cancers for a 12-month fixed-term appointment.
BHOC is one of the UK's leading comprehensive cancer centres, providing high-quality, patient-centred care across the South West. The centre brings together a wide range of specialist services including systemic anti-cancer therapies, radiotherapy, Gamma Knife radiosurgery, haematology, palliative care, clinical psychology, Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC), and adolescent and young adult cancer services.
The successful candidate will join established multidisciplinary teams within a supportive and collaborative environment, with opportunities to contribute to service development, teaching, and research within a highly regarded oncology service.
Main duties of the job
Clinical: The successful candidate will be expected to comply with all relevant Trust policies relating to administration of patient care. This includes working to set timescales for the triage of referrals, the completion of discharge summaries prior to patients being discharged, following the specified process for the management of patients that do not attend (DNA) their appointment or admission, and the completion of all paperwork deemed necessary to support the management of their patients within agreed timescales. Consultants are also expected to work with service managers and clinical colleagues to manage their caseload in a flexible way, to ensure both clinical, national and local priorities, such as maximum waiting times for referral to treatment, are achieved.
Management and Leadership Responsibilities: The management responsibility of the post-holder will be to the Clinical Chair who is responsible to the Chief Executive and Trust Board.
Clinical Audit and Clinical Governance: The successful appointee is expected to take a full role in the delivery of the Trust's wide agenda for Governance. The Trust believes in an open learning environment with a clear risk management strategy that allows innovation and improvement in care whilst placing patient safety at the centre of our values. The Consultant will take an active part in the department audit arrangements.
On-Call Commitment: There will be an on-call commitment with this post.

Job summary
We are currently seeking an experienced GP Plus Practitioner, at Band 6 to work via a Bank Contract, based in Stevenage for our Primary Care Mental Health Service. You will be joining our Temporary Staffing Team within HPFT - Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.
The role of the GP Plus Practitioner will be to work across the interface between Primary Care and Mental Health Services to work alongside the service manager(s) to facilitate mental health assessment in primary care and support GPs about decision making in relation to secondary care referrals, support transition of service users from the care of secondary mental health services back to Primary Care and to facilitate re-access where appropriate.
The post holder will do this by providing consultation, support, education and problem-solving approaches to the Local Primary Care Teams particularly in the area of assessment and management of mental health problems in adults of working age.
HPFT provides services for service users with mental health, learning disability and children's and adolescent mental health problems. Applicants should have some experience of working in a healthcare setting.HPFT has a range of healthcare settings across the County and therefore access to a car would be beneficial unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010 which prevents you from driving

Main duties of the job
This will include "signposting" to other services and occasionally undertake very short-term interventions for clients with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
The role is to strengthen access and to provide community triage for people who may need mental health services. The post holder will ensure systems are in place to promote smooth pathways between primary care and secondary mental health services.
Work in partnership with service users in the designated care group with complex health presentations, developing their care plans and recovery plans to enable them to lead fulfilling lives.
Work in partnership with Health and social care professionals from other agencies and organisations including Community Navigators
They will demonstrate an understanding of clinical interventions relevant to the Pathway/Protocols to include psycho education, relevant aspects of social inclusion, Recovery, care plans and discharge planning, working closely with carers, families and partner agencies to facilitate this.
