Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 3 HCA. The Unit consists of 4 theatres that perform around 1,000 adult Cardiac Cases annually as well as over 500 Thoracic cases. As well as working in the 4 theatres, there are opportunities to work in the Theatre Recovery Area, Cardiology Labs and Cardiac Intensive Care. The candidate must have NVQ level 3 and ideally should have experience in theatres.
The core hours are between 07.30 and 19.00 Monday to Friday, with a 7 day, 24-hour emergency on-call service, that you will be expected to join.

Job summary
We are currently seeking to recruit a Care Coordinator on a part-time basis, 21.5 hours per week on a permanent basis, to provide a comprehensive reception service to achieve an efficient and effective service in providing the best possible care to patients.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly across all SGPA practices as required. As well as greeting patients and carrying out general reception duties you will also be expected to process prescriptions and fully utilise EMISWeb and other IT systems.

Burney Street Practice is looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Medical Receptionist & Administrator to join our busy and supportive GP practice team.
This is a varied role combining front-of-house patient services with essential administrative duties. Job summary
This undergraduate medical education Clinical Teaching Fellow in Pharmacology and similar posts in other specialties have been established to enhance the teaching of medical students in the Trust and City St George's Medical School. The majority of the post holder's time will be spent on undergraduate teaching activities. Some time may be used either for clinical work to develop the individual's career, or to complete a research project. The post holder will teach and co-ordinate students across clinical pharmacology and therapeutics to ensure that students are able to achieve their learning objectives. Clinical Teaching Fellows are connected through the CTF network to enhance the coordination of undergraduate clinical teaching of medical students.
Main duties of the job
- The successful candidate will play an important role in the development and delivery of clinical pharmacology, therapeutics and prescribing teaching to medical students on the City St George's University MBBS programmes. Teaching will include small and large group lectures and workshops and development of self-directed learning materials and where relevant involvement in the Hospital Medicine Grand Rounds.
- Administrative tasks will include timetabling, updating student online resources/webpages and working closely with Consultant lead for MBBS Clinical Pharmacology and other members of the clinical pharmacology clinical and academic team.
- There are two MBBS programmes, a 5-year course in which students are predominantly school-leavers, and a 4-year 'fast track' course for graduate students. Students are admitted through a competitive selection process. The two courses merge for the clinical years.
- The post holder may be expected where relevant to participate in Student Grand Rounds and to liaise with similar post holders in identifying deficiencies and opportunities for clinical teaching across the Trust.

Main duties of the job

- To liaise with other team members to ensure that all patients notes/client files are available when required.

- Use a variety of communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to foster good working relationships at all levels. Will need to receive and transmit routine information requiring tact, persuasive and empathetic skills when dealing with distressed clients and carers in person or by phone and be aware of the reporting system should an incident occur.

This post offers an excellent opportunity for a trainee to further develop their skills in all aspects of cardiology but primarily the post holder will be working towards developing skills to a high standard in the management of cardiac arrhythmia and cardiac devices. This will include protected time for training in the implantation and follow-up of simple and complex cardiac devices. (Pacemakers including conduction system pacing, ICDs, subcutaneous ICDs, CRTs). It is anticipated that the post-holder will become independent in cardiac device implantation after undertaking this post.
The Complex Cardiac Devices Service commenced 14 years ago and has grown significantly in that time into an established service with a dedicated "Devices Team" comprising doctors, cardiac physiologists and specialist arrhythmia nurses. The post holder will be integral to delivering and supporting the ongoing expansion and development of the devices and arrhythmia services working as part of a multidisciplinary team in a busy department. Of the five Devices Fellow post-holders since inception of the service, two have gone on to acquire a Consultant Post and all others have been successful in acquiring a SpR NTN in Cardiology.
Main duties of the job
Inpatient care: Participating in the general cardiology on call rota. Managing the care of CCU and cardiac zone patients. Reviewing inpatient referrals. The on-call Consultant performs a daily ward round and is always available for advice and to review patients.
Outpatient care: General arrhythmia and electrophysiology outpatient clinics under Consultant supervision. As part of the Devices Team the post-holder will also be expected to support the Cardiac Physiologists and Arrhythmia Specialist Nurses in troubleshooting/resolving any technical or clinical problems.
Catheterisation lab: Simple and Complex Device implantation is currently undertaken by 5 consultant operators. The dedicated days for simple and complex device implantation in the main Cath Lab are every Thursday and most Wednesdays. There is also an additional Pacing Theatre within the Cath Lab Suite where ILR implantation.
Multidisciplinary team meetings: To contribute to the weekly arrhythmia multidisciplinary clinical meeting.
Audit and Clinical Governance.: The post-holder will be expected to participate in clinical audit and comply with Clinical Governance.
Teaching and Research: The post holder may wish to participate in both formal and informal teaching. Since 2017, we have established a Cardiac Devices Research programme at CUH and we are actively recruiting patients into ongoing cardiac device trials. The post holder will have the opportunity to initiate and carry out research.

Job summary
Our team is growing following investment in the regional transformation of spinal cord injury (SCI) care which has led to the NNUH being appointed as a regional SCI hub in the network. The hub operates within the established spinal care service in Trauma and Orthopaedics which currently consists of 6 Consultants, a Spinal Fellow and two Specialist Trainees who work alongside our spinal nurse practitioners, Allied health professionals and the ward team.
The NNUH hub will support the SCI pathway of care across the Norfolk and Waveney area optimizing recovery by improving timely access to services and commencing specialist rehabilitation within the acute sector.We are seeking an experienced senior physiotherapist to join the team to support our physiotherapy clinical lead. Applicants will need to demonstrate specialist knowledge and skills in the acute care and rehabilitation of spinal cord injuries resulting from trauma.
You will be involved in developing and transforming our services and care pathways, supporting the clinical leadership to ensure provision of excellent patient care in collaboration with the physiotherapy clinical, operational and AHP leads.

Main duties of the job
You will be a Senior Physiotherapist responsible for the physiotherapy management of a defined caseload of patients within the specialty presenting to the Trust
You will:
- Assess, prioritise and manage own caseload of patients, determine clinical diagnosis and treatment indicated, and maintain records as a legally autonomous practitioner. Patient presentation may be complex/highly complex.
- Work will be undertaken without direct supervision. Clinical/professional supervision may take the form of formal training, clinical reasoning sessions and occasional direct observation of practice. Advice and support is always available
- Provide clinical leadership within the speciality including educational, professional and managerial guidance
- Have an active role in the planning, development, coordination, delivery and evaluation of the physiotherapy service provided to patients within and out-reaching from the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
- Deputise for the Team Leader/Senior physiotherapy staff as required
- Support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service

This is a Locum Consultant Dermatologist post. We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative consultant to become a core member of our friendly, supportive Dermatology Department at Beckenham Beacon. Beckenham is a pleasant suburb in the London Borough of Bromley, with excellent transport links to central London (25 mins) and surrounding areas. There are high quality schools nearby, including state grammar schools.
We provide a very high-quality multidisciplinary dermatology service, with high levels of patient satisfaction. We offer services in general dermatology (including biologics), skin cancer, paediatric dermatology, skin surgery, phototherapy, PDT and iontophoresis.
We have a highly successful teledermatology service, through which we assess patients aged under 70 referred on the urgent skin cancer pathway. The quality of the images taken by our highly skilled medical photographers allows us to confidently discharge a large proportion of patients, so that we can focus on providing face-to-face appointments (including same day surgical procedures) for those who need them.
Main duties of the job
The post is based at Beckenham Beacon. The post holder will also cover acute dermatology at Princess Royal University & Orpington Hospitals. The job plan comprises 8 Programmed Activities. There is no on-call commitment. The postholder will ensure patients receive early specialist input and to help develop patient-centred models of care to meet the increasing number of referrals. They will deliver general dermatology, paediatric dermatology and skin cancer clinics and skin surgery procedures. They will also participate in a weekly skin cancer MDT meeting and monthly departmental meetings.They will also be expected to have a commitment to teaching and training of medical, nursing and pharmacy staff. General dermatology outpatient clinic templates typically comprise 5 new patients and a maximum of 8 follow up patients. Two-week wait skin cancer clinic templates typically comprise 10 new patients and a maximum of 3 follow-up patients, plus allocated timeslots for 'breaking bad news'. The department aims to conduct face to face skin cancer clinics on a 'see and treat' model, with patients having diagnostic procedures when they attend clinic.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, creative and highly specialist Clinical Psychologist to join our team.
ACTIVATE is a multi-disciplinary community team consisting of Clinical Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, GP's with extended role and an administrator. We provide highly specialist assessment and intervention for adults with CFS and / or persistent pain.
ACTIVATE adopts a primarily hands off approach to treatment which is aimed at motivating and educating service users to manage their condition more effectively and utilises both individual and group based interventions. Close multi-disciplinary working within the team, is a key part of the service delivery and the successful candidate will be expected to take an active role in the delivery of the Chronic Fatigue Management Programmes as well as offering individual and joint treatment sessions with other team members.
ACTIVATE team form part of the integrated community MSK Services working alongside the MSK Physiotherapy team and the MSK Clinical , Assessment and Treatment Service (MSKCATS). The post will also involve close liaison with relevant medical consultants, GP's and other health care professionals.

Main duties of the job
To support and enhance the work of the multi-disciplinary team providing a highly specialist service to people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and persistent pain.
To take a lead role in the clinical delivery and strategic development of the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) service
To support and enhance the professional psychological care of patients within the service by providing highly specialist psychological assessment, formulation and therapy as well as consultation, advice and supervision to other members of the team.
To provide highly specialist clinical psychology input to adults, their families and carers referred to the ACTIVATE Team with CFS.
To provide highly specialist psychological assessment, formulation and therapy for complex cases within the service. This will be based upon clinical psychology and clinical health psychology theory and practice.
To work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the teams' policies and procedures.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Allergy Dietitian to join Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, working across paediatric and adult allergy services. You will provide a highly specialist dietetic service, working with the Clinical Lead Dietitian for Paediatric Allergy, Adult Allergy Consultants and wider multidisciplinary teams to deliver, develop and evaluate high-quality, evidence-based care. Main duties of the job

Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Band 6 Nurse Coordinator to join ourSingle Point of Access Team. If you are experienced, enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate we would love to hear from you.
The service is open seven days a week, with various shifts to cover the service from 07:45 - 20:15.
Main duties of the job
We cover the whole of the West Cheshire geographical footprint and the GP surgeries within it. Along with referrals from GPs we also work in partnership with North West Ambulance Service and we are part of the West Cheshire Health Collaborative.
As a Nurse Coordinator the successful candidate will undertake duties involving the triage of patients via NWAS and CAS 111 with the focus being on hospital avoidence were possible utilising the many community services and pathways that are avalible to SPA. You will also facilitate GP referrals to enable patients to get the right care at the right time and the right place.

Mansion House Surgery is looking to recruit a 4 or 6 session salaried GP to join our forward-thinking practice team. The Practice team comprises ANPs, MH nurses, Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physios and Paramedics.
The team has 5.5 FTE GPs.
