Job summary
Domestic Assistants support the Trust in delivering a clean and safe environment for both service users and staff. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Domestic Assistant to work at Marsden House.
The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
Part time 10 hours per week. Monday-Friday 18:00-20:00.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic Domestic Assistant to join our facilities team at Marsden House. A successful candidate will receive full training and a uniform will be provided.
You will be required to work as part of a team and be flexible within your working approach e.g. cover for annual leave and sickness. Previous experience in a domestic environment would be advantageous, if not training will be provided.

The basis of the role will be to develop and maintain a therapeutic environment which supports the patient in making positive changes. As part of a multidisciplinary team the post holder will support and uphold a structured programme of treatment. The post holder will be expected to work as a member of the multidisciplinary team in the provision of best practice care and treatment for young people and adults who require inpatient treatment for an eating disorder. As a Support Worker at Riverdale, you will be expected to carry out the outlined duties whilst always respecting the individuals you work with and behaving in a professional manner.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as a member of the multidisciplinary team within either the Adolescent or Adult Wards. They will be responsible for delivering a high standard of care to patients and their families. The post holder will demonstrate empathic understanding, compassion and positive regard in maintaining the ethos of the ward and values of the hospital.

Applications are invited for the above posts to commence on a rolling basis from 6th February 2027 for 12 to 18 months in the first instance, at The Royal London Hospital (RLH).
The posts are intended to provide critical care experience in an acute adult critical care unit providing both HDU and ITU level care, to trainees with a minimum of 2 years Anaesthetic experience interested in a career in Critical Care Medicine, who will have the opportunity to participate in educational activities, training, audit and research within the department of Critical Care Medicine.
Main duties of the job
There are 2 types of posts. The first are 12 month long Specialist ICM posts with interests in either Trauma or Critical Care Follow up. The holders of these posts will receive dedicated clinical time to pursue projects related to these sub-specialty interests. The second are 18 month long CESR posts for trainees with significant experience in Anaesthesia (minimum 2 years) and Critical Care medicine. These posts offer the possibility to achieve documentary evidence in 11 of the 14 HiLos required for CESR accreditation in Intensive Care Medicine with the GMC. The 18 months would include 12 months General, Neuro and Trauma Adult Critical Care on the Adult Critical Care Unit at RLH, 3 months of Paediatric Critical Care at the PICU in RLH, and 3 months of Cardiac Critical Care ate Barts Hospital.

The Royal London Hospital (RLH) forms part of Barts and The London NHS Trust. The ACCU (Adult Critical Care Unit ) is a 44 bedded critical care unit in the brand new hospital into which the Royal London moved in December 2011. The ACCU accepts referrals for medical and surgical patients requiring level 2 and 3 care. The hospital receives tertiary referrals for a number of Medical Specialties including Neurology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Renal and Stroke Medicine. The Royal London Hospital (RLH) forms part of Barts and The London NHS Trust. The ACCU (Adult Critical Care Unit ) is a 44 bedded critical care unit in the brand new hospital into which the Royal London moved in December 2011. The ACCU accepts referrals for medical and surgical patients requiring level 2 and 3 care. The hospital receives tertiary referrals for a number of Medical Specialties including Neurology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Renal and Stroke Medicine. In addition, there is a 12 bedded Surgical HDU for hi risk post-op elective admissions from surgical specialties such as hepatobiliary surgery, upper and lower GI tract surgery, major vascular, maxillofacial, Neuro and ENT surgery.
The RLH is the base hospital for the Londons Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) and the NE London Stroke Referral Unit. The Accident & Emergency Department caters for over 100,000 patients every year.

The role of the Nursing Assistant within the Place of Safety will be an autonomous role supporting the co-ordination of Section 136/135 admissions to the Children and Young Persons Place of Safety Suite (CYP POS) and accompanying the detained person whilst awaiting outcome of assessment. When not required to work in the CPY POS suite, the post holder will be required to work within Plym Bridge in patient Unit. This may be as part of a team nursing complex children and young people with increased levels of observations. This may involve contact with relatives, carers and other agencies. They will carry out interventions as part of the care plans and record information using the CPA process.
The post holder will be directed to undertake tasks once adequate instruction has been given by the trained nurse and both parties are confident that the task can be fulfilled competently. However, the trained nurse is required to carry the responsibility for decision making and direction.
To assist the trained nurse whilst working on the in-patient wards in delivering physical social and psychological care to the patient / client with mental health problems / illness.

Royal Papworth Hospital is seeking a dynamic pharmacist to join our established trust antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) team and will have a shared responsibility for the leadership and operational delivery of a high-quality antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) programme in line with the agreed priorities for the Trust. The post holder will be working with the AMS Team to optimise antimicrobials to ensure that infections are effectively treated, patients are protected from the harms caused by unnecessary antimicrobial use and combat antimicrobial resistance.

Royal Papworth AMS Team is a small, close multidisciplinary team and this role will work in collaboration with all clinical directorates. Main duties of the job
Responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical advice, including specialist antimicrobial advice across all clinical areas of the Trust to prescribers, clinicians, nursing staff, pharmacy colleagues and patients to deliver high quality pharmaceutical care and improve patient safety.
To work with the AMS Team to deliver trust and ICB objectives, including optimising antimicrobial prescribing, and removing inappropriate patient penicillin allergy labels.
To undertake an audit/service evaluation on behalf of the AMS Team based on previously identified needs in AMS Team annual strategy.
To work with the AMS Team to deliver training programmes and audit feedback to educate prescribers, pharmacists and nursing staff on the safe and effective use of antimicrobials.
To participate in the AMS Team journal club.
To act as a deputy to the Lead Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist, providing professional input into Trust activities to deliver safe and effective Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) practices across the Trust.
Responsible for contributing directly to patient anti-infective treatment by undertaking Antimicrobial Stewardship and Infection management ward rounds to various ward areas.
Liaises with pharmacy staff and provides leadership and mentorship to deliver RPH antimicrobial priorities.
The post-holder(s) will be an independent prescriber and prescribe medicines for agreed patients within their own level of experience and competence, and in line with current legislation and local polices

We are seeking enthusiastic Specialty Doctors in Emergency Medicine to join the existing ED team FOR 10 PAs per week. It is an exciting time to join our team as the new ED has recently opened; the £8M redevelopment plan has delivered a bigger footprint and new Paediatric, Major and CDU areas. There is considerable scope for the successful candidates to be involved in service re-design and quality improvement projects, shaping the Departments future development and improvement of patient care.
The department has a CESR program which includes regular teaching and rotations to ITU and Anaesthesia. Our middle grades are selected with the long-term view of career development and retention. This creates an up-skilled, motivated and progressive middle grade work force.
The department's many attributes include regional accreditation as a Trauma Unit, established as regional point of care ultrasound (POCUS) training centre with daily teaching run by accredited trainers. We also boast multi professional simulation sessions and dedicated teaching in addition to our unique CESR program.

Main duties of the job
The primary duties of the post are to see new patients within the ED, and to be an on-site source of advice, help and supervision for more junior doctors in the ED. The successful candidate will be working on the Middle Grade rota (see attached) and accountable to the EM ConsultantsWe expect for the candidate to have good leadership skills, ability to manage the Department, including flow through the ED.

We have completed a £8 Million redevelopment of the Emergency Department which has produced a bespoke ED transforming the way we deliver Emergency and Urgent care to our local population. Job summary
An opportunity has arisen to join the Urology Department at Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust for a 12-month senior fellowship in robotic pelvic cancer surgery in a leading UK high -volume centre in pelvis cancer surgery.
Designed for a post-CCT urology trainee or junior consultant, the program provides structured, multi-consultant training in robot-assisted radical prostatectomy and robot-assisted radical cystectomy. Applicants should be have the availabilityto assess and manage common acute and elective urological conditions safely. Royal Surrey is the UK's highest-volume single-site centre for robotic prostatectomy, one of the world's highest-volume centres for Retzius-sparing robotic prostatectomy and established cystectomy program with one of the shortest postoperative hospital stay in the UK. The unit performs approximately 600 robotic prostatectomies and 120 robotic cystectomies each year.

What the pelvic cancer surgery fellowship offers.
oDedicated robotic pelvic cancer training, with protected time for robotic theatre sessions (5 sessions), pelvic oncology clinics, multidisciplinary team meetings, simulation, research, audit and outcomes work.
oStructured progression from bedside assisting and dual-console training to modular console operating and, when competence is demonstrated, supervised whole procedures.
oExperience across the complete prostatectomy and cystectomy pathways, from patient selection and multidisciplinary discussion to surgery, postoperative care and follow-up.
oTraining in Retzius-sparing prostatectomy, robotic radical cystectomy, day-case surgery, patient-led catheter removal, Histolog assessment and high-intensity theatre working.

Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking to recruit a Consultant Obstetrician. Successful candidates will join a team of 25 substantive consultants. The post will have a special interest in Fetal Medicine. The Directorate provides services across 3 hospital sites within the county of Worcestershire. The candidate will benefit from working within a friendly and experienced team of Consultants.
As a Trust we have been actively involved in developing the training program for students from the Three Counties Medical School based in Worcester which opened in September 2023. We also have a long-established role in training medical students from the University of Birmingham and undergraduates from the University of Warwick.

Main duties of the job
This is a full-time Consultant appointment in Obstetrics, with a specialist interest in fetal medicine.
The post holder will work collaboratively with Consultant colleagues across the Trust and will undertake clinical sessions at Worcestershire Royal Hospital, the Alexandra Hospital, Redditch, and the Kidderminster Treatment Centre. General outpatient clinics will be delivered across all main sites and selected community hospitals.
The successful applicant will be asked to work as the fetal medicine and Obstetric Governance lead and develop the local service in line with both local, regional and National requirements. They will work closely alongside the Governance team, and other members of the MDT, to ensure quality assurance standards are being met, guidelines are up to date, national audits are completed and they have oversight of complaints, incidents and any actions that are identified.
The successful applicant will participate in regular clinical meetings, post-graduate activities and maintain continuing medical education, in accordance with the requirements of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and General Medical Council. The post-holder will ensure their own practice is up to date and they support the principles of revalidation by the GMC. They will also be expected to support less experienced junior colleagues in the development of their skills both within an elective and emergency setting.

Main duties of the job
The Neighbourhood psychiatrist will offer expert advice to GPs for patients not currently open to secondary care mental health services. The service will advise about medication, signposting to other services and specialties', as well as clinical management and diagnostic advice. The service will be provided on a daily basis, Monday to Friday
The post holder will work with the NMHT in Rochdale service, working across HMR-Rochdale as a consultant psychiatrist, providing clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team.T

You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills further in the specialist areas:
o MSK conditions, fitting and modifying off the shelf orthotics
o Nail surgery and other minor soft tissue procedures
o Wound care including diabetes foot ulcer management

Applications are invited to join our Obstetric & Gynaecology Department at Dorset County Hospital. We are a busy unit, managing a wide rural geographical area. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic doctor who has a minimum of two years experience at Registrar Level in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
The middle grades participate in a rota based on 40 hours full shift. The Trust Doctor will be attending major inpatient operating lists to enhance / develop their surgical skills in abdominal and vaginal open surgery. You will be covering Labour ward, Gynaecology Ward, antenatal care clinics and day case surgery.
You will benefit from working alongside a team of 10 Consultants with special interests in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and learning from their skills. We have a broad range of training opportunities available and the successful candidate will be offered the opportunity of continuing professional development, including training in non-clinical aspects of the post. The post holder would be expected to participate in peer supervision and team training programmes.

Main duties of the job
The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.

Our team currently comprises 4 partners, 3 salaried GPs, 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioner, a Clinical Pharmacist, a Pharmacy technician, together with a team of RGns, Nurse associate and HCA's. We have an enthusiastic team od administrative and reception staff.
We look after approximately 14,300 patients in both urban and rural settings. Our main site, St. Martin's Gate Surgery, is based in a large, modern, purpose-built medical centre with excellent parking facilities in central Worcester. We also have abranch surgery based in the nearby village of St. Peter's and clinicans rotate to cover sessions.
We use digital aspects available to us giving patients an option to reach the surgery electronically.

- In accordance to the practice timetable, the post-holder will make themself available to undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, home visits, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion.
