Job summary
Are you an experienced pharmacist with an interest in digital transformation and improving the way medicines are managed?
This is an exciting opportunity to bring together your clinical pharmacy expertise, leadership skills and interest in digital healthcare as an EPR Pharmacy Configuration Manager.
Working as part of the multidisciplinary Digital Services team, you will play a key role in developing pharmacy functionality within the Trust's Electronic Patient Record (EPR). You will help shape medicines-related processes, enhance clinical workflows and ensure digital solutions support the safe, effective and efficient delivery of patient care.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking pharmacist who enjoys problem-solving, collaborative working and using technology to make a meaningful difference to clinical practice.

- Provide specialist pharmacy and EPR advice across the Trust.
- Lead the configuration, maintenance and ongoing development of pharmacy-related EPR functionality.
- Review medicines-management processes and identify opportunities to enhance safety, efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure digital developments comply with medicines legislation, clinical safety requirements and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinate testing for system changes, upgrades and interfaces to ensure solutions are safe, secure and robust.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacy teams, clinicians, EPR analysts, Digital Services colleagues and system suppliers.
- Lead pharmacy-related EPR projects and support the professional development of analysts within the team.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, escalating significant risks when required.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development, and you will be supported to work towards Level 2 Accreditation with the British Society of Echocardiography (BSE) in Adult Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE).
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will play an active role in education and workforce development, providing training and support to students, less experienced colleagues, cardiology specialty registrars (SpRs), and junior doctors. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of patient care while supporting the ongoing development of the wider multidisciplinary team.

Main duties of the job
- Analyse and interpret complex and interdependent data acquired during transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) to support accurate diagnosis.
- Following interpretation of images and data generated during TTE, produce a clinical report of the echocardiographic findings.
- Perform diagnostic echocardiography across a range of complex clinical settings, including specialist valve assessment.
- Interpret and report on the complex imaging and data generated during TTE for these patient groups, with senior review as required.

Main duties of the job
As the Biobank team looks to expand, the most suitable candidate for the post of Biobank Operations Manager, will have some experience and knowledge of 1 or more areas covered within Biobank teams remit. Namely research tissue banking, lab and facilities management and/or sample hosting/management services.The post holder will:
- Lead the Biobank team working within Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and our Academic partner Institute of Cancer Research at both Chelsea and Sutton sites.

We are currently looking for a part time Band 6 Memory Nurse in the East/North East locality for 28.5 hours a week, working days are negotiable over Monday-Friday. Main duties of the job
Experience in palliative care, oncology or managing complex long-term conditions is desirable, although we welcome nurses from all clinical backgrounds who are keen to develop specialist skills. You will need to work autonomously while contributing effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a commitment to person-centred specialist palliative care.
Hospice Nurse Specialistworks as an autonomous practitioner, managing a specialist caseload and providing advanced holistic assessment, symptom management (physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual), prescribing and care planning. The role acts as a key resource for patients, carers and healthcare professionals, supporting coordinated care, preventing avoidable hospital admissions and promoting patient choice, dignity and quality of life.
The Associate Hospice Nurse Specialist provides high-quality specialist palliative and end of life care to patients and those important to them across Wigan Borough. Working under the guidance and support of a Hospice Nurse Specialist, the post holder undertakes holistic assessment, care planning and ongoing review for a delegated caseload of patients with palliative and end of life care needs.
Working Pattern - This is a 37-hour-per-week role, worked Monday to Sunday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The successful candidate will therefore need to be flexible and available to work 10 weekends per year (Saturday and Sunday), including bank holidays where required, in line with an agreed rota.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Psychologist to join our integrated Mental Healthcare team at HMP Stocken, a category C training prison housing around 1056 patients the majority of whom are aged between 21-40 years of age.

Are you interested in working within a specialised service within the Neurology team? We are looking to recruit a motivated and hardworking individual in to our epilepsy service. The post is part time, 22, 5 hrs per week spread over 3 days per week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The successful candidate will work alongside a Consultant Neurologist supporting patients throughout their epilepsy diagnosis and journey. The post holder will be involved in developing and delivering expert patient-centred care based on local and national guidance. The Imaging department at St Mary's hospital currently has a clerical coordinator vacancy.The successful candidate will be part of a team involved in various administrative and reception functions including meeting and greeting patients, booking patients in for their examinations and making complex Imaging appointments. Previous experience of using the hospital Patient Administrative Systems, formal Customer Care Training, a good understanding of imaging procedures and general clerical experience are very desirable.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience of dealing with patient appointment and booking protocols, with a proven track record of strong administrative skills.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with all members of the Radiology team, Clinicians, other Trust staff, external providers and members of the general public.

This is a senior leadership role within the Finance Directorate, providing strategic and operational financial leadership to support the delivery of the Trust's objectives. Working closely with the Chief Finance Officer, Deputy Chief Finance Officer and Director of Operational Finance, the post holder will play a key role in shaping the Trust's financial strategy, ensuring financial sustainability, and supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.
The role is responsible for leading the operational finance and business support functions, providing expert financial advice to the Trust Board, Executive Team, clinical and corporate divisions, and external stakeholders across the wider Integrated Care System. The post holder will oversee financial planning, performance reporting, forecasting, governance and business case development, ensuring robust financial management across the organisation.
As a senior finance leader, you will drive continuous improvement, champion the use of digital technology and artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and support major transformation programmes and service developments. You will also contribute to the development of high-performing teams and deputise for senior finance colleagues as required.

The post holder will provide strategic financial leadership to ensure the Trust delivers robust financial plans, strong financial performance and effective governance. They will lead the annual financial planning cycle, financial forecasting and performance reporting, supporting informed decision-making across the organisation.

The post holder will undertake the Healthcare Engineering Specialist Technician Level 3 apprenticeship standard. As the future of Pathology evolves, there will be requirements to offer a 7 day, 24/7 service.

Main duties of the job
To take responsibility for the management of the Special Procedures section of the department with specific reference to the implementation and maintenance of Health & Safety issues, Quality Systems, including all accreditation standards and personnel matters.
To undertake scientific duties in the appropriate section of the department as required to facilitate the smooth running of the service.
To provide a clinical technical service by performing routine and specialist procedures on a range of biological samples.
To maintain and run specialist equipment up to the value of £350,000.
To possess the skills required to facilitate the necessary training and supervision of state registered Biomedical Scientists (BMS), Trainee BMS and support staff within their section of the department.
To assist the Operations Manager and Technical Manager in the management of the laboratory.
Directly manage a group of BMS and support staff, typically between 5 and 10, occasionally more, while covering the absence of other Section Leads.
