Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager in the ICT Department of West Hertfordshire Hospitals Trust. The role is to support the ICT department with a number of key projects.
We are seeking a highly motivated PM with experience who is passionate and has excellent organisation and communication skills. This PM will need a good understanding of the NHS and come with a background of IT related projects.
This role offers significant experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and has insight into a diverse range of issues.
The role will be part of a dynamic ICT team committed to achieving improvements directly within the IT department and West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust as a whole.
This is a secondment/fixed term contract until 30th September 2027.
Main duties of the job
Manage projects from initiation to successfully delivery.
Establish project milestones and plans in collaboration with ICT Programme Manager, other project managers and project sponsor.
Plan projects which impact across clinical and non/clinical areas; e.g. delivery of new systems, new technical infrastructure or information systems.
Completes all user requests for project work within the specified time.
Oversees the installation, configuration and management of all hardware/ software of information system projects as assigned within the project timelines.

This role sits within the Rapid Investigation Team, part of Field Services, which translates evidence into practice and strengthens disease surveillance and outbreak response through links with the NHS and other partners.
Main duties of the job

Job summary
We currently have a vacancy for Associate Mental Health Worker to join out new Older Person's Home Treatment Team. This is a new servicethat has been set up to provide service users who are living in the boroughs of Barnet, Enfield and Haringey who are aged 70+ or who have a diagnosis of dementia with specialist support when they areexperiencing a mental health crisis as an alternative to in-patient admission.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for participating and assisting in the delivery of care for service users under the North Boroughs Older Person's Home Treatment Team (OA HTT). This includes supporting carers, families and professionals of those being cared for by theteam.
The post holder will be expected to work a 7-day rota covering the boroughs of Barnet, Enfield and Haringey. They will carry out a range ofclinical support tasks, including direct patient interactions, risk assessment, and delivering low- level psychological interventions, identified aspart of the service user's care plan.
They will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to provide excellent, compassionate and sensitive care to people and their social systems.The post holder will provide direct face to face and telephone support to the service users and carers under the care of the crisis team, or thoseaccessing the service via the call centre. Work will be allocated on a shift-by-shift basis by senior members of staff coordinating the shift.
The focus of the role will be that of supporting people aged 70+ in acute mental crisis, supporting carers and families in the same context,providing clinical assistance to registered and medical staff in order to ensure safe provision of care.

The postholder will act as the Trust's Intelligent Client Contract and Performance Manager for designated outsourced Hard Facilities Management services. North & East Integrated Transfer of Care Hub (ITOCH) Team are seeking to recruit a clinical prioritisers to coordinate the local demand and capacity, and to ensure that individuals needs are triaged, prioritised and addressed through the most appropriate resource from the multi-disciplinary and cross organisational team. The clinical prioritiser will provide specialised knowledge and exceptional skills in managing frailty, and intermediate care; and supporting advanced assessment and care planning to people suffering from a range of complex conditions, ensuring a seamless pathway through acute and community services.
This is a community-based role that requires frequent travel to various locations throughout the county including areas that may not be accessible by public transportation. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate how they will manage these travel requirements.

Job summary
We are looking to appoint a Whole-Time Consultant Spinal Surgeon to Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust based at the Northern General Hospital. Depending on service pressures, there may be the requirement to work offsite in the future.

Main duties of the job

The postholder will act as the Trust's Intelligent Client Contract and Performance Manager for designated outsourced Hard Facilities Management services. Join our nursing team for our 17 bedded ward at Stratton Community Hospital. This role will require the post holder to be committed to the on-going development of the ward and multi disciplinary team working, aiming to deliver the highest standards of patient care to our predominantly elderly patients.
Posts available undertaking a range of Long days and Night duties on a rotational basis in order to support 24 hour nursing care, 7 days per week. Although based at Stratton Community Hospital, a flexible working approach is required to support Launceston Community Hospital as service needs require.
Main duties of the job
The purpose of the post is:
- To assist in the delivery of clinical care, planned and assessed by the Registered Nurses.
- To carry out care / other duties under indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or Senior Health Care Assistant.
- Support care on a day-to-day basis for all patients in the clinical area in a manner sensitive to the individual clients needs and wishes, acknowledging their rights and beliefs at all times

Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Band 5 nurse who would like to be part of a very busy and forward thinking Outpatient Team.
The role will involve working across the whole of Outpatient and Day Services at Camborne Redruth Community Hospital (CRCH) including our Nurse Led Wound Management Clinic, the Transfusion and Infusion Service, the Phototherapy clinics and in the general Outpatient clinics as required.
Experience in IV therapy and cannulation would be an advantage.

The 34 hours are to be worked over 4 days between 8am-5pm Mon to Sun - there is an expectation of occasional "late stays" to cover late running clinics. These are rotated in advance.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 17-hour position within the busy Outpatient Department (OPD) and Minor Injury Unit (MIU) at St Austell Community Hospital.
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team, providing high-quality care to patients attending the department. The successful candidate will undertake a range of clinical duties including venepuncture, wound care and dressings, plaster application and removal, recording and monitoring patient observations, and supporting the assessment and triage of patients presenting with minor injuries and illnesses.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team in a varied and fast-paced environment, delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within an Urgent Treatment Centre, Minor Injury Unit (MIU), or Outpatient Department (OPD), and have completed relevant MIU skills and triage competencies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting MIU and OPD practitioners in the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care.
- Undertaking a range of clinical duties, including wound care and dressings, plaster application and removal, patient observations, and assisting with triage following completion of the relevant competencies.
- Registering and booking patients into the department and ensuring accurate documentation is maintained.
- Providing a high standard of patient care and attending to patients' general needs throughout their visit.
- Delivering all care safely and effectively under the supervision of trained MIU and OPD clinicians.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team, providing high-quality care to patients attending the department. The successful candidate will undertake a range of clinical duties including venepuncture, wound care and dressings, plaster application and removal, recording and monitoring patient observations, and supporting the assessment and triage of patients presenting with minor injuries and illnesses.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within an Urgent Treatment Centre, Minor Injury Unit (MIU), or Outpatient Department (OPD), and have completed relevant MIU skills and triage competencies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting MIU and OPD practitioners in the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care.
- Undertaking a range of clinical duties, including wound care and dressings, plaster application and removal, patient observations, and assisting with triage following completion of the relevant competencies.
- Registering and booking patients into the department and ensuring accurate documentation is maintained.
- Providing a high standard of patient care and attending to patients' general needs throughout their visit.
- Delivering all care safely and effectively under the supervision of trained MIU and OPD clinicians.
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the multidisciplinary team as required to ensure the smooth running of the service.
- Contributing to a positive patient experience by maintaining a professional, compassionate and patient-centred approach at all times.

We are looking to appoint a Senior Staff Nurse on Fletcher Ward who is passionate about providing safe and quality care.
Fletcher Ward is a 17 bedded acute psychiatric admissions unit. It assesses and treats people aged 18 or older.
Our emphasis is on providing a therapeutic environment, offering a holistic approach to treatment in a safe and supported space which promotes rehabilitation and recovery. We work with various professionals, carers and community staff to ensure effective delivery of care and a planned, safe and timely discharge.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be required to take a leadership role on the ward, deputising for the ward manager when required, oversee the day to day running of the ward and be responsible for providing high quality clinical leadership to the in-patient multi-disciplinary team through supervision and direction.
The appointee will be required to work rotational shifts including weekends and bank holidays as necessary, with a flexible manner to ensure a seamless whole service approach.
Safe and effective delivery of care will be expected alongside compliance with The Nursing and Midwifery Councils Code of Professional Conduct.
