Job summary
The postholder will act as the Trust's Intelligent Client Contract and Performance Manager for designated outsourced Hard Facilities Management services. The postholder will be primarily based at Highgate Mental Health Centre; however, they may be required to work across Chase Farm Hospital, St Ann's Hospital and associated community sites as service demands require.
Working with a high degree of autonomy within Trust policies, statutory frameworks and contractual requirements, the postholder will provide specialist operational oversight, technical assurance and contract management to ensure external service providers deliver safe, effective, compliant and value-for-money services. The role is responsible for interpreting and challenging contractor performance, assuring statutory compliance, managing contractual relationships, identifying service risks and driving continuous improvement. The postholder is not responsible for the direct delivery or day-to-day supervision of maintenance services.
The postholder will embed the Trust values and The North London Way across all aspects of the function.
Main duties of the job
- Act as the Trust's Intelligent Client for outsourced Hard FM contracts, ensuring services are delivered safely and effectively and in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Monitor and challenge contractor performance against KPIs, service specifications, statutory requirements and quality standards.
- Provide technical assurance of statutory maintenance, PPM, reactive maintenance and lifecycle activities.
- Monitor compliance with legislation, HTMs, HBNs and H&S requirements.
- Undertake audits, inspections and assurance reviews to verify compliance and service quality.
- Monitor maintenance backlogs, asset condition and risks, ensuring mitigation measures are implemented.
- Act as liaison between Trust stakeholders and Hard FM service providers.
- Investigate estates-related incidents, complaints, service failures and contractual non-compliance.
- Prepare performance, compliance and assurance reports for senior management and governance groups.
- Support compliance with CQC standards, PAM, ERIC and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor contractor financial performance, review quotations, validate invoices and ensure value for money.
- Support the Hard FM Supervisor.
- Utilise CAFM systems and performance data to support contract management.
- Develop local procedures, contract management processes and service improvement initiatives.

- Degree-level qualification/NVQ Level 5 or equivalent specialist knowledge and experience in facilities management, estates, engineering, building services, contract management or a related discipline

North & East Integrated Transfer of Care Hub (ITOCH) Team are seeking to recruit a clinical prioritisers to coordinate the local demand and capacity, and to ensure that individuals needs are triaged, prioritised and addressed through the most appropriate resource from the multi-disciplinary and cross organisational team. Main duties of the job
The clinical prioritisers will work in a multi-disciplinary manner, utilising RiO to triage and process referrals, through the new STRATA system. To assist the co-ordination of demand and capacity to ensure the highest needs are prioritised and address with the most appropriate available resources from the multi disciplinary and cross organisations team.
The clinical prioritiser will provide specialised knowledge and exceptional skills in managing frailty, and intermediate care; and supporting advanced assessment and care planning to people suffering from a range of complex conditions, ensuring a seamless pathway through acute and community services.
This is a community-based role that requires frequent travel to various locations throughout the county including areas that may not be accessible by public transportation. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate how they will manage these travel requirements.

We are looking to appoint a Whole-Time Consultant Spinal Surgeon to Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust based at the Northern General Hospital. Depending on service pressures, there may be the requirement to work offsite in the future.

The postholder will act as the Trust's Intelligent Client Contract and Performance Manager for designated outsourced Hard Facilities Management services. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Band 5 nurse who would like to be part of a very busy and forward thinking Outpatient Team.
The role will involve working across the whole of Outpatient and Day Services at Camborne Redruth Community Hospital (CRCH) including our Nurse Led Wound Management Clinic, the Transfusion and Infusion Service, the Phototherapy clinics and in the general Outpatient clinics as required.
Experience in IV therapy and cannulation would be an advantage.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Minor Injury Practitioner to join our dedicated team at St Austell Hospital Minor Injury Unit (MIU).
This is a Band 5/6 developmental post, and we welcome applications from both experienced practitioners and aspiring practitioners looking to further develop their urgent care skills.
At Band 6 level, applicants should be able to work autonomously in an advanced practice role, managing both minor injuries and minor illness presentations, including paediatric patients.

Main duties of the job

They will be responsible for assessing individual patient needs, planning and implementing appropriate treatment and management plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of clinical interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The Medicines Optimisation Team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our Corporate team supporting the Leeds Sexual Health Service (LSH).
This is a 0.4 WTE (15 hours per week) permanent opportunity based across the Leeds Sexual Health Service, working in partnership with clinical and operational colleagues across five sites in Leeds. The role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference to medicines safety, governance and service quality within one of the Trust's largest users of medicines. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the safe, effective and cost-efficient use of medicines, helping to improve patient care while strengthening medicines management processes across the service.
Previous sexual health experience is not essential as support and training will be provided.
Main duties of the job
The Leeds Sexual Health Service uses a diverse range of medicines and treatment pathways to deliver high-quality patient care. As the Pharmacy Technician, you will provide specialist support across all aspects of medicines optimisation and medicines governance.
Your responsibilities will include stock management, medicines audits, cold chain monitoring, Patient Group Direction (PGD) support, development and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), incident monitoring, and supporting compliance with medicines-related standards. You will work closely with clinicians and service managers to ensure medicines are used safely, effectively and efficiently across all service sites.
You will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, support the implementation of new medicines pathways and services, provide training and advice to staff, and help ensure robust medicines governance arrangements are maintained. This is an ideal opportunity for a registered Pharmacy Technician who enjoys autonomous working, problem-solving, service development and building strong multidisciplinary relationships.

56 Dean Street is an award winning HIV and sexual health service based in Soho with a particular emphasis on HIV prevention and the sexual health care needs of LGBTQI+ people. It is Europe's busiest sexual health clinic with an attendance of approximately 110,000 patients per year. It cares for the third largest HIV cohort in the country with approximately 4,600 patients. The clinic also runs an Integrated Gender Dysphoria Service called TransPlus, we are particular interested in candidates who have an interest in Gender Dysphoria Care as part of these Job Plans includes time developing experience within TransPlus.
The HIV inpatient service merged with the Imperial College Hospitals Trust service in 2019 and now provides care on Ron Johnson ward at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital site for inner northwest London as well as Hertfordshire.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will, in conjunction with the existing consultants, have responsibilities for providing advice, screening, diagnosis and treatment of patients with STIs, including HIV infection. They will be committed to developing integrated HIV & sexual health services, optimize cost efficiency of the service, implement new technologies and develop new initiatives. The post holder will have an opportunity to work within our TransPlus service.
The post-holder will also be required to participate in quality improvement, research and management of the service. It is anticipated that the post-holder will engage in specific management tasks and contribute to monthly departmental meetings in agreement with the Clinical Lead. The post-holder will also be expected to work with the other consultants at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust to deliver and improve outpatient HIV care, including recruitment to clinical trials. They will be expected to manage their own HIV cohort.
They will also be expected to work alongside the other consultants in providing educational supervision for the multidisciplinary team and participate in Wednesday morning educational activities, the virtual clinic and the weekly Directorate HIV resistance meeting. In particular, the post-holder will have educational supervisory responsibility for nominated junior staff. This role will include appraisal of the individuals concerned.

North Wales Community Dental Service currently has an opportunity for an Oral Health Educator to join the North Wales Oral Health Promotion team.
The post holder will be a key facilitator for the delivery of the Gwn am Byth and Gwn Wen vulnerable adults programmes.

Main duties of the job
- To implement all aspects of the assigned Oral Health Improvement programme/s within designated locality area, under the direction of the Oral Health Promotion Manager.
- To have a wide understanding of all elements of the assigned Oral Health Promotion Programme/s and the roles and responsibilities of each of the key players.
- To train other professionals (for example, within education, health and social care), to impart Oral Health messages in line with the assigned Oral Health Promotion programme.
