Job summary

The postholder will ensure that all care and interactions are of the highest standards. Following robust competency assessments, the postholder will carry out clinical care, and provide holistic individualised care and support to children and their families.
Main duties of the job
Main duties of the job
Maintain high standards that reflect best practice guidelines, organisational policies, and hospice values.
Actively encourage a family atmosphere within the hospice.
Ensure good time management and punctuality and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Conduct yourself at all times in a professional manner.
Adhere to Zoes Place policies and procedures, guidelines and standards at all times and promote these to others.
Ensure that all patient notes are accurate and thorough in accordance with professional and organisational standards
Attend and participate in an annual appraisal and regular reviews of performance and objectives, identifying gaps in knowledge and skills and developing a plan to enhance service and self development.
Encourage and promote the philosophy of Zoes Place and present a good public image.
Due to the wide range of health needs of the children, the health care assistant will be trained to competently and confidently carry out clinical skills to ensure the babies and children are safe and comfortable.
Co-operate with all staff in maintaining good relationships with outside agencies in order to uphold the Charitys image and win increased support for our work.
Report any incidents and accidents to the Nurse in charge in a timely manner and ensure that they are recorded in the appropriate documentation.
Promote and maintain dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Zoe's Place Baby Hospice is nurse-led, providing 24-hour short breaks and end of life support for babies and children up to the age of six (extended to age 8 years as needed) who have life limiting/life-threatening complex needs.

Main duties of the job
As an Operations and Relationship Manager (ORM), you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of NHS LIFT buildings within the CHP portfolio, reporting into the Portfolio Manager.
This includes overseeing property compliance, ensuring high standards of tenant engagement and satisfaction, managing relationships with service providers, supporting compliance with safety and contractual obligations, and contributing to community engagement initiatives.
A structured and proactive approach is vital to effectively, organise, plan and prioritise the workload to ensure that all responsibilities and met efficiently, compliance is maintained and strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders are fostered.
The operational focus will be:

Applications are invited for a qualified Physicians Associate on a fixed term period of 10 months. Working within the Community Services Department (Diabetes and Endocrinology) based in Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital the post holder will be part of a highly motivated and dynamic Multidisciplinary Team. Main duties of the job
As a Physicians Associate you will provide care for patients including clinical assessments, diagnosis and treatment under the mentorship of a consultant.
The successful candidate will be autonomous, a team player and will be expected to work with the wider practice team to deliver services to meet the needs of the patients. The ability to multi-task and to work under pressure is essential and you must also be adaptable to a varied and high volume workload.
Working knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications, an understanding of GDPR and maintaining strict confidentiality in the healthcare setting are all essential together with excellent organisational and communication skills, flexibility approach to work and good time management.
Education and supervision is available through accredited and in-house training and the successful applicant will be supported by experienced trainers and clinical mentors. The level and type of supervision will be dependent on the post-holders skills and knowledge. A comprehensive induction plan will be tailored for successful candidate.

Due to the continued growth of The Communication Hub, Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our patient-facing Single Point of Contact service. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a team dedicated to improving access and communication for patients across the Health Board.
The position is based on a Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm working pattern, with a hybrid arrangement of three days per week at Hafan Derwen and two days working from home.
The post holder will be Service Coordinator for Waiting List and Cancellations. A key function within the Communication Hub providing patients with accurate and safe information.
The team is seeking an expert in health service administration, patient communication and team leadership. Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for the day to day running of the Pathology Administration Service and ensure that the service provided is that of a high standard. This includes being Line Manager for all staff within the Pathology administration office, Central Specimen Reception and the Secretarial service for the Department.
They will be expected to coordinate administrative activities with the departmental teams. They will be expected to implement policies and procedures, relevant to their grade, that the service is required to comply with; including UKAS standards, national and European legislation and discipline specific regulatory bodies.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring provision of a comprehensive Pathology Ordering service, including electronic checking of invoices before passing onto the Office Manager for authorisation. They will also be responsible for the provision of PA/Administration support to the Pathology Departments.

8. To assist with the procurement of goods and services for the department.

Job summary
To support undergraduate medical students (Years 1,2,3,5 and 6 of MBBS Course) and provide administrative support to the Undergraduate Teaching Co-ordinator and Director of Clinical Studies (DCS).
The post holder will be responsible for organising, servicing and communicating with students at all levels. Main duties of the job

I'm excited to offer this opportunity to a forward thinking and proactive Clinical Psychologist.
We work in a very person-centered way and people with learning disabilities and their families are at the center entre of what we do. To achieve this, we carry out joint assessments, share our professional knowledge and work in partnership with key parts of the local health and care system.
You will provide direct clinical assessments, formulations interventions to individuals and will have active support from the principal Lead Clinical Psychologist.
In 2021, the service was nationally recognised and received a 'highly commended' accolade from the National Pharmacy Awards. In 2022 we reached the finals at the National Learning Disability and Autism Awards and later that year received the Trust's 'Outstanding Clinical Team of the year. More recently in 2025, we were recognised for 'Outstanding Patient Experience' from our Speech & language therapists and nationally, from the 'Beyond Words' charity for the 'Most Inspirational Outcome'. In May 2026, the service received the local 'Team of the Month' in recognition of the outstanding work we undertake.
Main duties of the job
Work as an integral member of the Learning Disability Team, holding responsibility for a designated caseload of adults with learning disabilities who present with complex mental health, behavioural, neurodevelopmental and emotional needs. Positively advocate for the rights, inclusion and wellbeing of people with learning disabilities, addressing health inequalities and improving access to statutory, voluntary and community services.
Provide highly specialised psychological assessment, formulation and evidence-based interventions tailored to individual cognitive, communication and sensory needs. Offer specialist consultation to multidisciplinary colleagues, families and support providers to inform person-centred care planning, risk management. Undertake safeguarding, mental capacity and risk assessments in line with relevant legislation and professional standards. Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
To support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessment, formulation and intervention within the inpatient service. Breast Test Wales is looking for a highly motivated and competent part-time Screening Pathway Administrator to join our team and play a vital part in a rewarding role.
Working within Breast Test Wales the post holder will be supporting the delivery of national screening programmes in Wales by providing essential pathway administration functions, including scheduling, processing data, extracting, and analysing information for participant screening records and handle participant communications.
