Job summary
To provide efficient, digitally enabled administrative support to senior leaders at Health Innovation Manchester, ensuring high quality diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. The postholder will contribute to a consistent service covering the full working week, arranging meetings and managing on-site logistics for meetings as required.
The postholder will operate within a defined, organisation-wide service model, delivering general assistance to senior leaders in line with policy, ways of working (SOPs), and assignment management arrangements.The postholder will provide high-quality operational and administrative support for visitor management, Health & Safety administration, digital assets, and office coordination.
Main duties of the job
Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to senior leaders, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, accommodation booking and event logistics. Ensure effective forward planning, manage competing priorities and coordinate with stakeholders.
Support the delivery of a consistent senior leader support service through the effective management of shared mailboxes, routine correspondence and digital workflows. Promote use of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
Coordinate visitor management activities for our offices, including pre-visit arrangements, access requirements, room bookings and logistics, maintaining visitor records.
Provide admin support for Health & Safety activities, including maintaining records, coordinating routine compliance actions, supporting risk and incident reporting and resolving issues. Ensure information is maintained through digital systems.
Support operation of the office environment, including facilities administration, equipment and supplies management. Contribute to team rotas to ensure continuous service and on-site presence.
Maintain digital systems, asset registers and licence records. Maintain accurate databases to support effective business operations.
Communicate professionally with colleagues and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality. Organise meetings, contribute to service improvement activities and demonstrate flexibility to business needs.

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience in administration, secretarial or business administration related areas.

Compassionate, creative & self-motivated mental health professionals are required to help us continue to offer a truly great assessment, signposting and short-term treatment service.
Our health care professional teams, some of whom are Non-Medical Prescribers (NMP), work across the county in local teams.
We require forward thinking individuals who have an interest in working in a Mental Health Primary Care context within local GP networks and other Gloucestershire Health and Care Teams, offering assessment, consultation and support to General Practice staff and colleagues in the voluntary and third sector.
Main duties of the job
Our professional teams provide assessment, treatment and signposting to other community services based on health promotion, recovery and socially inclusive principles. We work alongside GP surgeries and other partnership agencies in providing face to face, video and telephone appointments.
The service currently has access to a range of psychological interventions that form part of the NHS Talking Therapies Service (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies ) service. As an autonomous worker you will be using your initiative when decision making around which services will best serve your patient.
You will be an experienced, qualified Mental Health professional (Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist, (registered with the appropriate professional body) and have experience of first line mental health assessments, including risk assessment.
You might be, or are interested in becoming a non-medical prescriber (NMP, RMNs only). We are able to support training as an NMP.
Participating in supervision and mentoring students is a key part of this role.

The post holder will support the unit infant feeding lead and play an integral part in supporting our current team within the inpatient areas. The Infant Feeding Support Worker (IFSW) will be able to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, robust record keeping and joint planning of care. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Children's Emergency Department at the Royal Alexandra Children's Hospital for an experienced nurse to join our Band 6 team of nurses. Ideally you will have a background of working within a Children's Emergency Department.

Reporting to the Lead Nurse - ODNs the postholder will manage, support and develop the West Midlands Children's Operational Delivery Networks (ODNs), particularly Neonatal ODN. We are looking for a part time Senior Psychotherapist/Group Analyst to join our newly formed integrated Northeast Adult Mental Health Team, part of the North and West Oxfordshire Adult Mental Health Locality.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a new team and help shape the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will work alongside experienced and supportive colleagues within the wider team of psychological professionals, including psychotherapists, psychologists, group analysts, CBT therapists, CAT therapists, and family therapists.
As part of our integrated multidisciplinary service, you will also have opportunities to work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, community psychiatric nurses, and other mental health professionals, supporting joined-up care for the people and communities we serve.
Main duties of the job
- Work as part of the locality psychological therapies team within the Adult Mental Health Team, seeing patients individually and in groups, providing formal psychological treatment and/or management of a client's mental health problems.
- Be responsible for the assessment, treatment, and discharge of patients whose problems are managed by psychologically based standard care plans.
- Evaluate and make decisions about treatment options considering both theoretical and therapeutic models and complex factors concerning the patients mental health difficulties.
- Help co-facilitate MBT groups within our well-established countywide Mentalisation-Based Treatment (MBT) programme. Delivered in person from our Headington base in Oxford city.
- Provide specialist psychological advice, guidance, and consultation to the wider Adult Mental Health Team to help develop their patients formulation, diagnosis and treatment plan.
- Receive and provide professional clinical supervision for yourself and other appropriately trained psychological therapy staff.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of the teams operational practices to ensure high quality, responsive and accessible services are available.

The Early Interventions Service provides care and treatment to 14 - 65 year olds who have experienced a first episode of psychosis. This role will require you to travel between community locations across Buckinghamshire.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone who works well in a team, but also has the ability to work independently using their own initiative. You will have an interest in psychosis and be able to manage a caseload. We are also looking for an individual with an interest in family work with a view to training to deliver Behavioural Family Therapy.

A Children's Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) is a highly specialist role in a CAMHS team. We are looking for a full time Support Worker to join our passionate team, working alongside nurses, doctors, clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, family therapists, and dieticians, to make a real difference.
Cotswold House Marlborough is a 12 bedded mixed gender ward which offers inpatient and day patient treatment to adults with an eating disorder.
We have a skilful and dedicated MDT team including nurses and HCAs, and within this team you will be directly involved in the assessment, care planning, and delivery of treatment. Each patient has a dedicated care team whom works closely alongside colleagues to support the individual patient. You will also assist in other ward and team duties as directed by the registered nurse.
Main duties of the job
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in delivering a high standard of holistic care to patients and their families/carers in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner.
- Contribute to and interpret care plans accurately and consistently
- Normalise appropriate eating behaviours by role modelling and supporting patients at snack and meal times.
- Carry out delegated care tasks such as escort duty and assist with patient daily living activities

Responsibilities will include:
- Act as a clinical expert taking a lead role in advancing the development of clinical practice, providing evidence based holistic patient care within a variety of settings, inclusive of the patient's residence and care settings within the community, from undertaking highly complex assessment of presenting condition through to diagnosis, treatment, and discharge, including the administration of medication within agreed clinical guidelines and protocols
- Manage a small number of patients
