We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working with children and young people.

Main duties of the job
This post offers the opportunity to deliver complex allergy care and to help shape the future of the service by delivering innovative therapeutic approaches within the clinical and research MDT. Imperial is the Lead Allergy Service for the North West London Allergy Network caring for over 5500 children with allergy and their families. The post offers the opportunity to contribute to the care of children with allergy across the network through shared learning and by modelling of excellent care.
The postholder will be expected to undertake clinical activity including General and Complex Paediatric Allergy Clinics, Baby clinic and participate in support and supervision of Paediatric Allergy Day unit activity. The successful applicant will show that they will be calm and effective in emergency scenarios, holding a valid APLS or equivalent certificate.
The postholder will actively contribute to weekly MDT meetings including Complex Allery MDT.
Formal and informal education and supervision of resident doctors and education and support of medical students and MDT members of allied specialities is an important part of the role. We are delighted to offer an opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join medical Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) within the Directorate of Urgent and Emergency Care at Oldham Care Organisation. This is a permanent, full time position 37.5 hours per week). An MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice is essential, however we welcome applications from newly qualified, almost qualified and experienced ACP's who have a real passion in admission avoidance.
SDEC boasts a diverse team of ACP's who are supported by medical and nursing staff. Autonomously assessing, investigating and managing same day emergency medical patients will be your primary role; also, you will in-reach into the Emergency Department (ED) as well as supporting referrals from GP's and NWAS. The ACP team together with the consultant Clinical Lead, the nursing team and clerical staff are committed to the ongoing success of SDEC through innovative pathway development and collaborative working, both in secondary and primary care. Essentially, we strive to ensure the right person receives access to the right care at the right time, by the right person.
Patient experience of SDEC is of fundamental importance to our reputation and growth and we work hard to exceed patient expectations; you will possess highly developed interpersonal skills and be an authentic and values based individual.
Main duties of the job
Your clinical caseload will be diverse and case management should be underpinned by a dedicated approach to patient-centred care and collaborative working alongside our multi-disciplinary teams, to ensure a tailored management plan is put in place which addresses both current issues and proactively looks to prevent potential issues which may arise. You will be working at a service which is in the heart of the local community. Clipstone House consists of six bespoke, single-person apartments within a registered care setting with 24 hour nursing.
Working in a robust environment with a high intensity care model, you will provide care and support to people with highly complex needs and behaviours. This includes people who may be stepping down from hospital or whose community placements have broken down.

Job summary
Our friendly Customer Services Team provides support to the Wheelchair Service Clinics in Stoke and Staffordshire.
You will be the Senior Customer Service Administrator who will work closely with one colleague who you will supervise but is based in our different clinic location. The team consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, a Rehabilitation Engineer and Technical Support staff.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will manage the complex clinical scheduling and bookings of clinics to maximise capacity across multiple localities and clinicians. You will be responsible for supervising the other customer services team members.
This post holder will lead on the data management and the reporting requirements of the service, along with other customer service duties including loading referrals onto the IT system, arranging clinic appointments, and dealing with telephone calls and emails. Strong skills and experience in Microsoft Excel and Word will be required, to develop our information management processes.

Due to the promotion of one of our therapists, we have an opportunity to join our popular Band 6 rotation within Newham! This rotation gives experience across a range of services and currently includes Acute inpatient mental health (triage and treatment wards), Community adult mental health services, Home treatment team (HTT), Diagnostic memory services and Older Adult community team. Rotations are 9 months in duration.
Rotations might be further expanded and changed to reflect the needs of our community, the development needs of our therapists and our service needs.
The development of all our Occupational Therapists are important to us. You will have access to peer and professional supervision, monthly educational sessions, CPD-sessions, quality improvement training and early leadership development. Main duties of the job
The purpose of this role is to be part of the Senior Occupational Therapy rotation, providing meaningful Occupational Therapy (OT) input across Adult and Older Adult Mental Health services in Newham.
As a rotational therapist, the exact job plan, skills and knowledge depends on the rotation. However, across rotations there is a particular focus on service users' recovery and social inclusion goals, via both individual and group work. The ability to understand first and foremost what matters to the individual, is central to the role. Sound clinical reasoning drawing on a range of models, theories, lived experience and specialist skills will be developed. It is also important to draw on your dual training in both physical and mental health.

We have a secondment opportunity for a Clinical Lead Practitioner. The service mission is to provide a high-quality service for people with severe and enduring mental health needs by working in active partnership with service users, carers and with local voluntary and community groups, in addition to statutory services within the Primary Care Network (PCN) Structure in Newham. The 10 Newham PCNs are grouped in 5 Mental Health PCNs, with 5 aligned CIMH Teams, managed by a North and South sector manager. CIMHS is an emergent service, integrating a range of existing offers, including ELFT's Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) and Assessment and Brief Treatment (ABT), with new provision funded via NHSE early implementer resource, including significant 3rd Sector provision, Peer Support and existing Social Care provision.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as an autonomous and accountable practitioner within an integrated team.
- To provide clinical and management supervision for band 6 and other staff as agreed
- To provide a consistently high standard of mental health care to people in Newham; to assess patients based on sound theory, principles and practice within a nursing context in line with the CIMHS operational guidelines.
- To liaise with other care providers in Newham in order to facilitate a comprehensive service for individual service users.
- To promote and maintain a specific focus and interest in the care of people with mental health needs.
- To liaise and work closely with the team's attached ward in order to promote a seamless service between services.
