Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time receptionist/administrators to join our friendly busy team at Royston Group Practice. Working hours are 14:30 -18:30 Monday to Friday (20 hours). The successful candidate must be flexible to cover sickness/annual leave at short notice
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be expected to perform all reception duties including, answering incoming calls and dealing with any queries, booking appointments, ordering of repeat prescriptions, coding letters, booking annual reviews, registering new patients using SystmOne.
About us
Royston Group Practice is a busy GP surgery with over 7500 patients. We have 3 GP partners, 2 salaried GP's, 2 Practice nurses, 1 Nurse associate and one Healthcare assistant. We currently also have 9 admin/reception staff including 2 secretaries
We are open Monday to Friday 8am - 6:30pm

The MMC is in its final design stages. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a pioneering NHS manufacturing facility, supporting a leadership team committed to quality, innovation, and patient care. All employees of the Medicine Manufacturing Centre (MMC) are currently employed by Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, under Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions. Should the service be transferred into alternative ownership, those employees with start dates prior to the transfer date, will be protected under Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE). Therefore, employees will transfer to the new employer on the same terms and conditions, which are protected and the employees' continuity of employment is preserved
Main duties of the job
- To contribute to the delivery of a GMP compliant manufacturing facility that optimises theregional benefit from the £30 million funding provided by NHSE.
- Support QA activities for products and processes under the MMC's MS Licence, ensuring thecompliance with MHRA and NHS standards.
- Provides administrative QA resource to support GMP compliance at the MMC

The Medicines Manufacturing Centre (MMC) is a brand-new, purpose-built NHS pharmaceutical production facility located at the Northumbria Innovation and Manufacturing Hub in Seaton Delaval, Northumberland. This cutting-edge centre is part of the North East and North Cumbria Provider Collaborative and has been established to meet the growing need for high-quality, regionally manufactured Ready-to-Administer (RtA) medicines and advanced aseptic products.
Funded with £30 million of investment from NHS England, the MMC will support a secure, sustainable supply chain for critical medicines, particularly for oncology and other high-risk therapies, while creating skilled jobs and driving innovation across the region. The facility is designed to operate under a Manufacturer's Specials Licence (MS) and aims to secure a Wholesale Dealer's Authorisation (WDA(H)), ensuring compliance with MHRA, GMP, and GDP regulations from day one.

Allen Ward is a 18 bedded female acute working age mental health ward, supporting patients who are in an acute crisis of their mental health diagnosis.
The activity co-ordinator post forms part of the multi-disciplinary team, including Nurses, Doctors, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Health Care Assistants, Physiotherapist, Physio Technician, and Dietician.

Ward staff are required undertake PEACE training. Main duties of the job
The role will involve being the allocated key worker (formerly known as Care Coordinator) for a caseload of patients with severe and enduring mental illness. Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced administrator to join the Single Point of Access service in Oxfordshire.
The Single Point of Access is a telephone triage service which provides a quick and easy way for members of the public, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to make referrals to community health services such as community nursing, community therapy and other community services for people over the ages of 18 and living in Oxfordshire.
SPA team is made up of experienced administrators and clinicians who work closely together. When you start, you'll have line manager and peer support as well as training and other resources to support you do your work effectively.
SPA is spread over two bases, Banbury, and Abingdon, operating 8am-8pm, 365 day a year on a shift pattern basis. Shift patterns are 08:00-16:00, 10:30-18:30 and 12:00-20:00.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role are to manage and coordinate the day to day administration work load and answer the health care professional phone line.
You will work as part of a close-knit team to ensure the patients receive the best possible service. The workload can be busy and changeable, so a can-do attitude and an adaptable approach is required.
Ideally you will be able to work from either sites to cover two other team members in the same role.

You will be required to manage a caseload of up to 20 people at any one time who have experienced mental health problems and who are waiting to either gain new employment or retain their current employment. The Employment Specialist is expected to deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach - for which training will be given.
Working directly with all relevant stakeholders: the service user, Oxford Health staff, partner agencies ,employers and people who have experienced mental health challenges themselves - you will support the service users on your caseload to gain and retain paid employment.

Main duties of the job
As the Deteriorating Patient Education Lead, you will lead the development, delivery and evaluation of Trust-wide education and training programmes focused on the recognition, escalation and management of deteriorating patients, including resuscitation and cardiac arrest prevention. We are looking for a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our long-established NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression team in North Tyneside. You will be part of the overall Senior Team and provide clinical leadership within the low intensity element of the service. Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership to Low Intensity Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWP's), LI Supervisors and Trainee PWP's. If successful, you will be involved in the quality improvement and development of low intensity therapy delivery within the NHS Talking Therapies element of the service.
This will involve opportunities to improve our clinical delivery, supervision and Continuing Professional Development Programme based on a sound evidence base as well as innovative ideas.
You will also maintain your own low intensity practice providing assessment and treatment for people presenting with common mental health problems, within the NHS Talking Therapies framework.
The Talking Therapies Senior team is committed to compassionate, inclusive leadership and is a reflective and supportive group of professionals. You would be supported in your role with regular supervision and excellent development opportunities.
You will work closely with the NHS Talking Therapies Clinical Lead to develop innovative positive clinical change, and help the service achieve high quality clinical care, meeting the national Talking Therapies key performance indicators.
