You will act as a senior point of contact for complex clinical situations, supporting the management of obstetric emergencies and ensuring appropriate escalation processes are followed.
In addition, you will advocate for women and their families, ensuring that care is personalised, compassionate, and responsive to individual needs. You will promote a positive culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and professional development, supporting staff wellbeing and fostering an environment where excellence in maternity care can thrive.
