The Domestic Services Department provides a cleaning service to the departments and communal areas, playing a vital role in support of the above by maintaining a pleasant, hygienic, and comfortable environment for patients via the provision of high-quality domestic services.
Main duties of the job
- Clean specific areas in line with training given and in accordance with approved methods, NHS National cleaning standards and frequencies.
- Work in accordance with the day-to-day schedule, as directed.
- Safely utilise mechanical and electrical cleaning equipment following appropriate training and to be responsible for cleaning domestic services equipment after use.
- Work to prevent the spread of infection by following the National colour code system.
- Ensure that cleaning cupboards are locked and secured every time they are not in use and to be responsible for the security of keys issued to these areas.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training and attend other relevant training, as directed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant hospital policies and procedures.
- Report accidents and near misses or unsafe situations, so appropriate action can be taken.
- Treat patients, visitors and staff with dignity and respect.
- Undertake specialist cleans where knowledge of differing cleaning methodologies are required resulting in the use of specific PPE.
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role / as requested by line management.
- Undertake actions arising from cleaning audits within agreed timescales

We are seeking an experienced accredited Nurse Hysteroscopist to join the Gynaecology team at East Cheshire NHS Trust. Working across all sites, you will practice autonomously, undertaking diagnostic, therapeutic, and treatment procedures using advanced clinical judgment.
The role involves supporting and developing the Hysteroscopist service to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will coordinate clinic capacity, work collaboratively with the Lead Consultant for Ambulatory Care, and contribute to achieving clinical objectives.
In addition to diagnostic procedures, you will be trained or willing to train in surgical excisions and ablative treatments, with responsibility for clinical management and care programmes.
Hours per week: 37.5

Main duties of the job
The Nurse Hysteroscopist will assist the multidisciplinary team by undertaking advanced patient assessment and intervention/treatment for patients as an independent Practitioner. In partnership with members of the multidisciplinary team the post holder will develop, implement and evaluate a seamless specialist service, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of clinical care.
They will demonstrate a high level of expertise within the specialist service, providing specialist advice, education and support to health care professionals and patients. The post holder will actively undertake clinical audits within the specialist area. The post holder will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing development of clinical practice and standards of care within the service, including development of policies, protocols and guidelines and contribute to service developments in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues.Also ensures the safety and wellbeing of services users and always working in a manner that promotes dignity and human rights through the adoption of person-centred care principles.

An opportunity has arisen for a registered Psychologist to join our Community Forensic Team, providing maternity leave cover. Teldoc Primary Care Network (PCN) are recruiting for a Social Prescribing Link Worker to join our small, dynamic team as part of the continuing expansion of our flexible and multi-professional workforce.
We are keen to hear from caring, enthusiastic and empathetic individuals who ideally have previous experience in social prescribing and care-coordination or of working in similar roles in healthcare, social care, housing and the community and voluntary sector.
The social prescribing link worker (SPLW) is a key part of the modern general practice approach to empower people to take control of their health and well-being and access services closer to home. The service works alongside our clinical team to provide patients with support with wider needs by linking them with appropriate support available in the local community. In this exciting and dynamic role youll be helping to address the wider determinants of health, such as debt, poor housing and physical inactivity and will be at the forefront of the emerging neighbourhood health agenda.
Main duties of the job
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where the quality of patient care is at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a well-rounded Social Prescriber who is confident managing a diverse caseload and able to support individuals presenting with a broad range of needs and varying levels of complexity. Main duties of the job
The role involves working within the community as an autonomous practitioner within a multi-disciplinary team. It also involves maintaining a good relationship with other members of the team ensuring the women receive safe care.
You will be need to be able to provide high quality women centred maternity care , effective leadership, optimise teaching opportunities and give support to all grades of staff; planning and directing activities to provide the optimal standard of care.
The role involves giving appropriate education to women and their families and giving necessary care, advice and supervision throughout the pregnancy continuum. Transcend is a newly commissioned service established to explore how Gender Incongruence can be best supported and treated within a Primary Care setting. We are seeking a Specialist Nurse to help deliver this care. An excitingopportunityhas arisen for a Specialty Doctor post in the Urology Department at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary, working with a supportive and friendly team in the newly built Urology Unit.

Stratton Medical Centre is a busy town practice on the outskirts of Bude. We have over 10,700 patients who are looked after by an integrated team of 9 GPs, 2 Nurse Practitioners, a Paramedic, 2 Nurses, 3 Health Care Assistants and a Phlebotomist.

Job summary
Role Summary:
To provide clinical care as an Enhanced Clinical Practitioner (ECP) in line with the standards of practice and code of contact of their registering body. The post holder will undertake autonomous clinical practice ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.
Main duties of the job
Provide specialised clinical assessment, examination, and management of patients presenting with acute and undifferentiated conditions in line with their enhanced training and scope of practice.
Triage and prioritise patients appropriately, delivering same-day and urgent care services.
Independently assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of minor illness presentations.
Support in the management of chronic and complex conditions which fall with their enhance scope of practice and training.
Identify red flags and escalate or refer patients appropriately to secondary or urgent care services.

About us
The Avenue Surgery is a non-dispensing, training practice, caring for circ.18000 patients in and around the semi-rural town of Warminster, Wiltshire which is within an easy commute to the cities of Bath and Salisbury.
The practice is led by 6 GP partners and 4 salaried GP's supported by a hard working team of both clinical and administration staff including a specialist Living well team who support our most vulnerable and older community.
A strong prescribing team lead by a pharmacist and a pharmacist, 2 pharmacy technicians and 3 prescription clerks.
The team are very committed to the surgery vision to provide a service that works with, and for, the community to meet the widest range of care, health promotion and education for our patients and staff members.
