Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Dental Nurse / Sedation Nurse to join our friendly three-surgery practice in East Grinstead on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week including Saturdays.
This is an excellent opportunity for a GDC-registered Dental Nurse with sedation experience who is ready to take on additional responsibility within a supportive and close-knit team. You will provide hands-on chairside support, assist with sedation procedures and help maintain high standards of patient care, clinical compliance and infection control.
As Lead Nurse, you'll also support and guide the wider nursing team, promote best practice and contribute to the smooth running of the practice. Based in a converted house with all surgeries conveniently located on the ground floor, Oakmead offers a welcoming and supportive environment where you can develop your leadership skills while continuing to provide excellent patient care.
Main duties of the job
As Lead Dental Nurse / Sedation Nurse, you will provide high-quality chairside support to clinicians across a range of treatments, with a particular focus on sedation procedures. You will play a key role in ensuring patients receive safe, compassionate and reassuring care throughout their treatment journey.
You will prepare surgeries and clinical equipment, provide effective chairside assistance, support sedation procedures and maintain accurate clinical records. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of decontamination, infection prevention and control, ensuring all relevant practice policies and procedures are followed.
As Lead Nurse, you will provide support and guidance to the wider nursing team, helping colleagues maintain excellent clinical standards and promoting a positive culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. You will work closely with clinicians and the practice team to ensure the clinical environment is organised, efficient and well supported.
You will contribute to maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety requirements and practice standards, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. You will also act as a positive role model within the team, using your experience to share knowledge, encourage best practice and support the ongoing development of colleagues.

The team provides crisis services to adults within the Teesside area, providing a 24 hour crisis line, telephone triage, initial assessments, and a place of safety for those detained on section 136 by police.

Main duties of the job
The team operates over 24 hours, 7 day a week, 11.15 hour shifts.
This is a band 5 post open to registered nurses, occupational therapists and social workers with current relevant registration with the NMC, HCPC or SWE.
You will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team and there is ample opportunity to develop and enhance your existing clinical skills. You will receive regular supervision and there are good training opportunities.

Dorset Healthcare are looking for enthusiastic individuals to drive in the community as Urgent Care Assistants for the Dorset Integrated Urgent Care Service across Dorset.
You will be joining a dedicated team that supports patient care, safely driving clinicians to Dorset community-based patients and supporting in the delivery of care in patient's homes where appropriate and training has been undertaken.
This role is based in St Leonards. Full training and development will be offered to successful candidates.
This role is a permanent part time position supporting a 24/7 service. Shift patterns will include public holidays, late shifts, night shifts and weekends.Enhanced shift allowance will be paid for out of hours working.
Rota available = 16.75 hours. Week 1= 12 hours, week 2 = 21 hours, week 3 = 25.5 hours and week 4 = 8.5 hours. This is a part time opportunity offering consistent working hours following a fixed rota pattern. Rota can be found in attached documents. Main duties of the job
This role is varied and interesting where candidates require good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, relatives and other staff groups.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain adequate stock and drugs in the urgent care cars
Carry out daily safety vehicle checks
Ensure the cars are kept well organised and clean
To cover receptionist when required
To assist the clinician in delivering care in the patient's home
Accepting cases from dispatch and driving the clinician to the next visit

This 12-month fixed-term position at Croydon University Hospital is designed for an ambitious doctor committed to transitioning into ST4 specialty training in Renal Medicine or systematically compiling competencies for a JRCPTB e-portfolio. Working alongside substantive specialty trainees, you will receive full consultant supervision and identical training opportunities across both nephrology and general internal medicine. Main duties of the job
- Medical Registrar On-Call Rota: Participate actively in the Medical Registrar on-call rota, taking leadership responsibility for the assessment, management, and triage of unselected acute medical admissions.
- Renal Inpatient & Referrals: Manage and evaluate inpatient and acute renal referrals on a context-dependent basis, providing specialized nephrology advice, triage, and structured management plans under consultant guidance.
- Patient Management: Deliver comprehensive, high-quality day-to-day care for a blended cohort of general medical inpatients and dedicated renal firm patients, addressing complex multi-system illness, acute kidney injury (AKI), and chronic kidney disease (CKD).
- Outpatient Clinics: Attend and actively participate in consultant-supervised outpatient renal clinics, renal hot clinic and hypertension clinic for young people.

Ealing NHS Talking Therapies was one of the first Talking Therapies services to launch in 2008, and is one of the three services provided by West London NHS Trust. We are a large team of over 70 members of staff and are currently working on further expansion. Our main base is in Ealing where we have access to over 16 clinic rooms and two open plan offices. In addition to this, we run clinics at GP surgeries across the borough, covering areas such as Southall, Acton, and Chiswick. We are looking for a 0.8 WTE Band 7 Clinical Psychologist to join the Pain Management and Rehabilitation Service based at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital (Heavitree)), in Exeter.
The role is dynamic and challenging. The post holder would work closely with members of a multidisciplinary Pain Management Service including other Clinical Psychologists, Consultant Specialists, Nurses, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. They will also be part of the wider Clinical Health Psychology & Neuropsychology services to the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (RDUH). The post-holder will also benefit from established links with Exeter and Plymouth Universities, with opportunities for teaching, supervision, CPD and research.
The post involves working alongside the other psychologists in the pain psychology service in delivering assessments and individual psychological therapies for people with persistent pain. The psychology team is embedded within the multidisciplinary Pain Management Rehabilitation Team (Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy) and works closely with consultant and nursing colleagues in the wider Pain Management Team. The principal purpose of the job is to improve the psychological health & wellbeing of people with persistent pain and related disorders who attend the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital (Heavitree) (RDUH) Pain Management Service.

Job Purpose
The principal purpose of the job is to improve the psychological health & wellbeing of people with persistent pain and related disorders who attend the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital (Heavitree) (RDUH) Pain Management Service.
This will be achieved in this post by:
Providing a Clinical Psychology and Psychological Therapies service to the Pain Management Service at the RDUH. This forms a key component of integrated mental health and wellbeing services within the Royal Devon University HealthCare NHS Foundation Trust.
Contributing to the local clinical leadership, co-ordination and supervision of staff, trainees and volunteers employed by or attached to the Pain Management Rehabilitation Service, under the general direction and supervision of the Professional Manager.
Carrying a specialist caseload of clients, and providing advice and consultancy to patients, family members, carers and professionals.

This role is aimed at people who have experience of using their own recovery journey to help others and now feel able to be part of a small, dedicated team of peer supporters and ensure lived experience is integrated into each part of Hope Haven
Main duties of the job
You will be expected to offer a different perspective and contribute to the role by:
Offering a warm welcome to people using the service as part of our welcomer team by conducting initial and follow up consultations including Welcome Pad and use of NHS dialog + too
Working alongside colleagues from partner organisations to identify the most appropriate interventions for people whom we work with.
Liaising with senior leads to communicate progress within the Lived Experience team
Organising weekly workload including personal caseload where peers willmanage both appointments and walk-ins as well as other training sessions as part of development
Contributing to the development and delivery of training to all partners
Promoting carer involvement working alongside our carer lead and involvement team.
Assisting with facilitation of groups as well as 1:1 work, using wellness plans and tools.
Recording progress and concerns, working in a manner which ensures confidentiality and security on unique recording system.

Main duties of the job
For the Senior Medical Secretary role you will work within a multi-disciplinary team, and be responsible for a range of duties related to patient pathway management, including, but not limited to: managing outpatient and inpatient waiting lists, including arranging elective admissions and booking patients onto theatre lists; validation of patients RTT pathways, rescheduling appointments; minute taking for Clinical Governance meetings as required; diary management; audio transcription and word processing of clinical letters; production of reports and other correspondence as required for the Specialist Medicine services.
You should be literate and numerate, with excellent organizational, time management and IT skills and an ability to work without supervision.
Medical secretarial and admin experience is essential. An audio typing test will be required at interview.
You will have a high standard of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels. You will have enthusiasm, motivation and demonstrate pride in your work.

This is an established post developed to support the expansion of gastroenterology and endoscopy services at ULTH.

Main duties of the job
The successful post-holder will:

This post is to meet the growing demand for gastroenterology services across the county in addition to supporting daily senior review of up to 15 inpatients at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston, and the emergency upper GI bleed on-call rota.
The post sits within the department of gastroenterology and, managerially, within the speciality medicine business unit. It is anticipated that with this post the consultant gastroenterologists will work as a team to ensure robust and appropriate cover of the wards and gastroenterology referrals.
Teamwork is an essential requirement.

The postholder will oversee a responsive multi-faith service, working closely with clinical teams and community faith leaders to support people of all faiths and beliefs, including those with no faith.
The role includes managing chaplaincy staff and volunteers, developing policies and service standards, supporting staff wellbeing, advising on matters relating to faith, belief, spirituality, and culturally sensitive care, and ensuring the service contributes effectively to patient experience, end of life care, bereavement support, and organisational wellbeing. We are pleased to announce, that due to new investment, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join our team within NELFT. We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and motivated individual to join our friendly department as part of our band 6 rotation scheme on a permanent basis. Rotations include H&N Cancer, Inpatient Rehab, Stroke and Neurology, Voice and Frailty. The post holder will work within the Adult Speech and Language Therapy team and have the opportunity to provide an effective service to patients across NELFT community sites, including the London boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have a great opportunity to gain new skills and experience, and work in an exciting and dynamic team. They will be working with adults experiencing a range of acquired disorders of communication and/or swallowing. They will work closely with other MDT staff to ensure holistic patient care. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have good time management and prioritisation skills. Adult Speech and Language Therapy are a respected and integrated part of the multidisciplinary team, with a positive record of developing innovative and patient centred services. The service runs weekly community videofluoroscopy and FEES clinics, and a monthly joint voice/swallowing clinic with ENT. The team pioneered a student supported Intensive Comprehensive Aphasia Programme and won a national Advancing Healthcare Award for their development of community laryngectomy care. The team is supporting clinical research projects, including the HARP aphasia study, and collaborating with local system partners to improve communication accessibility of services. CPD is actively supported through regular clinical supervision with senior speech and language therapists, appraisals and excellent training opportunities.
