Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Community Dermatology Service as a Community Dermatology Nurse. Working within a specialist community team and wider Skin Integrity Team, you will provide high-quality dermatology care to patients registered with West Norfolk GP practices, supporting individuals with a wide range of skin conditions to achieve the best possible outcomes.
The successful candidate will work autonomously whilst being supported by Community Dermatology Nurse colleagues and the wider Skin Integrity. You will undertake comprehensive skin assessments, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, deliver patient and carer education, and provide specialist advice and support to healthcare professionals across primary and community care.
You will be highly organised, possess excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills, and be committed to delivering patient-centred care. The role requires effective communication, collaboration across organisational boundaries and the ability to manage a varied caseload within community settings.
Join us and play a key role in improving access to specialist dermatology care and enhancing the quality of life for patients across West Norfolk.
Main duties of the job
Manage a specialist caseload of patients with dermatological conditions within community settings. Undertake comprehensive skin assessments, clinical photography and diagnostic specimen collection. Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care and treatment plans. Provide specialist advice, support and education to patients, carers and healthcare professionals. Work collaboratively with GPs, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless patient care. Support the development of dermatology pathways, policies and clinical guidelines. Participate in triage processes and ensure appropriate referrals to secondary care where required. Contribute to audit, quality improvement initiatives, research and service evaluation activities. Promote evidence-based practice and support education across primary and community care services. Actively contribute to the ongoing development of the Community Dermatology Service and the wider Skin Integrity team.

Main duties of the job
This role is for evening staff 17:00-21:00 and will include weekend work
Department working hours are predominantly between 07.00am to 21:00pm, which will involve some weekend work and various shift patterns including early and late shifts as the service requires. The pay rate will increase for all hours worked on a Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.
You must have good communication skills, as you will be working within the kitchen and serving food at ward level. Candidates must be able to demonstrate ability to work flexibly and on own initiative.
You will hold a current level 2 food hygiene certificate, or be willing to work towards this qualification. Catering experience is essential for this post.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

We are looking for Maternity support workers to join our team to support our midwifery staff and new parents. Experience is not required but will be an advantage. Training in the role will be given within work time, this role includes working in maternity theatres and all aspects of maternity care within a private maternity setting.
The Kensington Wing at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital prides itself in high quality patient care, and a 5* patient experience.

Main duties of the job
The primary role of the Maternity Support Worker (MSW) is to assist, support and work in collaboration with the midwife and the wider multidisciplinary team; in order to provide a safe and holistic approach to women centred care.
The midwife is ultimately responsible for the care of the mother and her new-born(s), and it is under the direct or indirect supervision of the midwife that the MSW assists with and provides care following completion of any relevant or appropriate training. The employee will be provided with appropriate training for the clinical setting in which they are working. which will include antenatal inpatient or outpatient care, intrapartum inpatient care, postnatal inpatient care and supporting in maternity theatres.
The post holder is expected to undertake a set of defined competencies; including the 'care certificate'. This certificate ensures the minimum standards for the role are met, and can further be incorporated into a 'skills passport'. Support will be given to employees to further develop their skills.

Main duties of the job
a. Work as part of a PCNs multi-disciplinary team to clinically assess, treat and manage a caseload of patients of all ages with lower limb conditions and foot pathologies, using their expert knowledge of podiatry for specific conditions and topics
b. Utilise and provide guidance to patients on equipment such as surgical instruments, dressings, treatment tables and orthotics
c. Provide specialist treatment and support for high-risk patient groups such as the elderly and those with increased risk of amputation

This job description is for a Senior Clinical fellow in Obstetrics at ST3+ level with a special interest in Maternity Triage. Many opportunities available for those wishing to pursue ATSMs. The post holder will be an integral part of the general obstetrics team, working at Northwick Park Hospital.
Northwick Park Hospital is a busy acute hospital in Harrow with a purpose-built maternity unit including delivery suite, obstetric HDU, in-patient facilities, day assessment and clinic facilities. There is a level 2 Neonatal Intensive Care unit. Gynaecology in patient and theatre facilities are located within the main hospital. The hospital has comprehensive imaging facilities including CT and MRI suites.
The obstetric workload is consists of mostly high-risk patients with diverse medical conditions. There are specialised clinics for diabetes, maternal medicine, haematological conditions, and multiple pregnancy. The labour ward has 98 hours consultant presence and further on call cover. This is separate from the gynaecology consultant cover. Antenatal clinics are at Northwick Park and Central Middlesex. There is a high-risk delivery suite with a purpose built the Maternity triage, on suite delivery rooms, observation bay and recovery area and two maternity theatres. There is also midwifery led ward for low-risk women and those wishing to have a water birth.

We are looking for Registered Operating Department Practitioners or Nurse Theatre Practitioners to join our Orthopaedic Theatre family at the Royal Derby Hospital. Preferably with Orthopaedic experience, but not essential as training will be given.
The suite comprises of 8 operating theatres offering all aspects of orthopaedic and trauma work, including robotics and spine.

An opportunity has arisen for a Community Learning Disability Nurse within the Intensive Community Assessment & Treatment Team (ICATT) based at Highbury Hospital, Bulwell, Nottingham.
The Intellectual Disabilities Service, Specialist Services Directorate provides specialist NHS services to people for whom mainstream services cannot meet their needs. We are seeking a Nurse to join our well established Intensive Community Assessment & Treatment Team .
ICATT provides a rapid, short term assessment and treatment service for people with a learning disability who challenge services and may have additional mental health needs. The ICAT Team seek to provide an alternative to hospital admission where it is appropriate to do so, enabling service users to receive treatment and care within their own homes, remain involved in their care as part of their own community and therefore minimising the disruption of their lives and the lives of those caring for them.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate must be a RNLD or have a Diploma in Learning Disability Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The post would suit individuals who have a sound knowledge of and experience in working with people with learning disabilities.
You will be required to manage a busy caseload and carry out relevant physical and mental health assessments, provide health education, support and monitoring of service users living in the community.
You will participate fully as a multidisciplinary team member working in partnership with social care and voluntary/independent sector providers. You will provide holistic advice and health education to service users, their carers and community support agencies. The post holder must be able to demonstrate awareness of current issues and legislation affecting people with learning disabilities.
