Job summary
A 12 month Fixed Term opportunity has arisen for a staff nurse to join the friendly Lower Lea Valley Integrated Community Team which provides care to patient in Cheshunt and surrounding areas. The service covers the hours of 08:00 - 22:00 7 days a week.
If you are a student nurse, we would welcome your application, working in an acute Trust is not compulsory before gaining your first position in the community as we provide full training and support.
We also welcome applications from acute nurses who are looking for a community based role.

HCT will prioritise recruitment of workers living in England under the new immigration rules for care workers effective from 9 April 2025. Main duties of the job
The post offers varied and interesting community experience in a well supported environment and is an ideal opportunity for a nurse interested in working in the community. Applicants will need to demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, provide and evaluate evidence-based nursing care for a wide range of conditions. The team covers a 7 days a week service and therefore a flexible approach to working is required.The successful candidate will be committed to team work, have good communication and decision making and planning skills. Main duties of the job
Acts as the first point of contact for the management team by telephone, e-mail, and correspondence or for visitors. Makes judgements to act or provide advice on a wide range of matters relating to the work of the area management teams, resolving them or referring them to the most appropriate person during periods when the locality manager is absent from the office.
Schedules and arranges meetings including the compilation of agenda and the taking and transcribing of meeting minutes, this may include attendance at HR meetings such as investigations and formal disciplinary hearings, where there is a requirement to produce formal notes within a deadline, whilst maintaining strict confidentiality and tact as the meetings may be under difficult circumstances.

Job summary
The Radiology Directorate at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint substantive Consultant Radiologists with a special interest in oncological cross-sectional imaging. This post represents an excellent opportunity for candidates who will be eligible for inclusion on the GMC Specialist Register within six months of interview. Interviews are planned for early 2027.
The successful applicant will be based primarily at The Christie's main site in Withington, with some scope for home working, and will join a well-established team of 27 Consultant Radiologists. The post holder will be an oncological radiologist with experience across cancer imaging and expertise in CT, MRI, Ultrasound and PET imaging (training in PET-CT will be provided if required). Experience of chairing Cancer MDTs is expected, and an interest in routine interventional radiology can be supported.
The department undertakes approximately 60,000 examinations per year, delivering services across CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Plain Film, Interventional Radiology and Nuclear Medicine reporting, including regional PET-CT reporting. Radiologists work closely with oncology and surgical teams and contribute to a wide range of MDTs. Research is integral to the service, with strong involvement in clinical trials, alongside a major educational role supporting the North West School of Radiology and the Christie PET Academy.
Main duties of the job
This is a substantive post of 10 Programmed Activities (PAs) per week, including 2.5 Supporting Professional Activities (SPAs). The role includes participation in the consultant on-call rota.

An enthusiastic salaried GDP is required to join a growing community dental service in Powys. This opportunity will allow an individual to practice NHS general dentistry in a supportive working environment where quality of care is the primary focus with access to excellent equipment. Main duties of the job
A significant part of this role will be to provide a comprehensive range of NHS dental care for eligible adults and children in Powys, including GDS patients. The candidate will also provide courses of treatment for patients who are unable to access general dental services. As part of the wider team, you will also support the rest of the team to help improve access and reduce waiting times within the service.
We would particularly welcome applications from Welsh speakers; but even if you don't speak any Welsh, or want to develop your skills, don't worry; the health board will support you with training.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Older People's Psychological Service, working alongside Community Mental Health Teams across the East Kent Directorate. We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Clinical Psychologist with a genuine interest in working therapeutically with older adults.
The post involves psychological assessment, formulation and intervention for older people experiencing a range of mental health difficulties including dementia and cognitive impairment. Experience of, or an interest in, working with cognitive difficulties and an understanding of the psychological needs of older adults are essential.

We are looking for a Band 5Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team.
Community mental health services are going through a national restructuring, putting a new emphasis on delivering interventions, of which Occupational Therapy is identified as a key part.
We have an established team of OTs that we are looking to expand as we provide more group and individual interventions to our service users.
The role would include completing OT assessments and interventions. The intervention may be completed by the successful candidate, or by OT apprentices, support workers, or junior team members under supervision.
We are also increasing our offer of group work, looking at supporting complex service users to develop skills for daily living, and others to develop strategies to manage their mental health recovery.
Occupational therapy is valued as a core part of the multi-disciplinary team and the post holder will be working in a team with a variety of professionals. As well as occupational therapy activity, you will be involved in delivering core team functions such as dialog + and group interventions.
You will support the development of the therapeutic offer within MHT+ and will work closely with their therapy colleagues, members of the interdisciplinary team and AHP leadership.
Main duties of the job
- Provide high-quality and evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions, both group and individual, to people who access services and their carers/supporters/family members, in line with the occupational therapy pathways.
- Communicate effectively with people who access services, carers, the multi-disciplinary team and when appropriate, outside agencies.
- Contribute to the generic functioning of the team.

We are seeking a friendly enthusiastic salaried GP to join our friendly practice. This position is available due to the reduction in sessions of our long standing senior partner in July 2027 and we wish to give ourselves plenty of time to find the right candidate.
We have a patient list size of 8100 in rural Oxfordshire, Main site at Bloxham with branch surgery at Hook Norton.
We have a full compliment of clinical staff who work closely together to support the practice needs.
Main duties of the job
We do not operate total triage at the practice. Our focus is to accommodate our patients on a daily basis with the options of either a face to face appointment or a telephone consultation depending on which option a patient has chosen.
We have open sessions in the morning with pre-booked appointments in the afternoon.
We have 15 slots in the morning and 12 slots in the afternoon.
You will be supported by a full compliment of nursing to support GP's over both sites. The team consists of 3 nurses, 2 health care assistants and 1 phlebotomist who is trained to do paediatric bloods.
You will be required to work at our branch surgery which is approximately 5 miles away from our main surgery site.
We have 1 private nursing home situated at the end of our driveway for which we cover 1 clinic session per week for their registered clients.
