Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our Community Eating Disorders Service. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified psychologist or someone looking to further develop their specialist skills within a well-established multidisciplinary team.
The service has recently been through a period of significant development, making this an exciting time to join. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the service, bring fresh ideas and help shape future ways of working. Alongside a varied and rewarding clinical role, you will receive regular supervision, support from experienced colleagues and opportunities to develop specialist expertise in eating disorders and complex mental health presentations.
Main duties of the job
You will provide psychological assessment, formulation and evidence-based interventions for adults experiencing eating disorders and associated. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to assessment, treatment planning, risk management and the delivery of high-quality, recovery-focused care.
The post holder will support the service's early intervention pathway, helping people access timely assessment and treatment and ensuring care is coordinated across the pathway.
The role also includes opportunities to contribute to consultation, teaching, service development, audit and quality improvement project'sis a varied role that combines direct clinical work with opportunities to influence and improve service delivery.

Main duties of the job
The INT's cover both beautiful rural geographical areas as well as the more urban population of the local towns providing holistic and sometimes complex nursing care within people's homes.
You will not only be working alongside other Community and District Nurses but also with a larger team of skilled Generic Support Workers, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapists, social workers, independence wellbeing practitioners, social prescriber, Matron, care co-ordinators and team administration colleagues.
You will be committed to team work, delivering high quality patient care and have a desire for on-going professional development. This is an opportunity to work within knowledgeable experienced teams and wider MDT.
You should be flexible, motivated and able to work within a changing environment. We are the NHS 111/Select the Mental Health Option service. The service is a 24/7 mental health crisis line for anyone who may be in crisis and in urgent need of help with their mental health.

Main duties of the job
As an NHS 111/Select the Mental Health Option Call Operator you will be trained in a specific triage tool, to be utilised alongside your existing skills, to support callers and where necessary escalate to a clinician or signpost to services across Sussex.
We place a large focus on staff training, including a bespoke induction and plenty of on-going in-house training. You will benefit from a full and robust supervision package, with ample opportunities for group reflection, development and mentoring.
There is no appointment system so the work is fast-paced and varied.

We are excited to announce that we have been awarded funding from Health Education England to offer the opportunity to come and train with us at Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust (SPFT) as a Mental HealthWellbeing Practitioner (MHWP). Sussex Partnership is a mental health trust, offering care across Sussex to adults, older adults and children with mental health problems. The MHWP posts are new national roles based inour community mental health teams and our emotional wellbeing services (EWS). Those successful in the posts will be trained to offer psychologically-informed interventions to people in our community mental health teams,alongside our multi-disciplinary colleagues. Your will be part of our psychology and psychological therapies team, receiving high quality supervision and continued professional development and support. If you are successful in this post you will receive NHS funded training at Sussex University, and a salary with us at Sussex Partnership for the placement element of your training. The years training will then equip you to apply for qualified MHWP posts within our trust.
Please note, you cannot train or apply for another NHS England training (including clinical psychology training) within two years of taking on an MHWP role
Main duties of the job
There has been recent national recognition that MHWP posts can play a key role in the provision of psychological therapies in our community mental health teams. These are multi disciplinary teams that work with people in the community and you will be providing intensive short term therapeutic interventions within the context of the wider team.We will be offering a centralised recruitment process where candidates who are successfully shortlisted will be invited to a single interview.

We are delighted to advertise the opportunity to undertake a 12 month secondment/fixed term Specialist Practitioner Nutrition and Hydration Nurse or AHP. The Trust is looking for a clinician with significant experience working with patients with complex nutrition and hydration requirements. The postholder will support the successful implementation of the MCHFT Nutrition and Hydration 2025-2027 strategy.
Through leadership and dedicated quality improvement initiatives the postholder will support our Nutritional Ninja Champions in promoting quality nutritional and hydration standards across the Trust.
The post holder will develop and present nutrition and hydration assessment compliance data and drive the Trust in providing assurance that patients receive quality nutrition and hydration care whilst being cared for in MCHFT.
The post holder will work collaboratively with Dieticians, Nurses, Doctors Speech and Language therapists across all divisions and departments within hospital and community settings.

Acute Frailty Unit - We are an 18 bedded unit. Our frail patients receive rapid assessment from our specialist geriatrician consultants and Supportive Discharge Service.

Byland Ward and Jervaulx Ward are both 30 bedded acute frailty wards. We specialise in nursing frail and elderly patients with complex medical and care needs. We have an expert multidisciplinary team which includes nurses, therapists and doctors working alongside a wide support team who provide patients with the care they need.

This post is for a Band 6 respiratory nurse specialist to join the team of highly experienced respiratory nurse specialists at Harrogate District Hospital, working 30 hours per week.

This role provides national leadership for the implementation of the Welsh Government Review of Statutory and Mandatory Training (2025) Programme on behalf of HEIW, resulting in consistent, high-quality adoption across NHS Wales.
The postholder will work in social partnership take forward the recommendations of the review into Statutory and Mandatory Training commissioned by WG as a strategic lever for system-wide transformation, through delivery of a more efficient, high-quality and workforce-aligned essential learning system that reduces duplication, enhances capability and creates a transparent, strategic and evaluative approach to essential learning across NHS Wales. A core focus of the role is to create a clear, evidence-based approval process and structured national oversight, address the Review's findings on weak quality assurance and outdated one-size-fits-all models and resolve the review's technology barriers and introduce for the first time, built-in analytics and learner feedback that enable national measurement of effectiveness.
Main duties of the job
Provide national strategic leadership for the implementation of the Statutory and Mandatory Training Review across NHS Wales, ensuring consistent, high-quality adoption and alignment with national workforce priorities.
Use the review as a core system lever to drive sustained improvements in NHS approach to statutory and mandatory training,
Act as the national subject matter expert and assurance lead, providing strategic advice, challenge and support to NHS Wales organisations, informed by evidence, learning from early adopters and alignment with UK and wider best practice.
Lead the design and oversight of a robust national approach to evaluation, metrics and key performance indicators, evidencing implementation progress, impact and return on investment at organisational and system level.

This post is for a whole-time permanent consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. This is a whole-time post offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Medic to join a dynamic, rapidly expanding team delivering multidisciplinary acute care in Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals.
The Trust is recruiting to a new post, created as a result of the Trust's response to Ockenden recommendations and the Trust's commitment to women's health.
The post holder will help to change how we deliver women's services at the Trust and builds on the development of women's healthcare that the Trust has undertaken over the last 3-4 years.
Applicants are required to hold Membership of the Royal College of Pathologists (UK or equivalent qualifications), to be fully registered with the General Medical Council, and to be on the Specialist Register or due to obtain their CCT within six months of the date of interview. Main duties of the job
Maternity Services and Gynaecology Services are based at Ormskirk Hospital. Clinics are conducted at Southport Hospital and May Logan Community Centre. With shaping care together, there is a drive to take services closer to the women and conduct more clinics in the community.
Duties include:
- To participate in the provision of an Obstetric and Gynaecological service to Southport and Ormskirk Hospitals in co-operation with the other Consultants in post.
- Help ensure the department meets its cancer targets.
- To act as a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and to maintain a safe, friendly and efficient service.
- To assist in providing 60 hours dedicated Consultant time on the delivery suite and to participate in alternative models of achieving this.
