The newly developed Care Co-Ordination hub are looking to recruit multiple Clinical Administrator/Call Handlers to be based at Clarendon, Windmill Way, Hebburn NE31 1AT. The successful candidates will be expected to rotate across the below shift patterns.
- 8am-4pm
- 10am-6pm
- 12pm-8pm
- 8pm-8am Night Shift
Please note that shift patterns are actively being reviewed, therefore there may be changes to shift pattern times in the near future as the team grows. An example of shift patterns being considered are (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and Night Shift 11pm-7am).

Main duties of the job
The Care Co-Ordination hub is an admission prevention service, the aim is to prevent a patient from attending hospital if they are able to receive treatment in their own home. As a Clinical Administrator/Call Handler you will be the first point of contact for patients, carers and referrers calling the hub, managing urgent and non-urgent cases when they call to make referrals, ask for medical advice and enquire about appointments.
Key Tasks include:
- Call Handling via Netcall (Liberty Converse), you will take appropriate details to allow the patient to be triaged accordingly by the clinical team.
- Processing of managed referrals including the scheduling of appointments and visits.
- Processing hospital discharge referrals, paying attention to key details.
- Ordering of stock.
- Stock control of medical equipment and controlled stationary.
- Reporting and data management.
- Management of team car enquiries.
- Team work in a multidisciplinary team consisting of Nurses and Physiotherapists.
- Use of clinical recording systems including EMIS, CIVICA, Meditech and Luscii.

East Kent has a highly regarded, active, established surgical and Mohsmicrographic surgery service that has been developed over many years with leading UK dermatologic surgeons at the helm. An energetic and enthusiastic colleague with an interest in Skin cancer, paediatrics, general dermatology clinic with and occasional Skin surgery.
Main duties of the job
The general responsibilities of the post will be those expected of a senior clinical employee of the Trust.
These include:
- Provision of a first-class clinical service
- Effective leadership to all staff involved in supporting the service
- Conducting clinical practice in accordance with the highest ethical standards
- Co-operation with and maintenance of confidentiality over business plans and developmentstrategies within the Trust
- Support for other clinical specialties and contribution to postgraduate teaching
The appointee will be expected to deliver a service covering all aspects of dermatology, but a special interest to complement those of the existing consultants would be encouraged.

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Phlebotomist to work within our Community Phlebotomy Service. This role will involve working in clinic sessions and undertaking home visits. You will cover a large geographical area and will be expected to work at clinics within Hucknall, Arnold, Daybrook, Carlton, Calverton, Burton Joyce and the surrounding villages. You will also undertake home visits to house bound patients who live in these areas. It should be noted that this is an exceptionally busy service, so you will need to have good organisational and time management skills. You will need to have good IT skills and be computer literate. Previous phlebotomy experience is essential.

To provide phlebotomy services to patients across Nottingham North and East in their own homes and within clinic settings.
IT skills are essential as you will be required to complete electronic documentation.
Previous experience of phlebotomy is required.

We have a vacancy for a Rapid Response Domestic Assistant, working Part time Monday to Friday 3pm to 8pm
Please do not apply if you do not have domestic experience as this role requires you to have some domestic experience. It is a reactive role which may range from general ward/clinic cleaning to completing full deep cleans to reduce infection spread within a fast paced environment.

Educational Lead GP
Clinical sessions
The Educational Lead GP role is a hybrid of Lead GP clinical sessions with protected time to oversee the management and development of the Training Hub.
Lead GPs take a key role in being a visible lead to the clinical team to enable the provision of high quality and patient-centred clinical care within the surgeries. The appointment template varies at the different surgeries, but all GPs are expected to provide care for urgent and routine consultations through a mix of face to face consultations, telephone consultations, visits and sharing in the work of the duty team. Clinical sessions should take place at the surgery unless there are exceptional circumstances. Lead GPs will be responsible for a fair share distribution of admin (be this related to their list or where it is distributed equally amongst those present) and will carry a patient list size pro rata for the number of sessions they are working.
Clinical leadership/quality improvement session
Lead GPs provide senior clinical leadership to their practice team in addition to the provision of clinical sessions. We recognise that developing expertise in clinical and non-clinical areas brings benefit to patients, the practices and NCPC as well as providing job satisfaction.

Educational Lead GP
Clinical sessions
The Educational Lead GP role is a hybrid of Lead GP clinical sessions with protected time to oversee the management and development of the Training Hub.
Lead GPs take a key role in being a visible lead to the clinical team to enable the provision of high quality and patient-centred clinical care within the surgeries. The appointment template varies at the different surgeries, but all GPs are expected to provide care for urgent and routine consultations through a mix of face to face consultations, telephone consultations, visits and sharing in the work of the duty team. Clinical sessions should take place at the surgery unless there are exceptional circumstances. Lead GPs will be responsible for a fair share distribution of admin (be this related to their list or where it is distributed equally amongst those present) and will carry a patient list size pro rata for the number of sessions they are working.
Clinical leadership/quality improvement session

Main duties of the job

To work with the Director of Medical Education, Medical Education Manager and Speciality Training, Care Group and College Tutors to ensure that the provision of a high-quality speciality training programme that meets GMC, and HEE standards, supported by in-depth knowledge of the speciality curriculums.

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an appropriately skilled and enthusiastic radiographer to join our dynamic Interventional Radiology and Fluoroscopy team.
Our department is a busy and forward-thinking service, comprising two Interventional Radiology (IR) suites, a dedicated Fluoroscopy room, a five-bedded recovery unit and an interventional ultrasound room. We are particularly excited to have commenced the process of replacing one of our IR suites, investing in our facilities and ensuring we can continue to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care well into the future.
You will become part of a supportive and highly skilled multidisciplinary IR team, working alongside seven Consultant Interventional Radiologists, Radiology trainees, radiographers, nurses and administrative colleagues. Our service operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, alongside a 24/7 on-call service. Once the required competencies have been achieved, you will have the opportunity to participate in the on-call rota, further developing your skills and experience across the full range of interventional procedures.

The Role
As a Community Occupational Therapist within Care Direct Plus, you will be a valued member of the team, delivering person-centered assessments and interventions within the framework of social care and health legislation.
You will manage your own caseload and work autonomously across a variety of settings, using your specialist clinical skills including moving and handling expertise to support individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Main duties of the job
As a Health Care Assistant/ Support Worker you will be responsible for participating and assisting in the delivery of care / services to patients.

The Home First service is transforming the way support is delivered to people following discharge from hospital, helping them regain independence and remain safely in their own homes. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Planner and Administrator to play a vital role in the success of this new countywide service.

Working closely with the Home First Leads, Therapy Leads and multidisciplinary team, you will proactively manage service capacity and demand to maximise productivity and support effective patient flow.

We are seeking a Clinical Lead for a 9-month secondment role within the Integrated Neurodevelopmental Team in Greenwich. The postholder will provide senior clinical leadership, supervision and line management, supporting safe, high-quality neurodevelopmental assessment and related interventions for children, young people and their families.
The role will support effective case management, demand and capacity oversight, risk management, service improvement, audit and policy development.
The postholder will work closely with the Operational Manager and act as a key clinical link with outsourced assessment provider, helping to address clinical concerns and maintain safe, coordinated pathways.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will undertake and oversee specialist neurodevelopmental assessments, using a range of clinical information, standardised tools, observations, interviews and professional judgement to support formulation, diagnosis and care planning.
They will provide specialist advice, consultation and supervision to clinicians within the service and wider pathway, including guidance on ASD diagnostic assessment, complex presentations, psychologically informed practice and clinical risk.
The role will include responsibility for staff supervision, trainee support, appraisal input and professional development. The postholder will also contribute to recruitment, rota planning, clinical record keeping, digital systems, data reporting and the effective use of resources.
They will support service governance through audit, research, quality improvement, policy development and the monitoring of clinical standards, ensuring practice remains evidence-based, NICE compliant and aligned with Trust policies.
