That's why we invest in our teams, celebrate success, champion personal growth, and create an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a difference.
When you join Avery, you'll be part of an ambitious, forward-thinking organisation that genuinely cares about its residents and colleagues. You'll have the opportunity to influence care at scale, work alongside talented leaders, and play a vital role in driving quality, performance, and continuous improvement across our homes.
We're now looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our Operations team in the North Division. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially focused and people-centred leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence across a portfolio of homes.

- Building strong relationships with residents, families, regulators, commissioners and key stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for Avery Healthcare within your region.
- Supporting homes through operational challenges, safeguarding matters, complaints, commissioning activities and wider business initiatives, ensuring residents remain at the heart of every decision.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a large and growing organisation while enjoying a competitive salary, performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
About You
You are an experienced operational leader with a proven track record of delivering results across multiple care settings. You combine strong commercial awareness with a passion for quality care and can inspire, influence and develop others to achieve excellence.
You share our commitment to being caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable, and thrive in a role where you can drive performance while making a genuine difference to the lives of residents and colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Experience in a regional or multi-site operational leadership role within the care home sector
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, the Health and Social Care Act and quality governance frameworks.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams while delivering commercial and operational success.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving sustainable business performance.
