Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
The post-holder will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of a number of strategic clinical initiatives, including, but not limited to:
- The programme of work that will deliver refreshed clinical technologies to laboratories across the Trust. This consists of a complex set of sub-projects, supported by an experienced subject matter expert. You will report activity, progress, risk and issues to appropriate project and programme boards.
- The development and delivery of a process of a technology refresh programme for clinical laboratory technology, mainly Genomics portfolio of projects.
- Technology and business projects as required by the Genomics programme team.
- The post-holder will be responsible for delivering projects on time, to budget and to agreed quality standards that meet business needs. The appointee will liaise with the key stakeholders from the business and the Digital Diagnostics Programme, working closely with other Programme and Project Managers and Workstream Leads.

The Autism Assessment Service are looking to recruit to a full time, Band 6 ASD Practitioner.
The successful candidate will:

Bud Flanagan East Ward is a 16 bedded unit caring for patients with Leukaemia, Myeloma and Lymphoma throughout their treatment pathway. Fell Cottage surgery is located in the heart of Low Fell in Gateshead, our surgery is a listed building which was once a residential property. We are lucky to led by two GP partners and five salaried GPs in surgery and supported by a great nursing team consisting of one Lead Nurse, one Practice Nurse and two Health Care Assistants. We are a training practice supporting GP trainees, Physician Associates, Career Start Nurse and Training Nurse Associates. The successful candidate will undertake the Level 2 NVQ in Pharmacy Services qualification whilst training on the job over a 12-15 month period. On completion of this qualification, will then be able to progress to a Senior Pharmacy Services Assistant should they wish to do so. Full training will be given in labelling and dispensing of medicines, ordering and stock maintenance and reception duties.
Main duties of the job
Train to be a Pharmacy Services Assistant over a 12-15 month period. undertaking a GPhC accredited Level 2 qualification To perform a variety of support duties within the medicines supply chain. These include stock receipt, stock counting & ordering (top-ups), medicines order assembly, and distribution. Stock control procedures and stocktaking. The cleaning of aseptic facilities and the disposal of pharmaceutical waste. Assembly, packaging and over-labelling pharmaceutical products. There are no line management responsibilities. All duties are performed working to procedures, mostly under direct supervision. The jobholder will work as a member of a team of Support Workers. Although duties are generally rostered across the team, there may be changes in response to urgent demand, service cover etc. The post holder will be required to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays on a rotational basis. To promote a friendly and supportive atmosphere for parents and relatives in which they can learn to care for their babies. To utilise a variety of strategies to communicate effectively: with the neonate's family/carers, the multidisciplinary team, other departments within the Trust and pertinent agencies outside the organisation. Support the nursing team in proving advices on breastfeeding, developmental care, family integrated care and parent education.

Our team works with children with a range of conditions that impact on their ability to participate in activities of daily living.
We are based in West Ham Lane Health Centre and work in a variety of settings such as clinics, homes, nurseries, Children's Centres and education settings.
Within the Specialist Children and Young Peoples' Service (SCYPS), the OTs form an integral part of a multidisciplinary therapies team who work closely with Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Dietitians, Paediatricians and Specialist Nurses. Together our mission is to make positive differences to peoples' lives by delivering high quality services for the children and families of Newham.
We are a warm, welcoming and supportive team of OTs and OTAs bringing life experiences from across the world. We re-group monthly for whole team meetings and enjoy four off-site team away days per year where we aim to recap, review, unwind and team-bond. You will have your own monthly supervision with an experienced Band 5 OT, you will be supported to work towards annual appraisal targets and update your CPD portfolio with opportunities to be involved in Service Improvement, Clinical Audit and Quality Improvement.

The Woodberry Practice is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our friendly and supportive primary care team.
This is a face-to-face, practice-based role at The Woodberry Practice, working directly with patients and alongside our GPs, pharmacy team and wider multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will play an important role in medicines optimisation and patient care, helping to ensure patients receive safe, effective and appropriate treatment. The Clinical Pharmacist will provide face-to-face clinical pharmacy support to patients at The Woodberry Practice, working closely with GPs and the wider practice team.
The role will include undertaking structured medication reviews, supporting patients with long-term conditions, medicines optimisation, medicines reconciliation following hospital discharge and responding to medication and prescribing queries.

This role requires to work across all sites that come under the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. Under the supervision of the Manual Handling Advisor this post will assist in the development of the Manual Handling training service; supporting the Lead Manual Handling Advisor to provide a comprehensive manual handling service to the Trust.
o Lead in the delivery of training programs in Manual Handling practices to all staff. Training will take place in both the classroom and on-site settings and will include Patient and Object handling sessions.

If so we have a permanent full time Band 5 Mental Health Practitioner at Alexander House, working in our Community Mental Health Team.
You will be an active member of our multidisciplinary team (MDT), working as a Key Worker, with a caseload which will be challenging at times, as well as rewarding. We will offer you the opportunity to work with a highly skilled and experienced MDT providing support, preceptorship, development opportunities and supervision for you, as well as excellent standards of care for our service users and carers.
We are an established team covering Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon, Wetherby, working in peoples own homes and other care environments.
Please note that the standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm, however flexible working can be considered.
Main duties of the job

As a Community Practitioner you will have a genuine interest in collaborative working with older adults experiencing functional and/or organic mental health problems including their carers and families.
As a registered professional this is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to develop their community clinical skills. As a core member of the team, you will also be responsible for your own caseload, providing ongoing assessment, care co-ordination as a Key Worker and delivering evidence based intervention in the community. You will demonstrate excellent assessment skills, interpersonal, and team working skills and be able to work flexibly and collaboratively with patients, families/ carers and a range of statutory organisations.
You will have an enthusiastic approach towards your own personal and professional development. In return, you will receive regular appraisal, clinical, management and caseload supervision and will benefit from the support of an experienced and committed multi-disciplinary leadership team, including the Team Manager and the three Advanced Practitioners.
