This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced translator to gain experience of managing a Welsh translation service for a period. There is opportunity to work full time, part time or as a job share for the 3 months and secondment opportunities will be considered.
The Translation Coordinator is expected to work effectively with colleagues across the organisation to manage translation work and work closely and professionally with external translation suppliers to manage contracts and oversee returned work. The post holder will also be able to provide a translation service from Welsh to English and from English to Welsh as needed.
There is flexibility in terms of the exact work pattern, and the job is suitable for home working.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide a specialist translation service from English to Welsh andWelsh to English to enable the Trust to implement the principle that itwill treat Welsh and English on an equal basis. The post holder will lead on theimplementation of a comprehensive programme of delivery for the Trust's translation service, taking a proactive strategic approach to ensure compliance with theWelsh Language Standards under the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011.
The post holder will provide the strategic guidance in improving translation services, ensuringperformance indicators are upheld and addressing any shortfalls. The post holderwill be required to maintain the service's information systems, providingassurance to the Trust that controls are in place to ensure legislative compliance.

Main duties of the job
As a CAMHS Nurse /Practitioner you will be responsible for providing full assessments, formulation and evidence based interventions to children, young people and their families, who are experiencing mentalhealth difficulties.
You will be responsible for maintaining an individual caseload, from referral to discharge, conducting routine and high priority assessments and interventions as appropriate and exercising autonomy.
You will be liaising and providing advice, information and consultation to colleagues and other agencies as well as undertaking service governance activity, including research and audit as appropriate.
Successful candidates will provide regular and ongoing consultation, joint work, training and advice to other professionals in relation to child and adolescent mental health to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.

The post holder will also be expected to work closely with the relevant community teams and contribute to providing an effective care pathway for patients across the service.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have responsibility for the clinical care of those patients admitted to the in-patient unit on the ward. The post holder will also be expected to work closely with the team and the ward manager to ensure the provision of an effective service.

Job summary
We are looking for Clinical Leads across our Acute Inpatient Mental Health Units.
The Clinical Leads will provide advice, clinical leadership, caseload management, supervision and training to the teams and will be responsible for ensuring the consistent provision of high quality mental health care to people in adult mental health inpatient settings.

Main duties of the job
As a PWP you play an integral part in the everyday workings of the service, from promotional work to assessing patients to providing clinical evidence-based interventions to help service users make lasting changes in managing their mental health.
Post holders will be completing clinical contacts, over the telephone, and by video consultation, group courses and CBT. Where needed, holding discussions with step 3 and/or step 4 clinicians to ensure step ups and safe onward referrals are completed and that patient dignity and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
The post-holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities.
The post-holder will be required to work at any times between 8am and 8pm on weekdays as required by the service. The post-holder will also be required to participate in evening clinics offered by the service between 5pm and 8pm.
Alongside LI and HI CBT, the service offers Counselling for Depression, Couples Therapy for Depression, Mindfulness based CBT, IPT and EMDR. We are currently establishing good links with our Primary Care Networks and Secondary Care Mental Health Teams.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Clinical Team Lead Stroke Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our Integrated Stroke Therapy Service. This role will be across the stroke pathway with a focus on community stroke rehabilitation.
The job focus will be to clinically lead the Occupational Therapy team in collaboration with our current band 7 OT. You will work closely with the wider MDT providing highly specialist advanced assessment and treatment of patients with complex stroke rehabilitation needs on the stroke pathway. You will be a HCPC registered therapist with sound knowledge and experience of stroke.
As the clinical lead, you will plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate the OT community stroke service in partnership with the other clinical leads and operational manager.
We have an experienced leadership team working across the stroke and neuro service therefore you will have a strong support system in place for anyone new into a band 7 role.
Flexibility in working patterns will be required to meet the needs of the service. Access to a vehicle is essential to commute between sites.
Main duties of the job
The role will require you to undertake advanced stroke OT assessment and rehabilitation with patients, allocated to your caseload, along with providing close supervision to junior staff in your team.
As part of the community stroke rehabilitation service, you will work closely with the wider MDT to set collaborative rehabilitation goals and treatment programmes to support timely discharge into the community. As such you will be expected to build close links with our inpatient stroke therapy staff to support a seamless early discharge into the community setting supporting acute patient flow.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the OT team which will include both clinical and operational management responsibilities.
The suitable candidate will have a broad understanding of the stroke rehabilitation pathway from admission through to the community setting and have post graduate stroke or neuro rehabilitation experience and wishing to specialise in this clinical field.

The Integrated Stroke Team provides specialist stroke services to adults within the acute & rehabilitation setting across Pennine Lancashire within a range of settings including outpatient departments, patients' homes, and care home settings.
The Integrated Community Stroke team consists of a whole MDT team including an ACP, Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, Clinical Psychology, AHP Professor in Neurorehabilitation and Stroke along with Therapy Assistant Practitioners.
As a service we are actively involved in research developments and as the clinical lead you will have opportunities to participate in service improvement projects. We also have a robust training and supervision structure in place to support staff to full fill their role.

The Specialty Medicine Directorate are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably qualified Support Medical Secretary to support the directorate based at the Princess of Wales Hospital.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of the diabetes integrated multi-disciplinary team providing clinical support to community based intermediate diabetes care clinics, specialist diabetes clinics, and the in-patient population with diabetes. The post-holder will be responsible for the management of a defined caseload of patients with Diabetes, providing specialist nursing support, advice, education and/or care to that specific group. They will also participate in the delivery of structured patient diabetes education sessions and healthcare professional education both for community and hospital-based staff.

Main duties of the job

Oversee safe preparation, cooking, and dispatch of meals.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Manage stock levels, ordering, and rotation.
Conduct audits and support internal/external inspections.

Main duties of the job
To lead the EBME & Medical Equipment Library services, delivering the full lifecycle management of medical devices, including procurement, commissioning, inventory management, maintenance, and disposal.
To provide assurance regarding patient safety in relation to medical devices, specifically in relation to CQC Regulation 15, Premises and equipment.
Take prompt effective action in response to Device Safety Information, National Patient Safety Alerts and Field Safety Notices.
Ensure the Trust's medical devices asset register in maintained and accurate.
Monitor key performance indicators and report on the compliance of medical devices maintenance.
