Job summary
The post holder will work as part of the EPUT Apprenticeship Team within the Education, Learning and Development Department supporting on the delivery of Internal Healthcare Apprenticeship programmes and supporting apprenticeship delivery across the organisation. The role includes delivery of the Internal Healthcare apprenticeship curriculum from: initial assessment, induction, planning, assessment and partnership working with all stakeholders.
The post holder will also be responsible for their own allocated case load of learners, completing their individual learning plans and meeting the quality requirements of the organisation, awarding/validating body, Department for Education (DfE)and partnership educational bodies involved in the process.
Main duties of the job
Monitor and update curriculum, and centre documentation in line with sector requirements
Carry out learner inductions; this includes comprehensive completion of skills scans, individual learning plans, initial assessments to establish the correct level and programme of study
Timely completion of registration, assessment and DfE documentation to meet Awarding Body, DfE and organisational requirements
Manage an allocated caseload of learners
Undertake planned learner observations in practice (where relevant)
Plan, deliver and assessment of apprenticeship curriculum
Assessment of learners in accordance with awarding body/validation and industry specific guidelines
Work with programme team in reviewing programme content
Timely completion of learner progress reviews and feedback processes
Liaise proactively with managers and staff, to actively promote apprenticeships within the TrustAccurate maintenance of learner records ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information is maintained

- Identify and exercise judgement when presenting data that may be challenged
Present reports on metrics to the apprenticeship meetings
Competent in use of learner management system.
- Work with key stakeholders to influence and negotiate outcomes of future apprenticeship requirements by providing complex and sensitive information.
- Produce and communicate complex and sensitive reports on apprenticeships up to and including Executive Team level
- Produce complex data in response to requests from both internal and external teams/organisations
Represent the department and Trust at key events, educational establishments and when working with partner organisations to promote, deliver and expand opportunities in line with the promotion of Apprenticeships
Engage with the Integrated Care Boards as required
Demonstrate issue management skills through the ownership and resolution of any problems that arise.
Work with colleagues to align workforce, service and training plans
Analyse ways to improve colleagues understanding of apprenticeships and assist in the delivery of identified gaps at Care Unit level
Work with team leads and managers to gain an understanding of their future workforce requirements and to assist them in consideration of apprenticeship programmes
Work within and advise on policy changes that may be required within the suite of Education Policies.
Provide feedback on suggested changes in line with national standards to the Apprenticeship Manager to ensure compliance with validation and awarding body requirements and changes in the sector
Ensure all events and training opportunity are delivered according to the Trust quality assurance processes and they comply with any relevant external quality assurance or risk management guidelines
Support the design, development and delivery of new programmes as required
Ensure that all programmes are designed to use effective learning strategies
Ensure that assessment methods employed will provide formative and summative feedback
To make full use of blended learning methods to ensure that efficient and effective training is implemented.
To evaluate teaching programmes, delivery methods and teaching strategies according to the Trust education standards
To support identification and implementation of Artificial Intelligence within the curriculum
To maintain accurate training records
To maintain any additional records as required by the Education, Learning and Development (e.g. diversity monitoring records)
Monitor and manage all information requests ensuring that all responses are received, recorded and analysed
Develop, maintain and monitor plans for projects, tailoring the plans in accordance with the complexity of the project
To promote a health and safety culture and undertake risk assessments as required
Visit staff in their practice areas to provide on-site support, observations of practice and guidance as required.

This role is part of the Business Analysis and Reporting team, which is undergoing transformation to integrate new technologies, includingMicrosoft Power BI, into its reporting and analysis processes. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12 month fixed term 1.0 WTE Band 7/8a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our Adult Inpatient Psychological Services Team in Rochford.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in inpatient mental health care and working with people experiencing acute mental health crises. They will be skilled in undertaking specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention with individuals presenting with a wide range of severe and complex mental health difficulties.
The post holder will work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to develop psychologically informed understandings of crisis presentations, helping teams make sense of complexity and identify pathways towards recovery. The ability to formulate risk, make professional recommendations and contribute confidently to clinical decision-making alongside ward team is central to this role.
A key aspect of the role will be supporting and developing staff and will include supervision of junior staff. The post holder will also contribute to teaching, training, reflective practice groups, post-incident debriefs and psychologically informed consultations, helping to build the confidence and psychological skills of ward teams.
The successful candidate will represent psychology within a range of clinical, operational and strategic forums, offering psychological perspectives to case discussions, formulations, care planning and service developments. They will work in partnership with colleagues across inpatient services to promote best practice and enhance the quality of care for our patients.

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is one of the UK's leading University Teaching Hospitals at the cutting edge of clinical practice and research.
The Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Imperial was formed as a result of the merger between the departments at St Mary's and Hammersmith Hospitals in 2010. The recognised areas of expertise in those departments has been retained and we offer all aspects of cardiac and thoracic surgery except for cardiopulmonary transplantation. There is specific expertise in complex aortic surgery, minimally- invasive surgery and mitral valve repair.In thoracic surgery, video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (via multi-, bi-, or uniport) is routine for anatomical and lesser lung resection as well as in surgery for pleural and mediastinal pathology.
Following recent expansion, there are 4 substantive Consultant Thoracic Surgeons and 6 substantive Consultant Cardiac Surgeons at Imperial. The department has a 2 Specialty Doctors (1 cardiac, 1 thoracic), 2 NTNs and 7 Trust SpRs. We have developed a unique nursing role (Advanced Cardiothoracic Nurse Practitioners) to support resident doctors on the wards. The elective thoracic work is supported by a team of 5 Lung Specialist Nurses and 2 x Pre-assessment nurses. A Hospital-at-Night scheme operates out-of-hours. The Cardiac Intensive Care Unit is run and staffed by the Directorate of Anaesthesia and Critical Care.
Main duties of the job
oPre-operative assessment and preparation of patients to undergo thoracic surgery, in outpatients, for urgent referrals (including emergency trauma cover at St Mary's site) and the specific cardiothoracic pre-assessment clinics
o Capacity to be a competent operating surgeon with direct or indirect supervision and also assisting the consultants in the operating theatres as required and providing training/supervision to more junior staff and Surgical Care Practitioners, as appropriate
o Continuing responsibilities for post-operative critical care of the patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic surgery and subsequent Level 0/1 care on the wards
o Post-operative follow-up of patients in the outpatient, chest drain or would clinics, working with where indicated
o Partaking in the middle-grade on-call rota
o The accurate and timely recording of clinical data, both written & electronic, as outlined in the Principles of Good Medical Practice described by the GMC, participation in clinical audit and familiarity with Trust IT and information systems

The candidate will be a key figure within the existing MDT, collaborating with senior staff across the division of Medicine. We are looking for a consultant who is excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of restorative dentistry within Dorset. This role offers genuine scope to influence service development, strengthen clinical pathways and contribute to the ongoing evolution of a specialist Head and Neck service serving patients across the region.

Flexible Opportunities
We are ideally seeking a full-time appointment of 10 PAs; however, applications from candidates seeking part-time working are welcomed. The minimum commitment is 4 PAs per week, with flexibility up to full time. Tuesday availability is required to support participation in the weekly Head and Neck MDT meeting.
Transforming Services
UHD are investing, developing and transforming Trust services in line with the New Hospital Programme. As part of this, some services may move site this year or next, either temporarily or permanently. Recruiting Managers will be happy to answer any service-specific questions at interview.

Restorative Dentistry is a core component of UHD's commissioned Head and Neck Specialist Service and is embedded within the wider multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will work alongside colleagues in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, ENT, Oncology, Radiology, Healthcare Science and Maxillofacial Prosthetics, with joint clinics supporting coordinated patient assessment and treatment planning.
The service benefits from a close relationship with an on-site Maxillofacial Prosthetics Laboratory, offering experienced scientific and technical support, digital surgical planning and in-house 3D printing capability. A state-of-the-art laboratory refurbishment is planned, creating further opportunities for future service development and innovation.

We are looking for a caring and motivated individual to join our genomics team as a Genomic Associate. This exciting, newly established role within the Genomic Counselling work stream will help facilitate genetic counselling and testing for patients with rare diseases and their family members.
The Genomics Associate is responsible for facilitating the collection of information, consent, samples and test results and helping to co-ordinate care for patients and families. Working within the clinical genetics department, the varied role will involve communicating with patients and their families directly by phone, video call and face to face to obtain family and medical histories to facilitate the diagnosis of genetic and genomic conditions. It will include obtaining appropriate samples for genetic testing and recording consent for these where appropriate.
The genomic associate will also help to facilitate access to the service, particularly amongst marginalised communities and families who are difficult to engage. Other roles include facilitating patient support days and patient engagement events. The role also includes co-ordinating multidisciplinary meetings and occasional education events for professionals.
Main duties of the job
Applicants from a range of backgrounds and experiences are welcomed. It would also provide an opportunity for an individual aspiring to train as a genetic counsellor to gain relevant experience in the field. Job summary
We are seeking to employ a highly motivated Band 5 Dietitian to join our team of over 65 dietitians at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. This is a permanent full time position and applicants should be qualified dietitians that have HCPC registration or have applied for and are awaiting HCPC registration.
The successful candidate will complete 6 monthly rotations covering a range of specialties including general medicine, trauma, gastroenterology, renal, hepatology and diabetes. As this is a busy and varied caseload, we are looking for a confident dietitian who is organised, self-motivated and ready to take on any challenge with the support of the team. There will be opportunities to develop your practice by shadowing specialities within your rotation, clinical supervision and a preceptorship.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
The SDEC receptionist is responsible for providing an efficient front-line service to the Same Day Emergency Care Unit within the Emergency Quadrant. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new service which we are delivering across Bolton: The Mental Health Support Team (MHST).

Main duties of the job
The Mental Health Practitioner will be an integral part of the MHST in Bolton. You will use your clinical skills to listen to the needs of the child, young person and family to provide meaningful evidenced based interventions. You will provide support, advice and consultation to families/carers and other professionals in the life of the child/young person. You will work closely with education professionals to foster a whole school/college approach to mental well-being.

Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior health or social care professional with adult forensic experience to join the Quality and Commissioning Team, at the Greater Manchester Adult Secure Provider Collaborative.
Employed by GMMH, the team holds commissioning and quality responsibility on behalf of the GM ICB/NHS England for the 4 GM Adult Secure Provider organisations (GMMH, PCFT, Elysium Spinney & Cygnet Bury).
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced commissioning environment, providing clinically informed quality, contractual and budgetary responsibility to a complex, specialised system-wide programme.
Based at Harrop House, Prestwich Hospital, but offers a combination of office, home and remote working across the Provider Collaborative footprint as required. Wider travel across the Northwest and nationally is required. Working hours are primarily 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, though some flexibility and out of hours visits may be needed on occasion.
Please note we currently have 3 Case Management vacancies, 2 permanent FTE, and 1 temporary WTE fixed term 12 month contract covering a secondment. Job share may be considered. Please clearly state which role/s you are interested in.
Main duties of the job
The Case Manager provides expert forensic pathway oversight and acts as a key contributor to the Provider Collaborative's quality assurance arrangements, working operationally under the Senior Case Manager and professionally alongside the Head of Quality.
The role supports the team in driving transformation as well as best value in planning, quality oversight and the commissioning of adult secure mental health and LD/A services.
The role is designed to build a combination of forensic expertise and technical skills to develop a strong service delivery, and to promote pathway advice for secure/specialised services.
Responsible for the development and implementation of service improvements in secure and specialised mental health, learning disability and autism services.
