Main duties of the job
As a Bank Nurse, you will work as part of the HCRG Care Group Team, benefitting from attractive hourly rates of pay at £19.38, self-booking access to all bank shifts, and the ability to request a Duty up to six weeks in advance for better work-life balance. Furthermore, you can access Wagestream to track your pay throughout the month and get paid as you earn it without high-interest loans or overdraft fees. To be considered for this Band 5 Registered Nurse opportunity, youll need to meet the following requirements.
Essential
- NMC Registered Nurse (1st Level).
- Nursing qualification at Diploma level or above.
- Evidence of relevant continuing professional development.
- Mentorship/teaching qualification or willingness to obtain this within two years.
- Ability to independently assess patients and plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
- Ability to recognise and appropriately escalate urgent clinical information or deterioration.
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary team-working skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload without direct supervision.
- Knowledge of current health and social care developments and evidence-based nursing practice.
- Appropriate clinical skills and confidence using relevant community equipment.
- Ability to maintain accurate written and electronic patient records.
- Flexibility to work across a seven-day service.
- Ability to travel across the required locality, with a current driving licence and access to a car during the working day.
Desirable
- Degree-level nursing qualification.
- Existing mentorship/teaching qualification.
- Relevant community nursing experience.

We are looking for a Locum Community Mental Health Practitioner to cover an assignment with the Ministry of Defence (MoD), at Bulford DCMH, in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

A key component of this role is to provide advanced clinical skills, leadership and expert knowledge in clinical practice. The role contributes to leading service delivery, supporting quality improvement and providing safe and effective specialist level palliative care assessment and advice to adult in patients with life-limiting illnesses or those undergoing curative treatment of serious conditions with complex symptoms, supporting our core services in the Trust.

We are looking for a Locum Community Mental Health Practitioner to cover an assignment with the Ministry of Defence (MoD), at RAF Brize Norton DCMH, in Carterton, Oxfordshire.

You will work a mixture of weekdays and weekends, each week, providing continuity to the women in your caseload for antenatal and postnatal care.
Happy to talk flexible working. You must be able to work 6x on call per year for the acute site which are picked and planned by yourself.
A full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle is necessary for the role.

Main duties of the job
