As a Catering Assistant you will be:
- Assisting catering staff with both the preparation and cooking of meals in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Serving service users, staff and visitors with food and beverages.
- Maintaining storage procedures and stock rotation.
- Ensuring that all areas, equipment and furniture are cleaned and stored correctly.
- As part of the catering team, ensuring the kitchen and associated areas meet operational hygiene standards and comply with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Liaising with the wider team, including dietitians regarding dietary and planned meals
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Relevant Catering Qualification (Desirable)
- Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP
- Experience of working within similar role.

Where you will be working:
Gardens Neurological Centre and Jacobs Neurological Centre have a combined total of 132 beds on the same site in Sawbridgeworth (CM21 0HH), which is on the Hertfordshire and Essex border within easy travelling distance of London and Cambridge.
The two Centres deliver specialist 24-hour nursing and therapy services for people with complex long-term neurological conditions, and brain or spinal injuries who require ongoing support and assistance to maximise functional ability. Recovery is assisted wherever possible, with emphasis placed on maximising each individual's abilities, comfort and quality of life.
Each service has communal lounges, dining rooms, and all bedrooms have en-suite facilities with over 95% on single occupancy. All rooms are adapted to each resident's requirements according to their assessments and needs.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to join our Adult Acute Mental Health Inpatient team on Rydon Ward 1 at the Wellsprings Hospital site in Taunton.
You will be a key member of the inpatient multidisciplinary team, working within a recoveryfocused service and playing a central role in promoting high standards of clinical care. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to teamwork and the ability to support and develop others.

The service mainly supports people living in the Taunton area and also accepts admissions for serving members of the military.

Locum Consultant Ophthalmologist - Adult and Paediatric Cornea and Cataract
We are seeking an appropriately fellowship-trained ophthalmologist to take up this prestigious joint appointment between Great Ormond Street Hospital and Moorfields Eye Hospital. The successful candidate will provide specialist paediatric cataract and paediatric corneal care at GOSH, alongside adult and paediatric corneal practice at Moorfields. This is a rare opportunity to work across two internationally renowned institutions, caring for children and adults with complex anterior segment disease and joining established, highly specialised multidisciplinary teams. We are looking for an enthusiastic corneal surgeon with the training, experience and ambition to contribute to, and further develop, these nationally and internationally recognised services.
Main duties of the job
o Provide consultant-led assessment and management of children and young people with congenital and acquired corneal, anterior-segment and cataract disorders at GOSH.
o Undertake paediatric cataract and appropriate corneal/anterior-segment surgery, including peri-operative planning, consent, postoperative care and management of complications within agreed competence and governance arrangements.
o Provide adult and paediatric corneal clinics and surgery at Moorfields, including the management of keratoconus, corneal transplantation and complex anterior-segment disease.
o Work with anaesthetic, orthoptic, optometric, nursing, genetics and other multidisciplinary colleagues, including participation in relevant MDT meetings and transition planning.
o Participate in the Moorfields corneal on-call rota.
o Provide timely clinical administration, including results review, correspondence, coding, genetic-test follow-up, MDT preparation and safe handover across both Trusts.
o Maintain accurate records and comply with the safeguarding, consent, information-governance, incident-reporting and infection-prevention requirements of each Trust.
o Contribute to service development, quality improvement, audit and clinical governance for the joint GOSH-Moorfields cornea and cataract pathway, including agreed outcome measures and waiting-list stewardship.

Applications are invited for a Locum Consultant Haematologist to undertake 10PAs at the North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust.
The Department is a specialist centre for haemoglobin and red cell disorders, operating as the centre for a large Red Cell Network. We also treat a wide range of malignant and benign conditions, including level 2B malignant haematology patients (salvage chemotherapy for lymphoma), with the exception of haemophilia, intensive treatment of acute leukaemia and bone marrow transplantation. We offer a comprehensive nurse-led anticoagulation service and we have an established hospital transfusion service.
Applicants must have full registration with the GMC including a License to Practice and be on the Specialist Register (or be within six months of obtaining their Certificate of Completion of Training or equivalent.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will join a dynamic and friendly team to provide a full range of Clinical Haematology services at NMUH.
The post-holder will have a comprehensive training in haematology and will be capable of handling the range of clinical and laboratory haematology problems that occur in the setting on a district general hospital. The post-holder will be encouraged and supported to develop an interest in myeloid disorders and will also lead on immune haematological disorders such as ITP and autoimmune haemolytic anaemia.
The appointee will be expected to work with other specialities to develop service pathways and guidance related to cancer-associated thrombosis. and to develop the department's research portfolio in non-malignant haematology.
The post-holder will review General Haematology referrals, including two-week wait target referrals. They will be encouraged and supported to develop a specific interest in thrombosis, leading on obstetric haematology matters. They will also be the named lead for patients with immune-related haematological disorders.
The post-holder will also have an opportunity to play an active role in the North London non-malignant research network, and to develop the research portfolio and drive recruitment into clinical studies involving non-malignant disorders at NMUH.

Main duties of the job

o Have the right to work in England. We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and enthusiastic Band 6 Physiotherapist who would like to further their career in to the MSK speciality. You will be joining alarge, well-established, and friendly MSK team.
Our service has strong links with secondary care partners, and patients can be referred onwards via our Advanced Practitioner (APP) team when needed.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for assessing and managing GP referrals to our service, received via our highly regarded Self-Referral Portal. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical reasoning, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
