Main duties of the job
As a Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Provide outstanding quality based patient centred care to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them.
- Focussing on providing a safe and secure medicines management service, ensuring patient medical records are maintained to the agreed standard at all times and ensuring standard operating procedures are followed to a high and orderly standard.
- Deliver non-judgemental care within the scope of professional standards. Involving anything from the timely administration of medicines through to analysing cost effective prescribing as defined through our unique health in justice medicines policy.
- You will make a real difference by working as a key member of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

- NVQ Level 3, or above, BTEC or equivalent
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council

Main duties of the job
As a key member of the SWASH+ Service Management Team, the Project Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day management and delivery of Digital Radiology projects. Job description
Job responsibilities
The Project Manager will play a central role in ensuring that all assigned projects are delivered efficiently on time, and within budget. This includes coordinating resources, managing risks, engaging stakeholders, and adapting to emerging needs. Main duties of the job
We will provide full training in a warm, friendly environment in our Emergency Call Centres.
Our comprehensive training programme:
- 9 weeks full time training

- Comprises of 3 weeks of Monday to Friday classroom training, then observing and mentoring periods within the working environment for a further 6 weeks before you go "live".

Main duties of the job
As a SECAmb 999 Emergency Call Handler, you are the first point of contact and are responsible for ensuring the correct information is obtained from the caller, whilst offering advice or re-assurance sometimes under difficult circumstances. You will enter details into a computer system about the patient and their condition which categorises the seriousness of their illness or injury to ensure the patient receives the most appropriate care from us, this may be an emergency ambulance response, a telephone assessment by a clinician, a referral to an alternative care pathway or self care advice.
We will provide full training in a warm, friendly environment in our Emergency Call Centres.
Our comprehensive training programme:
- 9 weeks full time training
- Is full time, even for part time applicants
- Has a 'must' attend policy due to you obtaining your Pathways licence
- Comprises of 3 weeks of Monday to Friday classroom training, then observing and mentoring periods within the working environment for a further 6 weeks before you go "live"

This is a fully office-based role at our NHS 111/999 contact centres in Medway, Kent or Crawley, West Sussex. Due to 24/7 shift patterns, including nights, applicants must live within approximately 45-60 minutes' commuting distance. Applications outside this distance will not be progressed.

The Role
As a Prescribing Clinician within our Care Coordination function, you will:
- Act as a senior clinical decision-maker, supporting the triage, assessment and redirection of patients across the wider health and care system

- Provide real-time clinical support to ambulance crews, identifying suitable alternative pathways to avoid unnecessary conveyance to Emergency Departments

Our housekeepers are an essential part of our team, not only for housekeeping, but also maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere for our patients and their families. Previous experience of similar work in an in-patient unit environment preferred, but not essential. The role provides in-house training for the successful candidate.

West Middlesex Hospital SiteWe have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 physiotherapist to join the orthopaedic therapy team at West Middlesex Hospital. We are a busy team caring for elective and trauma patients.
You will have prior experience working in a variety of acute settings inclusive of acute orthopaedics. Experience in respiratory physiotherapy is also essential. The post holder will manage a clinical caseload, support the team with more complex cases and has supervisory and teaching responsibilities.
Main duties of the job
They will be a role model for expert clinical care, and lead on specific projects / service developments and management functions asdelegated by the Band 7 therapist or Clinical Lead Therapist.
They will role model the identified Trust values at all times.
The post holder will work as an autonomous practitioner in providing physiotherapy assessment, treatment and management to their own designated caseload of patients and to maintain up to date physiotherapy records.
They will evidence based principles and current best practise to assess, plan, implement and evaluate physiotherapy interventions.
The post holder will provide supervision, teaching and support to more junior staff, therapy assistants and students on placement.
The post holder is expected to actively participate in the 5 in 7 weekend rota and respiratory on-call rota

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team within the HMP Chelmsford prison. Based on site at HMP Chelmsford, youll carry out comprehensive psychiatric and medical assessments, treating individuals with both stable and acute mental health needs and managing complex cases where mental and physical health intersect.
Youll take the lead on safe and effective prescribing, contribute to key clinical decisions through MDT discussions, and ensure care is evidencebased and aligned with NICE guidance. Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse Associate, your responsibilities will vary. You will

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapy Assistant to join our Children's Therapy Team.
This rewarding role involves working under the guidance and supervision of qualified therapists to support the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy interventions for children and young people with a wide range of additional and complex needs. There will also be opportunities to work independently, using initiative and clinical judgement within agreed competencies and care plans.
The post holder will provide therapeutic support across a variety of settings, including health centres, nurseries, special schools, and children's homes. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will implement child-centred, evidence-based therapy programmes designed to maximise each child's functional abilities, independence, participation, and overall quality of life.
You will manage your own caseload of children with diverse and complex needs, monitoring progress and adapting interventions as appropriate under the direction of registered therapists. The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, a commitment to delivering person-centred care, and a willingness to undertake ongoing training and supervision to develop knowledge, skills, and professional practice.

Main Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group physiotherapy programmes under the guidance of a qualified Physiotherapist.
- Implement child-centred, evidence-based therapy plans to support children with a range of complex physical needs.

- Visit homes, nurseries and schools to support postural management, moving and handling, and equipment provision.

- Maintain accurate electronic clinical records and contribute to reports, assessments and referrals.

Job summary
Birchwood Medical Centre is seeking an experienced, conscientious, flexible and reliable part-time receptionist/patient adviser to join our busy reception team.
This is a part-time post working 20 hours per week as follows:
Monday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm (with half hour break)
Wednesday 8.30 am - 1.00 pm
Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm (with one hour break)
You will also be required to help cover for colleagues on annual/sick leave. The practice opening times are 8.00 am to 6.30 pm.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant must have:

About us
Birchwood Medical Centre is a busy GP practice with 11,000 patients. We have 3 GP partners and 7 salaried GP's, an ANP, practice nurses, a nursing associate, HCA/phlebotomists and an expanding complement of ARRs staff. Our administrative team consists of receptionists, administrators, scanning/coding administrators and medical secretaries.
