Reporting into the Systems Manager, the Senior Information Analyst will be responsible for the monitoring of the daily feeds into the contract monitoring system (SLAM) to ensure that the Trust is reporting its contract values accurately and completely.
You will assist with the daily and weekly submissions of the Clinical Data Sets to the Secondary Uses Service (SUS) and liaising with all relevant Trust personnel to ensure the completeness and accuracy of those submissions.
You will assist in responding to the Commissioner's monthly challenges ensuring that they are all answered within the relevant deadlines.
You will be able to develop and maintain contract income reports.

The post holder will support the Systems Manager as well as other stakeholders for all aspects of the Trust Income System, Service Level Agreement Monitoring (SLAM). Job summary
Team members for the Single Point of Access service support the District Nursing and unplanned community response team, providing a mixture of call handling and administrative duties for the Community Response Team, District Nursing, Carepoint, Virtual Ward, and Two Hour Urgent Care Response services.
Based in the offices at our Seaton Delaval site, a standard shift will be a mix of duties depending upon the work needing support. Staff will use a variety of systems including Avaya and Liberty phone systems and IT systems such as PAS, SystmOne, Nerve centre, Outlook and Microsoft Office.
We are looking to recruit a diverse and flexible team with good people skills and ability to deal with customers over the phone. Team members need to be able to follow processes and work cooperatively within a team.
This service currently works 7 days a week 7am - 11pm working various shift patterns covering days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Main duties of the job
To act as a first point of contact for service users, health professionals and other organisations wishing to access the service.
To support the team in the day to day running and maintenance of the Urgent Care Response Team by providing a high quality comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.

We're looking for a highly motivated Consultant Haematologist to join our friendly and dynamic department at Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, part of the University Hospitals of Northamptonshire Group.
You'll work alongside four experienced Consultant Haematologists to deliver comprehensive general and BSH Level 2b Haemato-oncology care, covering a broad spectrum of malignant and non-malignant haematology. Job summary
Housekeepers are responsible to provide and maintain cleaning and catering services as part of the Hotel Services team to office, patient and communal areas within the Trust. Ensuring a clean, safe and supportive environment for staff and patients working towards their recovery.

Main duties of the job
The Piece of Mind Team deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people, working across both educational settings and healthcare sectors in England. We currently have 3 Piece of Mind teams across Durham, which are embedded within education settings
The Wellbeing in Mind team has 3 functions:
1. Support the development of a whole school (or college) approach (WSA) to wellbeing. This can include, but is not limited to, supporting sites to develop and implement mental health and wellbeing policies, development of resources, supporting campaigns and delivering training, assemblies and PHSE curriculum.
2. Provide timely advice and consultation to education staff. This is designed to support teaching staff to build their skills and confidence in supporting the wellbeing needs of their students/pupils. This is offered in both a formal and informal way.
3. Undertake direct assessments and intervention for young people within education. We offer a low intensity service model, predominantly using cognitive-behavioural therapy.
The successful post holder will be required to work in line with function 1.

Housekeepers are responsible to provide and maintain cleaning and catering services as part of the Hotel Services team to office, patient and communal areas within the Trust. Ensuring a clean, safe and supportive environment for staff and patients working towards their recovery.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
The post holder will support delivery of day-to-day Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) activities within the National Response Centre (NRC), UKHSA's Public Health Emergency Operations Centre. They will assist with a range of projects, workstreams, processes and administrative tasks that help maintain organisational preparedness and support effective incident response. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, they will help coordinate information, fulfil operational roles during incident response and recovery, maintain records, support meetings, contribute to documentation, and liaise with colleagues and stakeholders across UKHSA and partner organisations as required.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work as a Bank Medical Laboratory Assistant in Specimen Reception and the Blood Sciences Laboratory as required.
Your duties will include receipt, sorting and processing of samples. Entering requests onto the laboratory computer system, Telepath. Previous NHS and laboratory experience is desirable, further training will be given.

Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our well established team within Intermediate Care. The post holder will work primarily as part of a multidisciplinary team on the Royal Quays unit leading occupational therapy provision to support safe and timely discharges. The post holder is also expected to support cross site into the other intermediate care unit based in Cramlington. The post holder will be expected to work through the rehabilitation model but also facilitate local discharges utilising a discharge to assess model.
The successful candidate will have experience working with patients with a wide variety of conditions within a range of medical specialities including frailty/elderly medicine, and orthopaedics. The post holder will be able to manage their own caseload as well as supervise junior and support staff on a daily basis.
Service hours are currently 0800-1800 seven days a week. There is an expectation of weekend working across other Northumbria Healthcare sites. Contractual hours are between 0800-2000 and this may be implemented in the future.

The main elements of the role are ensuring the delivery of general environmental cleaning on the wards including responsibility for the cleaning of all sanitary areas such as toilets, bathrooms, showers and sluice rooms, and daily and weekly cleaning of patient equipment. Complete the daily cleaning of bays and side rooms, nurses station and other areas on a designated ward area as specified on the allocated daily work schedule. Ensure cleaning is carried out in accordance with National Specification for Cleanliness in the NHS (2021) PAS 5748 Cleanliness in Healthcare Facilities, the Trust Cleaning Policy, Patient Equipment Cleaning Policy and the agreed cleaning schedule. Terminally clean bed spaces & side rooms as required. Ensure that alcohol gel dispensers, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and, where required, aprons and gloves are replenished as needed to maintain high standards of hand hygiene, infection prevention, and control, thereby reducing the risk of cross-infection between patients. Emptying, cleaning and relining waste bins with appropriate coloured liner. Securing and placing them for disposal to ensure regulations for clinical and non-clinical waste (including compacting) are adhered to. Cleaning of internal glass and mirrors as detailed on the daily work schedule. Vacuum clean all carpeted floor surfaces and to static and damp mop all hard floor surfaces to ensure all areas are free from dust, dirt and grit. Clean and dry sanitary areas including WCs, wash hand basins, baths, showers, sinks and sluices (if present in work area). Other duties associated with this role may include; Collect and deliver mail Complete duties associated with the cleanliness of the exterior area e.g. bins and car park roads Deliver/replenish gas cylinders as required. Distribute linen to wards and associated areas and other laundry duties as required, including the operation of washing machines and dryers and the treatment/disposal of dirty laundry.
