Waterloo Manor part of Inmind Healthcare is gender specific, and the largest female Personality Disorder service in the United Kingdom which provides assessment and treatment services for women with complex mental health & disorders. The Hospital provides low secure, high dependency PICU and rehabilitation services.
Our focus is on treating female patients with complex and enduring mental health conditions in the least restrictive environment who may or may not be detained under the Mental Health Act 1983. We have created a whole pathway of care for individuals to enable maintenance of therapeutic relationships to enhance recovery and continuity of care.
We have a highly experienced team who advocate the concept of recovery and provide a person centered approach which is aimed at rehabilitating patients to their optimum level of functioning thereby reducing their need for future inpatient care and reducing length of stay in hospital.

Could you help us make a difference at the very first point a patient contacts their GP practice?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable General Practice Assistant (GPA) to join our patient access team and work alongside our Call Handlers, GPs and GP Consultants.
This is an administrative, non-clinical role, but one with an important part to play in helping patients navigate general practice effectively.
Our GPAs will work alongside the team receiving patient contacts, helping to identify administrative actions that can be progressed without unnecessary delay, gathering or preparing relevant information and acting as an effective link between the patient access team and the supervising GP or GP Consultant where clinical input is required.
The aim is simple: to help us achieve better outcomes for patients at the first point of contact while allowing our clinicians to focus their time where clinical judgement is genuinely needed.
Main duties of the job
- Work closely with Call Handlers and other members of the patient access team to help progress patient requests efficiently.
- Identify administrative actions that can appropriately be completed or progressed at the first point of contact.
- Gather and prepare relevant information to support a GP or GP Consultant where clinical review or advice is required.
- Act as a conduit between the patient access team and the supervising clinician, ensuring queries requiring clinical input are presented clearly and efficiently.
- Support patients with navigation through practice, community and wider NHS services, using agreed practice processes and pathways.
- Arrange and support referrals, investigations, appointments and follow-up activity when directed or appropriate within established protocols.
- Help track outstanding actions and ensure agreed next steps are progressed.
- Liaise with patients, healthcare professionals, hospitals and other external organisations.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH), part of King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, for a Band 6 Junior Sister/Charge Nurse within the Endoscopy Unit .
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Endoscopy Junior Senior/ Nurse to help and support the staff and the unit.
The PRUH has an established endoscopy unit with two procedure rooms and a 3rdwithin Radiology for all Endoscopy procedures under Fluoroscopy. We perform all Endoscopic procedures including Enteroscopy, Video capsule Endoscopy, Endoscopy Ultrasound service (EUS), Trans Nasal Endoscopy (TNE) and Bronchoscopy and Endo Bronchial Ultrasound (EBUS) and Pre assessment.
The current unit is extremely efficient with an excellent productivity record. In order to facilitate the further development of the service, a business case has been approved to expand the endoscopy facilities at the PRUH to a six roomed standalone elective unit whilst retaining the main hospital rooms for inpatient and therapeutic procedures. This incredibly exciting project is set to be completed this year.
We are looking for someone who has the motivation, drive and commitment to help deliver an outstanding endoscopy service. You will work as a professional role model, demonstrating flexibility, excellent communication skills and an ability to work as part of team.
Main duties of the job
- Exhibit specific skills in the management of disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. This will include undertaking assessment, education and counselling wherever appropriate.
- Assist with the development of the pre-assessment service.
- Actively contribute to the pre-assessment service; this includes the Non- GA service.
- Work closely with the Senior Sister's, Band 5 Nurses, Health Care Assistants, wider endoscopy team, colorectal team, pathology, radiology and cancer services in the trust and have a strong clinical commitment to the Endoscopy service.
- Be responsible for providing the nursing contribution within the Endoscopy Service in accordance with local and national specifications. This includes cross site responsibility.
- Collaborative working with a large multi-disciplinary team to ensure delivery of the Endoscopy service. It will also extend to ensure full service provision which includes rotation to the on call emergency GI Bleed Nursing rota.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join the Stroke Team at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn.
This new post provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced therapist wanting to specialise within stroke and consolidate their knowledge and skills in managing more complex patients with acquired swallowing and communication impairments within the acute stroke MDT.
Post will provide specialist SLT assessment and management for patients with acquired communication and/or swallowing impairments, predominantly on the hyper-acute and acute stroke wards here at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Main duties of the job
- To utilise specialist skills in the assessment, diagnosis and management of acquired communication and swallowing disorders within stroke speciality.
- To work predominantly on our acute stroke unit but also providing support to the acute medical wards as required.

Co-ordinate and maintain arrangements to facilitate the patients progression along a defined pathway..
Collect and collate information relevant to the patient and the service, for example waiting times, RTT, DNA/CNA statistics, backlog and length of stays as well as delayed transfers of care and will report on statistics as directed by the line manager.
Process documents accurately and efficiently using digital dictation, analogue dictation and as directed by the clinician and will demonstrate self-directed development and practice of patient administrative systems, whilst undertaking tasks that will require the individual to exercise judgement and expertise.
Provide support and guidance to medical secretaries and support in accurate data entry in the Patient Administration Systems.
When required arrange meetings and associated paperwork, taking and transcribing minutes, distributing agendas, paperwork and approved minutes effectively in a timely manner.

The post-holders will be an integral part of the clinical team and will carry out the following duties:

Job summary
We are seeking a nurse interested in contributing to clinical research across a range of specialties to join our dynamic cross divisional team. Based at Cambridge University Hospitals (Addenbrookes), you will support the delivery of NIHR portfolio studies under the guidance of the Research Nurse Team Leader. You will be involved in a range of activities, identifying potential participants, providing patient information and support, co-ordinating study procedures and collecting data. Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the provision of high quality, participant focused clinical research for the Cross Divisional Research Delivery Team. Job summary
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist CAMHS Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) service in South West London and St George's NHS Trust. The team is a multidisciplinary team working with young people and their families across Sutton, Merton, Wandsworth, Kingston and Richmond. It provides intensive, evidence-based therapy for young people who struggle with high levels of emotion dysregulation, self-harm and other self-destructive behaviours in an outpatient setting.
This team is a small, energetic and dedicated team. It has built strong relationships with other CAMHS services across the boroughs and has close links with other DBT teams working with young people across South London.
We seek an able and committed CAMHS professional to provide high quality clinical work with young people. CAMH services in south west London have a positive and supportive culture, and the post holder will join a vibrant group of clinicians within the Psychology and Psychotherapies group.
DBT training will be provided.
Main duties of the job
Applicants will have:
Experience in working with children and young people in a variety of community settings, particularly with those presenting with complex high risk, emotional dysregulation and self-harm
Experience in working in multi-disciplinary settings and accustomed to interagency working
Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy and Procedure
Experience in delivering DBT is desirable
Experience in working with trauma and disordered eating presentations is desirable

Job summary
From spring 2026, our services have extended to include children and young people's mental health services and all-age eating disorder services within the Trust.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our dedicated Tunbridge Wells CAMHS team.
The Tunbridge Wells CAMHS Community team provides a service to children and young people (under the age of 18 years) living in Tunbridge Wells. Tunbridge Wells has a CYP population of 27 910.
The team is a generic Tier 3 CAMHS team who undertake assessment and treatment of a range of disorders in children and young people including ADHD, ASD, Mood disorders, Psychosis, PTSD, Anxiety disorders, emerging personality disorders and challenging behaviour.
We have specialist teams within Kent for the treatment of eating disorders and moderate to profound learning disability. The services run a pathway model with clear treatment pathways for Mood & Anxiety, Conduct & Behaviour, Neurodevelopmental cases and Complex cases. We are able to offer a range of evidence-based treatments including CBT, DBT, Family therapy, NVR and Child psychotherapy.
Successful applicants will ideally have MRCPsych or equivalent and be on, or within six months of inclusion on, the Specialist Register. You will be fully registered with the GMC, and have Approved Clinician status and S12 approval under the Mental Health Act (or have eligibility for it and be able achieve this on appointment).
Main duties of the job
To act as an autonomous, registered practitioner who is legally and professionally accountable for own unsupervised actions guided by the professional code of conduct and Trust guidelines and protocols.
The post holder will have full registration with a licence to practice on the General Medical Council (GMC).
Further professional knowledge will have been gained throughaccredited courses, workshops, study, and in-house training programmes.
To be responsible, and accountable, for service delivery toclients/patients.
To be able to assess and develop care plans to meet thecomplex needs of patients with a variety of conditions. This includes chronic, acute, and palliative care within own competencies, recognising own limitations and seeking advice when necessary. This will include continuously evaluating and acting on outcomes.
To be able to initiate referrals to other health professional specialist services and agencies.
To provide patients and relatives with information and educationthus ensuring they have meaningful choices that promote dignity,independence, and quality of life.
To ensure practice is supported by research, evidence-based practice, literature, and peer review.
