Main duties of the job
As a Client Liaison Manager at Avery Healthcare, you'll play a crucial role in guiding families through one of their most important decisions: choosing a care home. From the first conversation to move-in, youll offer personalized support and relationship-building to help families make informed decisions. The role involves working closely with the General Manager and home team to drive occupancy and manage enquiries while delivering exceptional experiences to prospective residents. This position requires someone with outstanding communication skills, sales or relationship management experience, and a passion for making a difference. Youll be responsible for delivering tours, building relationships with families and local networks, and monitoring market activities to enhance occupancy. Primary Responsibilities

Job summary
The Activities Facilitator will play a key role within the Living Well Team at the Betty and Asher Loftus Centre, creating a vibrant and engaging community for residents across residential, nursing and dementia care. Working 40 hours per week, the postholder will plan, organise and facilitate a varied programme of group and individual activities, adapting sessions to different interests, abilities and needs. The role includes organising outings, celebrations and special events, supporting activities that celebrate Jewish life, culture, traditions and festivals, and helping residents stay connected with each other and the wider community. You will build positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues, volunteers, artists, performers and community organisations, introduce new ideas, gather feedback and maintain appropriate records to ensure activities are safe, inclusive and meaningful.
Main duties of the job

About the roleAs an Activities Programme Assistant, youll play a key role in delivering vibrant, person-centred day services across our two centres.
Youll work alongside the Senior Programme Assistant and Centres Coordinator to plan, run and support a wide range of meaningful activities and programmes. Youll get to know our members as individuals, understand what matters to them and help create activities that reflect their interests, abilities, culture and needs.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. Youll work across both the general older peoples service and our specialist dementia service, helping ensure members experience continuity, dignity and belonging wherever they access our services.
What youll be doing- Supporting and delivering engaging activities and programmes that promote social connection, wellbeing and participation.
- Adapting activities to meet different physical, cognitive, emotional and cultural needs.
- Building positive and trusting relationships with members, families, carers and volunteers.

You dont need to have worked in a dementia service before, although experience of working with people living with dementia and dementia awareness training would be an advantage.
