We all believe inputting the person at the centre of our care and this reflects in the day to day management of the team.As a Home Treatment Team Practitioner working within the South London Mental Health and Community Partnership you are required toencourage and foster collaborative and cross organisational working.
Main duties of the job

About us
The Older Adults Home Treatment Teams (HTT's) provide comprehensive and accessible crisis resolution and home-based care and treatment topeoplein the acute phase of mental illness in their own homes as an alternative to hospital admission.The primary function of the teams is to provide intensive treatment in the persons own home or other suitable environment and gatekeep referralsfor older adult inpatient beds and facilitate early discharge from hospital.The HTT's are a multidisciplinary service providing care to residents primarily over the age of 65.

Main duties of the job
The main clinical work undertaken is to provide specialist psychological assessment and intervention for mothers and their babies and families in the community. You will work with women with moderate to severe mental health difficulties, including birth trauma, parent-infant work and OCD and depression. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to our service wide group programme.
The role will also involve contributing to the supervision of psychology trainees or psychology assistants working in the community setting. The post holder will act as a member of the MDT, attend meetings and offer advice and consultation on clients' psychological care to team colleagues.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 3 HCA to join our friendly enthusiastic and committed team. The large multidisciplinary team covers East Cheshire providing Integrated Sexual Health and Contraception services under our brand "Axess".
Experienced HCA's will be considered for a band 3 position if they hold an NVQ level 3 or equivalent, a national care certificate, have IT skills and have experience of working within a sexual health / contraception service.
Candidates without experience will be considered, all training can be provided.
The role is based at the Crewe site. Applicants may be required to travel on occasion to other locations throughout East Cheshire and be flexible to work a range of early and evening shifts.
We offer a structured induction plan and on-going supportive preceptorship using our whole team consisting of our HCA team, assistant practitioner, band 6 and 7 specialist nurses, specialist doctors and consultants. Main duties of the job

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) position in the highly specialised inpatient eating disorder service based at the Barberry [Cilantro].
The individual will work alongside the qualified occupational therapist in facilitating group and 1-1 sessions. Hours would predominantly be 8.30 -4.30 Monday to Friday but with some occasional requirement to work flexibly either on the weekend or evening to support activity provision.
Working as a key member of the team you will work closely with the ward Occupational Therapist to deliver the OT service which will include delivery of OT assessments and interventions which may be in the format of group or 1-1 work.
You will work with the therapy team in delivering or co-facilitating elements of the group programme this will include meaningful activity to promote the health, wellbeing and functional abilities of patients on the ward, as part of their overall multidisciplinary care plan. You will demonstrate adherence to the Trust Values and operating as a member of the team, service, and organisation.
The role will require working on the unit and with individuals' accessing local community resources which supports the use of activity to aid recovery and enable a timely and sustained discharge. It is important that you can work dynamically and be able to think of creative and new ideas and demonstrate enthusiasm for working in this very specialised area.

The post holder will be responsible under the direction of the qualified OT in the provision of elements of the OT process including assessments and interventions.

Job summary
We are looking for a Band 6 occupational therapist to work within the inpatient eating disorder inpatient service
at the Barberry National Centre for Mental Health. The post is full time, for 37.5 hours per week.
This will be an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for specialising in the area of inpatient eating disorders to gain new knowledge, skills and broaden their experience in this specialist service.
The post offers opportunity to work on the inpatient ward developing clinical OT assessment and intervention skills and input into a multi disciplinary team group programme. The role will also include the supervision of an OT assistant, and regular expectation to facilitate student placements.
Main duties of the job

A great opportunity has arisen for an RN to join the Hewitt Fertility Clinic in Liverpool. One full time position available.
Here you will work as part of a team delivering a high quality standard of care within the Hewitt Fertility Centre. Organise, facilitate, and monitor individualised patient care. Undertake the role of a link nurse within the department as and when required.
Main duties of the job
As part of the Fertility Team you will gain experience in each of the areas within the fertility unit. This will enable you to work with patients within each of these areas. These include,
- Assisting at procedures eg egg collections
- Recovery of patients after sedation and pre and post sedation care
- Assisting at a variety of clinics, infertility, IVF appointments
- Teaching patients how to perform injections and explaining treatment cycles/ pathways and drugs involved
- Assisting at ultrasound appointments and giving information following these appointments.
- Triaging patients and providing help, guidance and advice via the telephone and also face to face.
- Develop a knowledge of fertility treatments and care pathways

Main duties of the job
We run one of the best Ambulatory unit's in the North West and are a centre for excellence for HOLOGIC. As we are a centre of excellence staff members visit our unit from all of the country visit us to learn and observe our clinical practices. We currently run 10 ambulatory sessions per week seeing approximately, seeing approximately 50 patients per week. We have 4 Ambulatory consultants that you would be working closely with. In the Ambulatory suite we perform a number of different procedures, these include hysteroscopy, removal of fibroids and polyps, cystoscopy and botox, endometrial ablation. The unit is expanding and growing and we are excited to introduce new treatments and procedures for all our of patients.
The successful individual would also work in our recovery suite managing the admission and discharge of Ambulatory patients. All of our registered staff complete a comprehensive training package to enable them to deliver the best possible care to patients in procedure and recovery. As well as Ambulatory the candidate would also participate in a number of nurse led clinics including GNRH injection, Bladder installations, cystometrys and menopause implant clinic. This would be to provide support for patients and clinicians during routine consultations and diagnostic procedures. The role will be integrated within the existing Community Childrens Nursing Team and the Childrens Continuing Care Team, who are part of an integrated network of services for children and young people in Bexley and Greenwich providing high quality specialist child centred care. Main duties of the job
If you are a pharmacy assistant with experience of working in a prison setting or a retail pharmacy, this post could be for you. We are looking for a Locum Community Mental Health Practitioner to cover an assignment with the Ministry of Defence (MoD), at Donnington DCMH, in Telford, Shropshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a full time Specialist Biomedical Scientist (BMS) at Guy's and St Thomas' Blood Sciences Essential Services Laboratory (ESL) within one of the leading teaching hospitals in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced state registered BMS to gain further experience and develop skills and knowledge. This is a 24/7 shift role.
You will work with a highly trained and knowledgeable BMS laboratory team initially rotating through Blood Transfusion, routine Haematology and Coagulation. This post may also in the future include rotation into the routine Biochemistry Laboratory as we move to a multidisciplinary setting in the ESL.
Blood Transfusion utilise Winpath Enterprise, Blood-Track systems and Bio-Rad analysers. Haematology and Coagulation use Epic Beaker, Sysmex XN and Sysmex CN.
You will be fully supported and upon satisfactory completion of in-house training and competency assessment you will be required to work on the 24/7 out of hours rota.

Main duties of the job
This role delivers biomedical investigations as part of the laboratory team in Synnovis.

In conjunction with the Associate Chief Nursing Officer for Infection Prevention, the post holder will assist in the leadership of the Infection Prevention and Control Service at the Trust, working collaboratively with the Consultant Microbiologists, Infection Control Doctor, Pathology Network and external agencies.
The post holder will be responsible for developing and implementing the Trust's Board Assurance Framework for Infection Prevention and expected to maintain and enhance standards of patient care, and clinical outcomes through the implementation of continuous quality improvement initiatives related to IPC.
The post holder will be required to deputise for the Associate Chief Nursing in relation to infection-related organisational and professional issues. They will act as a clinical expert in Infection Prevention, providing expert advice at clinical level and support the development of staff caring for patients through formal education, practise development and role modelling.
The post holder will be a high profile, accessible and responsive leader maintaining and improving infection control related aspects of clinical governance, evidence based practise, patient safety, quality assurance and manage specific projects as required.
The post holder will ensure agreed standards, targets and objectives are met including key performance indicators and national directives.
