We are looking for an Administrator to join our friendly team withinthe Oxfordshire Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team.
The Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) is a fast-paced, 24/7 service providing urgent mental health assessment and intensive home treatment as an alternative to hospital admission. As a Band 3 Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the multidisciplinary team by delivering high-quality administrative and operational support that enables the safe and effective delivery of patient care.
This is a full time post 37.5 hours per week worked over a range of shifts of 08:00am-16:00pm, 09:0am-17:00 and 1000-1800
Main duties of the job
- Provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to support the effective operation of the department.Undertake routine office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, document preparation and record management.
- Monitor and order stationery, office supplies and other consumables within agreed processes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post and electronic communications, ensuring timely action and distribution.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records in accordance with Trust policies and information governance requirements.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Dental Nurse Assessor to support and assess an apprentice dental nurse throughout their training journey.
This is an evolving role, and the postholder's expertise will be key to developing and implementing a robust apprenticeship training programme. The role will include mentoring the apprentice, assessing practical competence and underpinning knowledge, maintaining accurate learner records, and ensuring training meets awarding body and regulatory requirements.
The postholder will also be expected to work clinically as part of the dental team while their Dental Nurse competencies are completed and signed off, helping to maintain professional practice and support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of one clinical day per week and up to two hybrid working days, where service requirements allow.

Job summary
The post-holder will be an experienced, knowledgeable practitioner who provides clinically based practice development and education to the nursing workforce. Clinical education support for all in the clinical environment is a substantial part of this role. 80% of the role is working clinically either supporting other staff or as part of the clinical team during a shift.
The clinical educator will identify and support the learning needs of their clinical area. Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist to join the Medicines Effectiveness team as an Immunology and Clinical Commissioning Pharmacist on a 10-month secondment. The post will provide specialist pharmacy support to Immunology services, contribute to immunoglobulin programme work and support commissioning activities across the Trust. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a highly specialised area of pharmacy practice while supporting delivery of key service priorities during the temporary secondment of the substantive post holder.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will provide specialist pharmacy support to Immunology services at OUH and support commissioning-related activities during a 10-month secondment cover period. Responsibilities include supporting immunoglobulin services, maintaining the immunoglobulin database programme, providing specialist medicines advice, contributing to service development initiatives, and working with multidisciplinary teams and commissioners to ensure high-quality patient care and effective use of specialised medicines.

Job summary
A Ophthalmology fellowship is available from February 2027 for 12 months at John Radcliffe Hospital. This fellowship is for candidates interested in medical retina.
The appointment is full time however, applications are welcome from those who wish to job share.
This post is suitable for doctors who have completed their training or have completed a significant part of their training but seek experience in Uveitis (ocular inflammation) and medical retina prior to obtaining a consultant appointment. It is not a post that is approved for training by the Royal College of Ophthalmologists. Candidates are welcome to visit the department and are invited to contact Mr Jonathan Norris, Clinical Lead for Ophthalmology and Consultant Ophthalmologist at the Oxford Eye Hospital, Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust, The John Radcliffe.

If such a person is appointed, modification of the job content will be discussed on a personal basis, in consultation with consultant supervisors. Main duties of the job
We welcome candidates who are interested in enhancing their training to include ocular inflammation, and medical retina and/or neuro-ophthalmology.
This post is suitable for ophthalmologists who have completed their training (to CCT level) or have completed a significant part of their training including postgraduate examinations but seek experience in the above ophthalmology subspecialties prior to obtaining a consultant appointment. It is not an approved training post.
The post holder will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team of uveitis and medical retina specialists wide ranging subspecialist interests ranging from uveitis, paediatric uveitis, vascular medical retina, AMD, ocular genetics, specialist retina, ocular oncology and von hippel lindau. We are also a national centre for neuromyelitis optica and neurofibromatosis type 2.
We participate in a multidisciplinary service for our regional Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis service. Medical Ophthalmology is a cross-disciplinary service and we encourage participation of our trainees in rheumatology, sarcoidosis, vasculitis and multiple sclerosis clinics to deepen knowledge of the conditions giving rise to uveitis.
About us
The Oxford Eye Hospital and its consultant body has an active research portfolio. Participation in research through the writing up of clinical studies and case reports is encouraged. The Medical Retina Consultants are also part of the cataract surgical team. Fellows have the opportunity to access cataract surgery but only during weekend lists, there is no weekday theatre allocation within this Fellowship. There is also the opportunity to be involved in trainee, and medical student teaching on a formal and informal basis.

It provides emergency care and wide range of general and sub-specialty elective inpatient work for the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire regions. Day surgery cases are treated in the West Wing, Churchill head and neck unit, The Horton, Stoke Mandeville Hospital and High Wycombe.
Main duties of the job
The department prides itself on being a regional tertiary referral Centre for head and neck oncology, skull base surgery and neurology, pediatrics ENT, specialist rhinology and otology including cochlear implants and bone anchored hearing aids. It is the hub of the Regional SpR Training Program. It is an extremely well supported department with ample opportunity for learning and development and successful applicants will join a well-respected and recognized department and team.
You will be expected to attend daily ward rounds, undertake ward work and participate in holding the on-call bleep. You will have the opportunity to sit in outpatient clinics and attend theatre to improve and develop knowledge and understanding. You will be expected to attend and contribute to monthly academic sessions, MDT and clinical governance. The specialist registrars are heavily involved in the management of the junior clinical staff and aim to support on-call duties and clinician development very closely.
The work of the Department is supported by a full range of support services including audiology, speech & language therapy, an aural care team, pre-clerking nurses, head & neck cancer nursing team, dieticians, pediatrics tracheotomy nurse specialists etc.

Main duties of the job

This is a joint appointment between the NHS Department of Clinical Biochemistry and the University Department, the Wolfson Centre forPrevention of Stroke and Dementia. Locum Consultant in Limb Reconstruction and Trauma Surgery.
Applications are invited for the above post across both the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Windmill Rd, Oxford & the Orthopaedic Trauma Department at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Headley Way, Headington, Oxford, OX3 9DU.
We are looking for a candidate with both Limb reconstruction and Orthopaedic Trauma with a proven track record of delivering limb reconstruction in both elective and trauma setting, and experience of delivery of orthopaedic trauma surgery in the major trauma centre setting at consultant level. The appointee will work as part of a dedicated orthopaedic trauma team in a Major Trauma Centre, serving a catchment population of 3 million with a substantial tertiary workload. This is integral to this appointment, and applicants will need to demonstrate fellowship level training in complex Limb Reconstruction and Orthopaedic trauma surgery. We are looking for an applicant who is a team player and has relevant experience.
The appointee will be expected to participate in the on-call rota and may be required to work on any other site as required by the OUH Trust in the future.
Main duties of the job
The new appointee will form part of a team, managing patients with musculoskeletal trauma. The appointee will have individual consultant responsibilities, but these will be performed within a team environment, which provides excellent opportunities for further personal and professional development.
The new post holder will be treated equitably in this regard with respect to his/her consultant colleagues. The post is suitable for a fully trained orthopaedic surgeon, with relevant experience from the UK or abroad, who wishes to practice their skills in the management of musculoskeletal trauma. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Specialist Pharmacist/ Pharmacy Technician, Medicines Efficiency to join our Pharmacy team and play a pivotal role in delivering the Trust'sMedicines Efficiency Programme.
This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacy technician who wants to develop their leadership, influencing and project management skills while working at the forefront of medicinesoptimisation and cost improvement.
About the RoleWorking closely with the Principal Pharmacist for Medicines Efficiency, you will lead and coordinate medicines efficiency initiatives across the Trust, supporting the safe implementation of medicines switches, cost improvement programmes and formulary changes.A key focus of the role will be contributing to the Trust's flagship Low Molecular Weight Heparin (LMWH) Switch Programme - a highly visible and strategically important Cost Improvement Programme (CIP) with significant organisational impact. This programme offers an exceptionalopportunity for the successful candidate to demonstrate and further develop projectmanagement skills, stakeholder engagement and change leadership across clinical, operationaland corporate teams.
About YouExperience of medicines efficiency programmes, cost-saving initiatives or project managementwould be highly desirable, but most importantly we are looking for someone with theenthusiasm, drive and leadership potential to help deliver transformational change.
Main duties of the job
o The provision of technical and operational advice on all matters of medicines efficiencies
o To assist the Principal Pharmacist Medicines Efficiency to lead and coordinate the Medicines Efficiency Programme across the Trust, ensuring timely implementation of agreed switches and cost-saving initiatives
o To act in collaboration with the Principal Pharmacist Medicines Efficiency as key liaison between pharmacy, finance, procurement, and clinical stakeholders for medicines efficiency projects.
o To ensure compliance with governance, audit, and KPI reporting requirements.
o To support the overall medicines efficiency work-plan, providing regular status reportsand assisting teams in achieving deadlines.
o To assist the Principal Pharmacist Medicines Efficiency to monitor and evaluate medicines expenditure across the Trust, identifying and putting plans in place to address cost pressures and Cost Improvement Plans
o To liaise with service managers, nursing and clinical leads to safely support the introduction of or switch to a new medication as part of a cost improvement plan.
o To ensure regular communication within the team needs to be maintained in relation to working practices, procedures and any changes.
