Our 15-cot Level 2 Neonatal Unit at Whiston Hospital includes 2 High Dependency cots and 13 Special Care cots. The team provides highly skilled neonatal care, including CPAP/BIPAP, short-term ventilation and passive cooling before transfer to a Level 3 unit.

This role also offers the opportunity to work across an integrated pathway of care. Our 4-bed Transitional Care Service helps babies remain with their mothers on the postnatal wards, avoiding unnecessary separation wherever possible. Our Children's Hospital at Home Team supports babies and families in the community, including those requiring home oxygen or ongoing care. Close collaboration with midwifery colleagues ensures that babies on the postnatal wards receive safe, responsive and high-quality care.As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to influence practice, develop and deliver education, lead unit-based initiatives and make a visible contribution to service improvement, research and innovation.This is an exciting time to join the service. Job Summary:
- To hold a caseload at site, managing all social care requirements for your allocated service users
- To work in collaboration with other members of the Multi-Disciplinary team and other associated community professionals to deliver a comprehensive and joined up plan for treatment and support of all service users

Job summary
An opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our Hand Therapy team. The team is a part of the Integrated Musculoskeletal Service (iMSK), incorporating Orthopaedics, Chronic Pain, Rheumatology and MSK therapy for the population of North West Surrey.
The Hand Therapy team currently delivers a service at Ashford Hospital working closely with support from orthopedic surgeons and Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs), in assessing and managing a range of acquired and traumatic hand and wrist injuries/conditions. These include Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, De Quervains, OA/RA, wrist and finger fractures, RSI/Tendonitis, and any post-surgical rehab/complications.
An advanced knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of the hand and ability to fabricate static splints for conservative management of a variety of the conditions commonly seen in hand therapy is essential.
The successful candidate will be an innovative therapist with leadership skills and an advocate for specialism. They will work with the existing B7 therapist to support the Clinical Lead for OT & PT MSK in the effective operational management of the hand therapy service.

Main duties of the job
To use a range of verbal and non-verbal communication tools to communicate effectively with patients to progress rehabilitation and treatment programmes.

Devise individualised hand therapy / physiotherapy management and / or treatment plans, using clinical reasoning skills, evaluating the outcomes of your interventions. To be responsible for and actively record your own personal development.
To supervise Band 6/5 occupational therapist, physiotherapist and physiotherapy assistants and to participate in the appraisal scheme as an appraisee.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will show leadership qualities required to support and guide a team of staff with a variety of skills and experience.
The post holder will be an integral part of the Radiology team, working closely with the Senior Radiographers to ensure smooth delivery of care for the patients, whilst maintaining Radiographic standards and promoting good practice to Radiographers & Radiology students.
The staff member will be responsible for promoting the continuing professional development of other Radiology personnel.
To adhere to good practices of Radiographic technique and abide by the acknowledged safe practices of radiation protection standards.
To assist in the day to day management and running of the Radiology department including tasks such as room rosters, holiday allocations, workflow management & departmental health and safety
To provide mammograhy cover cross site when required

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic part time salaried GP / GP retainer to join our team of 4 GP partners in January 2027.
We are looking for 3 to 4 sessions per week, preferably Tuesday and Fridays.

Main duties of the job
To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of care whilst complying with the contract.
The practice participates in regular protected learning time once a month and you will have the opportunity to participate in these events.
Your agreed timetable will require you to undertake a variety of duties in a timely manner. these will include surgery, telephone and online consultations, answering queries, undertaking home visits, checking and signing prescriptions, reviewing clinical correspondence and pathology results and completing private work .
There is no on call requirement.
Opportunities are also available to undertake coil and implant fitting for those suitably qualified.

We are a small friendly practice consisting of 4 GP Partners and a salaried GP. They are supported by a nursing team comprising of a Lead Practice Nurse, Practice Nurse, Senior Healthcare Assistant, Healthcare Assistant and a GP Assistant.
We are part of the very successful and well managed LS25/26 Primary Care Network which provides us with a range of additional clinical support staff.
We host 1st and 2nd year medical students and receive excellent feedback every year from the students.

Main duties of the job
As the Occupational Therapy lead within the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team, you will act as the primary point of contact for occupational therapy expertise and referrals.

*Attending and contributing to weekly multidisciplinary team meetings, providing specialist occupational perspectives for individuals with complex presentations where traditional medical or psychological interventions have been less effective.

Job summary
We are seeking an experienced full-time Consultant Psychiatrist who will work at Cygnet Hospital Bury Hudson and provide senior medical cover on Madison Ward. There is also an option for the post holder to take on the Medical Director position for Cygnet Hospital Bury Hudson.

Main duties and Responsibilities
As a Consultant Psychiatrist you will:
- Lead on the provision of high quality care to the service users admitted to Madison Ward

Job summary
A new CAMHS Day Patient Provision is being launched as an inpatient-avoidance service for children and young people. It will provide intensive, compassionate, recovery-focused support while helping patients remain connected to home and school.
The hybrid model works closely with the CAMHS Inpatient Unit and includes structured therapeutic programmes, multidisciplinary care and psychologically informed community support.
The service is recruiting a Band 5 nurse for the CAMHS Eating Disorder Home Treatment Team, with a link role to the Day Patient provision at Beacon CAMHS inpatient unit. Key duties include meal support in both the service and young peoples homes.
The client group may present with emotional-regulation difficulties, trauma histories, ASD, intellectual disability and high-risk behaviours.
The post offers an opportunity to help establish a new service within a supportive MDT, with training, supervision and development.
Applicants should be compassionate, creative, collaborative and adaptable, with CAMHS experience or interest and a commitment to improving outcomes for young people.
A driving licence and car access are essential. Shifts are 12 hours, 34 days weekly, between 08:00 and 20:00 across seven days; flexible working may be considered but is not guaranteed.
Main duties of the job
Working within a multi-disciplinary team to assess the needs of CYP alongside registered Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, SALT, dietetics, an Occupational Therapist, Psychotherapist, Psychologist and Peer Support.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse to work autonomously while delivering high-quality clinical care outside of a hospital setting.

Key Details:
Location: Working with trusts and patients in Liskeardand Surrounding areas.
Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 40 hours over 5 days per week on a rolling rota.
The shifts are structured as split shifts to accommodate patient needs. This means you will typically work around 5 hours in the morning to disconnect patients, and another 5 hours in the evening to reconnect them, with a break in the middle of the day. Flexibility is essential; some days may be longer or shorter depending on patient visits, but overall, average out to 40 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
- To administer prescribed IV therapies and associated care and support to patients who are unable to be trained to independence.
- To provide training and education to support patients/carers in the connection and disconnection of Parenteral Nutrition and any other prescribed therapies to independence.
- To provide training and education to support patients/carers to use infusion devices to deliver their therapy/therapies independently.
- To support the provision of a phlebotomy/cannulation service for patients.
What you need to succeed:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (adult).
- Current clinical experience minimum of least 1 year.
- Competent in the management and delivery of IV Therapies.
- Excellent communication skills, time management skills and the ability to work well against strict timescales.
- The ability to make correct clinical decisions in a clinical emergency situation.
- Flexibility to travel and visit patients outside local area.
- Current Valid driving Licence.
