Job summary
The post holder is primarily employed to provide emergency repairs and routine maintenance of the NHS Trust's fleet of over 700 emergency and non-emergency vehicles.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. Welsh Language level 1 skills are desirable for this role.
Main duties of the job
The post holder is required to carry out efficiently and to the required manufacturers and Trust standards, the servicing, repair and maintenance of a range of vehicles from various vehicle manufacturers. This work is normally undertaken in the Trust Workshops but may be carried out at Trust stations or roadside locations, as the need arises.
In addition, the post holder will undertake maintenance and repair on vehicles and various items of specialised equipment as per accreditation, carrying out welding (arc/mig/gas) and fabricating work and reproduce/fabricate, construct the part that is no longer available as required and where appropriate, seek advice on the specification of the part to be produced to ensure that it is fit for purpose and meets Health & Safety requirements.
The post holder is responsible to the Workshop Managers for day to day work allocation and supervision (but able to make own decisions in the absence of the Workshop Manger, make necessary arrangements and order parts where deputising for the Workshop Manager and is accountable to senior Managers in the Fleet department.

A few of the services provided include diagnostic coronary angiography & coronary intervention services (including primary angioplasty for patients suffering ST Elevation myocardial infarction), electrophysiology & ablation service that aims to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias, implantable devices (complex and simple pacemakers and internal defibrillators). There are currently 3 Cardiac Catheter labs and 1 procedure room. A few of the services provided include diagnostic coronary angiography & coronary intervention services (including primary angioplasty for patients suffering ST Elevation myocardial infarction), electrophysiology & ablation service that aims to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias, implantable devices (complex and simple pacemakers and internal defibrillators). We provide 24/7 care to our patients to ensure that any patient that requires percutaneous coronary intervention, is able to undergo this treatment as per NICE guidelines.
Working Pattern: Day shifts, including weekends and a 24hr on-call rota

Main duties of the job
You will take responsibility for medicines management, clinical medication reviews, improving prescribing processes and patient safety alerts. The care navigator is the front door to the surgery handling all calls and patients presenting at the front desk with a wide range of different queries. This is an established post into the Luton Community Mental Health Team Structure. The post will complement the current structure of consultant and trainee psychiatrists within the community mental health teams covering Bedfordshire and Luton.
The post holder will support the multidisciplinary team in the management of patients with mental health needs not on CPA and those patients subject to CPA, as envisaged in relevant NICE Guidance (at present). The post-holder will work with an MDT including pharmacy, psychology, social work, CPN colleagues, and trainees. Main duties of the job

Job summary
The post holder will provide a full and confidential administrative admission service to consultants and their teams for all of the Endoscopy departments at Gloucestershire Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Assist with the Straight to Test bookings and cancer waiting list management.
Communication with patients, consultants, secretaries, relatives, general practitioners and other hospital staff is also essential to help ensure a proficient service for patients and clinicians. To assist with the training of new staff and provide cover for absence where necessary. To process data quality reports and ensure corrections are made as necessary.
Additional working pattern details: Mon - Friday 8am-4pm or 7.30am- 3.30pm
Main duties of the job
Converse with patients over the telephone providing sensitive information regarding their admission, preparation and resolving any queries which can on occasion involve dealing with people who have difficulty in understanding a situation or who may be aggressive or upset requiring sensitivity and use of initiative. Manage own workload to ensure all tasks are completed within a timely manner, together with working as part of the clerical team on a day to day basis.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time, highly motivated Ward Clerk to join the Critical Care Unit covering a 7 day week service with a team of Ward Clerks. Full training will be given.
